App hasn't been updated in a long time and is very buggy. I cant even select a destination. Uninstalling
Worst app ever. They should take it off app store as it's a joke compared to iPhone version.

bad app..bad gui...scroll the calendar when booking is not user friendly nor efficient. prices so high also. app feels buggy. The JetStar app and AirAsia apps are much better. Also the rupiah value in alerts for deals booking bali only goes to rp999,999 so cant go over $100. stupid app.
The most useless App so far. Basically, you can't choose any destinations on the first page, just cope with the long list of flights to "anywhere", or nowhere, in term of the destination you want. When you want to book for flight, you can't easily choos different month, enjoying scrolling through a sluggish calendar till you reach your month. Oh, by scrolling, I meant you have to tap on a day of the next month displaying on the current month, and wait 5 seconds.
This app needs loads of improvement on all fronts when I try to choose other countries to fly the app doesn't permit me to select or continue. It lags a lot. Wish you guys to improve this app it would be more helpful and usable.. despite the app I love your service as an airline 😍
What poorly thought out rubbish. A list of fares in alphabetical order only. No option to sort the list, no "international only" or "domestic only". Add the following and you're getting there: The ability to : 1. Sort fares by price and distance (calculated route length) 2. Choose multiple destinations simultaneously 3. Filter for specific dates for valid fares 4. Show only international fares or only domestic fares 5. Filter the happy hour screen There's still a lot more to add, but those things will make it passable. Right now it's rubbish.
Utter rubbish. A specials app with booking management added as an afterthought. And it's terrible at that. You've managed to make an iOS app that works fine, but this isn't even worthy of storage space on my phone. Can't even save Velocity credentials!
Useless junk app. For a major airline to push this rubbish on its customers is disgraceful. All I want is a functional app to manage my flights properly - without the ads, spam, nag screens, muli-pages etc. By all means create a specials commercial app, but don't mix it with a management app. I've already bought your flights so let me manage them in peace. Also, why must I LOG IN every time? I shouldn't have to retrieve my velocity number or booking details etc every time. I don't have to this with QANTAS.
I'd be embarrassed to say I built this app for a major airline, Everything feels so dated and clunky and doesn't have an option to add your frequent flyer card like, you know, every other airline on the planet. I would scrap this and start again
Useless. Cannot even select a destination - glitchy and pointless but with great potential. Please fix
With latest version I cannot check in. Copied my velocity membership no. from clipboard, password does not come up with keyboard for entering password. If data from clipboard
Horrible. Complete waste of time. Can't bring up keyboard or number pad to send boarding pass. Google should remove this app, it's worse than useless
One minute l could see the flights, go to book, app fails, cant get back into app-says that it is syncing to my preferences. Has been for days.
It doesn't retrieve your upcoming flights. The only way is to go to the check-in tab. Its not easy to navigate. Might want to look at the Qantas app 😏😔
This app is surprisingly horrible, especially when compared to most airline apps. I was not able to retrieve my booking and wasn't able to check in...
This must be the worst app I've ever used, it doesn't work, fails to load and I cannot believe a major list ASX coy would allow this. Shame of you.
Useless waste of time. Updating details on existing bookings until you get to the end and it doesn't allow you to select nationality. No other option but to discard all the changes and do it again using a PC.
This stupid app doesn't refuses to let me log in. And don't even bother going to their website through your phone--that doesn't work either. You have to be sitting at a desktop for it to work
Using app on a Samsung S9+ - when I want to check/book flights I cannot move the calendar outside of the current month 😡 and as many others have said why is there no integration with our Velocity accounts. I would humbly suggest you look at the QANTAS app to see how a flight app should work.
