I bought Sunwing Airline tickets through FlightHub. Due to flight cancelation I had to know Sunwings booking number. It's impossible to call them. No voice option fits well + when I tried random menu options, I waited for more than 30 minutes (with international roaming) then gave up. "Due to COVID we experience higher than usual volune of calls...". COVID is here for 2 years already, scale up for the God's sake! By the way, never got email regarding flight cancelation and rescheduling.
I really recommend this company for people looking to travel. Very easy to use and you can manage all issues with less mess you find in other apps. I tried other, Expedia, Momondo, this is the best both as app and Website. Forget Expedia, Google, Cheap flights and so on...these guys have the best software in this trade and you will find the best option.
Tried to book a flight going from Canada to Rwanda. A total of 3 different bookings to the same place. All different deals, different prices, seatings, routes to get there, airlines, etc. Every time they were cancelled after about 15min-30min after initial booking. Called my bank everytime. There was no insufficient funds or problems with my cards. I dont know what the deal is. I feel like booking the flight to go somewhere should be the easiest part of the journey. Not with flighthub though.
Scam. After you choose your tickets, put all personal information it shows you "important message" that selected fare is no longer available and price of booking is increased. You can try to book different tickets from beggining and faster, nothing will change. At the search there will be one price, at the end another.
I have booked my ticked with flight hub in Oct 2020 but because of outbreak of covid 19 i have to cancel my ticket. They gave me the cridit points, but when it comes to booking the ticket again they are using all my credit points to book half the price of the ticket. This was the bad experiece and when u talk to customer service representative they also are not giving a valid explanation. This was one of the most annoying site I have ever seen.
UI desperately needs a revamp. There really shouldn't be a reason for users signed in to need sign up for alerts every single time by entering their email.. you should be able to tap to subsribe instantly. you also shouldn't need to enter a reference or booking # to be able to see your bookings.
Stay the heck away from this company! Had a flight I got credit for, went to go use my credit and was given the biggest run around ever to get a flight booked. Get emails saying they want you to contact them which is a easy 2-3+ hour wait time to get to a human each time(this is brutal), did this 6 times to get my issue resolved over the course of a few weeks. On top of that I go to book a new cheaper flight then my initial flight and they still charge me for more money...
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! I booked a ticket with them and bought cancelation insurance, but when I tried to change the flight date, evey single date got declined. Horrible customer service, useless agents. They were not helpful at all! I lost $1,300.00 to them for free.
Why is it so broken? Is this app in beta stage or something?? I just downloaded this and the first thing I see when I try to sign in is a bunch of typos. I'm not even sure what's supposed to be written... I'm just trying to change my flight details but flighthub has no way for people to contact customer support. No emails, no live chat. You can't even contact them if youre overseas... Please help!
STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced with a booking agency. Their are purposefullSTAY dodging their customers, avoiding any form actual contact with an agent. If you value your time, money and mental state, STAY AWAY from Flighthub.
My flight was canceled in August. I'm trying to book a new flight. I have been trying for 1 week. I keep getting the run around. The last guy I spoke to said he couldn't help me because he was in the sales department. When you book for a call back on line to use your travel credit you can only go through the sales team. Now I have to wait yet again for another call back. To probably be told again that I have to wait. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Go strike to the actual flight service you want to use
Very frustrating experience. At the time when airlines are giving full credit back for two years for cancellations due to covid 19, they are only giving a credit for 1 year and also deducting charges for cancellations. Will never do business with them.
What a scam company. I had to change my dates of my flight. the penalty for changing was the same price as the original flights. I ended up canceling my flight and taking a $300 hit for doing so 10 min after booking. DO NOT USE THIS APP AS THE COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!
I upgraded on their site. it was 25 dollars. it said 2 free checked bags. I didn't get the 2 free checked bags and had to pay 160 dollars for my whole trip in baggage fees. called them and they absolutely refuse to refund my money. they tell me i have to call the airlines. I UPGRADED ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!! Not the airlines. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THEM!! Do not use flighthub
The worst travel agency ever! Airline canceled my flight and for two months i was calling them every day and they were telling me you are not eligible for refund. I finally went through the airline and emailed them. After months of talking to them, flighthub charged me $35 to refund my money and the process is still ongoing while the airline already refunded me because i emailed them directly. Never use this travel agency it will be the worst experience in your life
Buggy and slow. installed today. put in an itinerary i would like to watch for a low price. it hangs up on "searching alternative dates". then it offers to send me alerts on cheap fares from Chicago to Chicago. how can this app possibly have a 3.5 rating?
I booked a flight back in 2020 and it was canceled due to COVID-19. Flighthub said that I can use the flight cost credit. When I log into my account they say I need to call them to use my credit. Whenever I try to call them they don't answer or say leave your numbet and we will call you back. They never call back!!! They stole $1231 from me...very disappointed and thinking of suing them
Last october I need to re booked and I called their customer service but they only mis lead me on my re-booked to pay that amount. When they do the investigation they found out their fault and The manager told me they gonna refund the amount for 8 working days thru paypal but as of now I never recieve any cents from them. scammers!!! I called how many times but they only transfer me to their manager to other manager.
This company is garbage, do not use them... I booked round trip flights to Paris 9 months in advance with 10 other people. 2 months before we are suppose to leave they tried to change half of our return dates to a day early because the "flight got cancelled" however half of our group still had the same flight leave the same day. All they did was try to blame the airline for their incompetence... They refuse to reimburse us for the money we're going to lose on our prebooked hotel rooms and trains
I booked but no confirmation and itinerary. This company is a scam. They cancelled my booking and charged me $2. Never book a flight to them. They will rip you off too if you want to rebook or cancel flight.
They have lake of knowledge. In flight auto cancel airlines gives full refund to agent But this fraud company charge automatically cancellation penalty plus every time your changes handling fees per passenger $200. Please think two times. You have a lots option beside this. Please no means no....
Frankly, THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They don't seem to care about their customers and aren't willing to accomodate requests even in a COVID era. Choose any travel agency but them!
Pay double to change flights, pay $200 just to cancel. My only option is not to show up for my flight. They just want your money, once they have it, you won't be getting it back
Thiefs thats all you are. You say i am not eligible for a refund. This epidemic isn't our fault and cancelling the flight services is a precaution taken by you guys on your end. I am eligible for the refund or rescheduling if you know when the flights are going to resume. I would give you a 0 star 0☆ if i could I need a satisfactory response from your end regarding my flight reservation. @flighthub
The worst online booking site, not recommended. They kept me waiting for more than 20 days for a credit and at the end they sent me an email saying that I need to call them again (3rd call). Of course the problem still not solved.
Don't provide any support if you miss partial journey and you take another means of transport. Instead they tell you that you need to travel back 1000kms again just so you can finish the partially missed flight in order to keep your ticket. Airlines, though are more helpful which is circumstantial.
My credit card was charged for full ticket amount but the ticket never issued. I got email that airline canceled it due to some issue. Called and emailed customer care but the only answer I got was the refund will be within 10 to 30 days. Worst company and service.
Don't use this app. I lost $500.00 The customer service never answer although I left voice messages and emails. Bad experience. I would like to give less than one star rating.
I was pricing a flight from Halifax to Rome. I was listed a flight through Montreal and was listed as 8h 45m total flying time. but when the details were open, actual travel time was closer to 36h.
App is awful and the customer service is even worse. They charged me multiple times on my credit card for no reason and when I call no one picks up the phone. I had to cancel my flight and get a refund and it has been the worst experience from any travel company. It has taken 4 months for them to even say that they could TRY and help us. Absolutely awful. Use anyone but FlightHub.
