The service is good, but the app does not work properly quite often. The availability of the cars are not visible and you are unable to book. So, you need to seek for another car at other station.
Pro: User friendly, quick navigation Contra: Damage registration not possible directly in the app. One has to spend a few minutes calling customer care to register any damages observed before using the vehicle.
The car lock by app never works. Besides, the last booking remains open and block you to book again. Need phone support all the time...
The service is good, but this app is terrible. Unintuitive ui, unresponsive, a pain to use.
Nobody at the end of the call or video ident for verification. Waited for hours.

Ok app. Good at managing car and booking. Usability of app require some efforts 03.05.2019 Updated: very good and handy application but i can not check the car availability for my station. either i have to use laptop or do booking with hit or trail or book it blindly
Can not login because of exception
Poor written app. Not tested must be written by some wannabe android dev. Nothing works no even the keypad.

Unusable! The inapp ads block my ui and I have to reboot. Very annoying! The rest seems promising. Therefore 2 stars.
It is pity that Flinkster is nice, but has a very useless App in Android system. The connection problem is not solved for several months. 05.10.2016 Update: Still doesn't work
Does not show any car2go cars in Munich.
There is no possibility to make any reasonable filters. For a DB the app is so unprofessional
Can't filter , say only automatic transmission cars. Also in Munich doesn't show any car2go cars
Unbelievably slow searching for cars. Doesn't provide all results vs website. Useless.
"Kunde konnte nicht eingeloggt werden". I can use only the web, not the App. I will rate again when solved. EDIT: same story with latest update.
Not able to login to my account at all
This app is annoying. It shows too little information on cars (prices etc), is very slow and causes heavy traffic. It does not even show log in information nor a logout option. Recently it can't even connect to the server. Overall it fits well to bahn's profile: good ideas but very poor execution.
Uh. Redesign urgently needed. Functionality is there, but it's next to unusable.... Please, developers, stick to the guidelines of Holo!

Some glitches, but overall reliable performance. Sometimes captions get cut off.
Terrible experience. I've end up paying ~450 euro for 5 hours. Took a mazda car, went to Frankfurt airport parked in underground parking and the car did not start anymore. Waited more than 2 hourse for a fixed and nothing. They advise to rent a car from airport and they said they will cover for it. After that they refuse to reinburse and the reson was "according to information available to us your phone Bluetooth was not turn on". Incredible, I've even sent them a screenshot with the paired car.
