Finally, got an app whose features i have longed for. I mean, bookings and all are easy peasy stuff, but when you need to check the status of my bookings- it gets real tough with the vendor portals and their server response prolongings. Best part - no login or acc creation required. Loved the direct calling feature for the customer service. Overall, hope to provide 5 stars in the subsequent versions if the performance stays like this. Much needed app.
