sometimes it crashed when I wanted to upload proof of being a student. Also unable to access "My trips" button( I booked a flight but it does not show up ). Another problem is that I cant change currency. Hope that the app might have the same function as the web.
Keeps coming up with an update app notification everytime I try open app, even though Ive already updated in playstore...very frustrating as cant contact student universe and I have a flight sector totally missing and need to log in to app to view. I have even tried unistalling and reinstalling...still mo good.
Potential to be the best flight app ever, but it has a bug that gives a network error which then forces the user to uninstall then reinstall. Once the the issue is resolved, this will be a five star review, because the service this app offers is awesome.
won't let me log in through the app eventhough it works through the browser. network error? also doesn't email me the invoice so I have to log in through the website... flight info freakishly disappears into an abyss (can't access through the site even) the day of the flight. isn't under "upcoming trips". at least the flight was still booked...
I booked a flight to Australia for $1,000 I was then told that I would have to stay in australia for another week so I had to change my flight and when I went to change it there was no place that I could find to change it online and I had to call their support center. Then it was only there that I was able to find out that it was going to cost me $711 to change the flight for a grand total of $1711 for a flight I could've made myself for $1200 initially and a $200 fee to change it for a grand total $1400 this is complete BS that you claim we can find the cheapest flights from you when if I hadn't used you at all I would've saved $311
Do you ever wish you can open an app, and see errors no matter what you click? Then this is the app for you! Install today and see errors to your heart's content! No matter what you click, they'll always give you " Network Error". Soon to be the number one error throwing app in play store! Don't miss this opportunity!!!
Booking the flight was okay. But I noticed I had booked an inconvenient flight and so required to cancel/change the flight. The website offers no options to simply cancel the flight online which I think should be non-negotiable for a travel booking website. If not for that, I'd give a 5 star review
Very poor customer support here in India I booked a flight and it got cancelled due to covid and I selected a option of booking a flight later buy allowing to keep my money with students universe, but now I can't see where my money is I didn't get any information about how to redeem that money and I mailed them for 4-5 times and I didn't get any proper response I feel like I lost that money
Unable to sign in, "network error" even when I open the app before I try to log in. I can still sign in on the website though. Tried reinstalling the app but makes no difference. Please fix so I can change the rating
Its cheap you get cheap. There is no security if you miss your flight, no security if your flight gets cancelled. Basically you're s.o.l if anything goes wrong. So check the weather before you buy a ticket, and best of luck.
Very user friendly. Typically the cheapest flights I can find, cross checked against other booking agents like CheapOair or Skyscanner.
You have to register with valid student ID. You will get amazing discounts on international as well as domestic flights. Only drawback is that you can't afford to cancel or reschedule the flights as they charge a lot for that.
I can always find a very reasonable flight tickets. The app design is so beautiful, very simple and high quality.
The app wants an update, but the update does not exist. This then prevents checking flights that you have booked. Real smart, surely this won't go wrong...
Accidentally registered a flight in the wrong name. After an hour and a half of waiting on the phone, I reached customer service and asked for a refund. The actual call lasted 2 minutes and I got all my money back THAT SAME DAY. You just don't get service like that with airlines.
App stopped working after the last update. Goes to a black screen and does not load anything further.
My flight got cancelled and i have been trying to reach them but of no use and they gave reply for the first msg and then ignored when i texted them back. No use at all they are absolutely making me regret the decision of book through them.
Quick and easy to use. Some prices are better on Google flights but this also had very good pricing.
Unable to see my trips, constantly saying check WiFi when doing it on my data! Other people have the same problem it seems!
Great service and pricing for an urgent flight needed in Covid-19 times. I got one detail wrong and the staff were beyond helpful changing it around. Will use again.
Same problem as others. The app keeps requesting a non-existent update and I can't access any of my flight details. The app is unusable.
I love the service, but every time I try to sign into this app, there's a sign that says network error. Just a few days before my trip. Please respond if you can fix this. Thanks
Worst app ever. Waiting for my refund from last year and still doesn't get any response. Everytime I called they give me any new excuse. Don't use this app to buy any tickets
I am not getting student fares. Instead, the route always offers full fares which I can get on other sites as well.
