Flight Delay

This makes it very easy to get a refund for delays. Sent a complaint about a delay for my flight, got refunded in a matter of months.. effortlessly. Gret response and reliable app, definetly worth it if you travel a lot

They are really kind and whenever I had a problem they answered very fast. I would recommend them with no doubt. In less than two months I received the money compensation for the flight delay.

Lufthansa lost my baggage and refused to even answer my email about it. For 4 months I tried to contact them trough all the available means, just to hit a wall of no answers. In desperation I turned to RitardoAereo for help and what a blessing that was. They would answer my email almost at any time of the day, in less than 1 hour, always friendly and helpful. Beginning the process against the company was fast and easy, and even when we had problems with the company that weren't part of the deal for RitardoAereo to help, they still did their best, even if it could mean that they wouldn't get paid for their job. It took 2 months, from the first contact, to have the compensation money on my account. In 4 months I couldn't even get and answer and this company in 2 months got my money on my bank account. Amazing. In the end, when I had some doubts about the compensation, they even called my from Italy to talk to me personally to explain some things. The personal touch is rare to find in this type of companies and it was very pleasant surprise. The cherry on top of the cake is that they even were able to get the maximum amount possible of compensation, which was way more than I asked from the company! I would recommend this company to everybody without a doubt, and if I will have more problems in the future with anything related to flying, I will immediately turn to them for help. The company just informed me they won the claim and they got back compensation and part of the expenses sustained. They just take 25% out of the compensation only. Highly recommended!

Did my complain for a flight cancelled in July 2018, still waiting for feedback.... Edit: it was solved and I win 👍 but took to much time to have feedback(more then 8months).

Great app ever! In fact they paid my recompention this month. I couldn't believe when they told me that they win. And they took little from it.
