Great App. but have a problem with restoring from Dropbox. I have got a new phone and want to restore my last Backup. It would not allow me to do this since it can't connect to Dropbox. Is shows the message "Error This App was not correctly configured and cannot access your Dropbox" I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Flight Log and Dropbox, but with no joy? I would hate to have to reenter my all my data again?
This is an amazing app for quick storage of hours after landing to update the logbook when available. As there is always room for improvements, like hour limitation alerts and blocks on and off actual times. However the dropbox link makes this app very convenient. Also the hour summaries is quick and accurate, great for query calculations. Very good application. Well done team.
Technology for technology's sake. Considerably worse than a traditional logbook backed up photographically to one's phone or tablet. The dropbox backup and restore mechanism simply results in one logbook overwriting another and doesn't work. According to the developer, the is no other means to move one's logbook from one device to another. Useless. Uninstalled.
Seems well enough, has nice query features, but lacks any way to back up outside of sync with dropbox. A local csv import/export seems blantantly missing.
Fantastic app to keep my flight time. Very customizable. Have had some issues editing old flights, but overall a great tool.

The only one that I use for hang gliding but I think it doesn't have a few options for hang gliders, in my case, if I take 1 flight in one day I have to log it as "1 landing" instead of "1 takeoff" would be really nice to have options like that,, really good app,, UPDATE: now the back up & restore doesn't work,
Thanks for creating this free electronic log book for pilot. Really helpful. Can i suggest to add 2 more fields for the app? The departure and arrival time. And pls also add the function to calculate the total time automatically from the departure and arrival time. Of course I can enter these fields manually but it would be nice to include them in the first place. Also a search function to search for text in our log will be very helpful too.

Simple, effective and works! If only there's a search function under Query Builder other than timings e.g. crew names.
This app has really really slowed down lately. I'm at about 850 hours, and it honestly takes about 2 or 3 minutes to load the app, and then that long again between entries. Not sure what to do to have it run faster again.

Using it on 10.1 tab, keeps saying "unfortunately stopped working" message. A pitty though. Looks good
I try to entry a new log and appears a message : LG has stopped
Great app and loved it. It's free too. @developer please include options to arrange custom fields in custom order. 2. Also to select required fields in the reports.3. 3. SIC is missing, include option to add name. 4. Total time entry is in Hour decimal format. HH.hh need to convert everytime. Please change it to HH:MM format and allow entry in same format.
Please continue updating. Wouldn't mind paying for continuous updates like printable logbook features.
Fantastic, streamlined, customizable logbook. It's straightforward to use and won't take you any time to figure out. You can add sections for "special" data entry, e.g. night vision goggles, hoist, instructor pilot, etc. It has a lot of potential and the developer is very open to suggestions. Many additions have been made since I've been using this logbook (I've been using it since January 2018). Try it. I'm sure you'll like it.
