Thank you for the app, it does brighten my son's day to revieve messages! App did not allow me to scroll thru my photos to choose the one I wanted to send and did not allow me to see, (too small) or change smaller photo. Also, 1st time I tried to send it didn't allow I had to go to playstore open app thru there then it sent, I still wasn't able to choose a different photo. I have credits to use so I will continue to use. I am hoping you will update the app and fix issues that are reported.
Always issues loading app and half the time charges your but never sends the post card! Also no customer service aval when you do have an issue!
I'm so grateful that my niece told me about this app. I send my grandson pictures so easy now. He's such a great dad and I want him to be a part of everything his babies are doing. The postcards were only .99 and now I bought 10 credits later for 8.90 so that I can send even more. Pro Tip: the credits make it easier to send postcards back to back.
I have successfully sent 3 cards pretty much without any issues however today I cannot even add a picture or write a text, what is giing on with this app? It won't let me load a picture or text, it is becoming truly frustrating to use this app because of all the glitches. Please FIX IT!!!
Update! Flikshop had done nothing wrong, it was all my fault. I did not realize I had 2 accounts. And that caused a lot of confussion. Thank you Fikshop for understanding. Flikshop really screwed things up. I had over a hundred cards saved in my history. And now they are all gone. Yes, I do recommend this site.
I think it's awesome way to show them you're thinking about and missing them. Just wish the messages could be longer, I had to send 2 cards just to say everything I needed to. Other than that, thank you for creating this app.
Before this most recent update I was able to see the whole postcard that was sent. Now its all messed up on the order history. I hope it gets sent the way I finshed them... If they get to the reciever the way I sent them then I will change my review. ETA the reciever got them and they were messed up... So my review is going down..
I have used this for almost a year and have had a great experience. However, at this time my continent button is over my stop button on my screen. I have tried to update the app but have not found an update available. I have purchased credits so I dont want to uninstall. Any recommendations?
I used this a few years ago and it was great. I tried to use it to day and the screen kept jumping and after 6 tries it said it sent, but i looked on my orders and nothing shows. Needs work.
My kids Love this app so easy to send note of encouragement or ask their dad a question, my youngest loves to send pic of her schoolwork to him too. And he can a actually keep as many as she sends him he doesnt have to pick 5 and store the rest, and talk about quick it is usually in his hands in 4days !!!!! It takes 7 for postal mail!!!! Quick, easy, Way less hassle than buying stamps running to post office, and cheaper than doing it the old way.Best part is u do it all from pictures on ur phone
Having issues keeps asking to verify email or phone number once I click on it it crashes
Zero stars!! The first time I go to use this darn app and it turned my phone black screen and locked it up. I had to restart my phone just to use it and now I'm going to uninstall such a useless app. I'm very disappointed and heart broken 😥💔 I'm wondering; does it actually work for others??
the app is good & easy to use. make sure the facility you're sending them to allows the inmates to recieve postcards. i know at least 1 was not delivered.
The customer support for this app is the BEST! They always answer quickly and never really had I ever had a problem. They are also always open to hearing suggestions for the app, love this and will always use this app to send to my many incarcerated friends and loves ones!
Update has issues. I can't get past the first photo. It lets me select one and then goes back to the home page, or closes the app.
Deletes review ... refuses to fix problems ... doesn't send the postcards.
The UX leaves much to be desired. The lack of clarity on rather or not certain prisons accept postcards. While writing on the post card, I was unable to hit enter to make a new line to format my words the way I wanted to.
Can not click continue or next at the bottom of the screen because you positioned it right over the "home" button on Android. Not well thought out.
Doesnt let me continue after I wrote the message and also the small picture placed untop of the message doesnt let me change it. Need to fix the continue button I cant click on it it's on my home button doesnt allow nothing to happened I have the galaxy s10 please fix.
Good idea, but doesn't allow proper photo orientation. You can't rotate the photos to fit.
Declined every card I used and I had money on my cards. So very disappointing. So much for staying in touch with my loved one from this app.
Why does the smaller photo in the corner not show when I check my history? You can't even answer all of these questions underneath this box because they are covered up. Wow,!!!
I was real hype about this. I sent one to my son which he never recieved and the company has not responded to my email. If I could rate them a zero that would be great! Yea, Im not hype about it anymore. App deleted!!!
I love this app and its great price... I think a change of the photos n notes they put could be updated more.. However all n all best app for sending pics to my wifey
Update has issues. Can't select second photo. Constantly shuts app and restarts.
I'm unable to send anything. Once I I complete the message and push continue, the app close. What is the solution for this.
The app keeps closing after asking to verify my phone number or email. It won't let me add my # in settings. Says "bad request". It closes before asking for my # if I try to verify with it; it asks for my email when trying to verify with that, and when I got continue it closes the app. I'll ammend my rating once I am able to actually experience the app and can form an opinion.
