Worked fine. Now won't allow me to login for 3 weeks. Air Canada unresponsive to emails and calls for help. I fly twice a week and am 100K Super Elite. Disgusting service. Tech support seems nonexistent. And AC wonders why it has a bad reputation.
Makes u login and out all the time. Hangs up repeatedly. Cannot check in on the app. Defies the logic of convenience to the customer as you need to book on this app and go back to Air Canada app for everything else.
Unlimited flight pass experience very good. Fast and efficient to book flights. Error messages come up frequently but seem to not matter.
The app is very good. The only thing that could be improved is allowing us to add credit cards to our account without having to go back to the AC app.
Crashes frequently, when there is a weather or heavy traveling times forget about the app performing properly. I wish there was an alternative to air Canada & flight passes in Canada
Requires an account registration which had bad design, then takes you to the registration of another service you have to register for, without any explanation as to why you need it and what it is. What is aeroplan? I don't have it and I don't want it. Why would I have a number for it?!
Quick, intuitive, comprehensive. Takes seconds to book trips and select seats.
what is this garbage? Is there not an app I can download my boarding pass easily like west jet, swoop, united, american ect I have to become an aErOpLaN member before I can use the app. This is so f*king ridiculous its unbelievable.
Wouldn't log in. Kept saying there was an error and that they would resolve the problem shortly. Still waiting after a month.
Better, faster and cheaper than booking through standard Air Canada app or website. A must if you fly regularly
Crashes a bunch. wish the reservation code would sync with Air Canada App. or it would allow check ins
Works pretty good for booking flights, but not good for trying to use credits for eupgrade.
Saves so much time compared to the website. Would like to see easier way to use eupgrades
Works beautifully and swiftly, does need improved integration into Aeroplan and AC Altitude programs though.

Crashes when I click on "Log In". I have tried several times on a freshly rebooted device. Unfortunately, this app is not useable.
