The app logged me off today for some reason- and I'm not able to log back on using my autofill email and password.. When I go to reset my password - just in case the autofill is wrong - it's saying they cannot find my email address on file. I've already e-mailed support & I'm still waiting on a reply - I can't conduct any business until this is fixed. I was not able to accept a payment from my last customer because of this. What the hell is going on? Very disappointing.
App hasn't worked in over 2 months. Have been using this app for over 5 years with no problem even when they merged with Stripe. Sent email and they confirmed the issue is on their end and working hard to resolve the problem. Have found another app that will tie in with my existing Stripe account...Charge for Stripe. It costs an additional .20 cents per transaction on top of Stripe's fees. Would be willing to use Flint again if they are able to fix the problem.
already frustrating. had issues with the password and i am trying to set up a payment since it states it takes 7-10 business days. everytime I try and process the payment i get a systen error. if i get charged for these I am going to be highly upset. please fix this as i would like to use the app for my business.
Best app, no extra parts needed, using this app in my business since I started, my techs use it to collect payment after job is complete. I dont get why they're so many complaints from people.... it's really made my company easier to run
Have not been able to use the last 10 or so days. Dont think its being used anymore? It says there is a problem withdownloading my account. Can not get in touched with customer service
Flint app not working, password reset requests not working, website still works but Flint support number rings to some medical company. I can only assume they've folded.
waited 10 days for money to be deposit into my account! then flint and stripe cancel my transfer! wasted my time! worst app ever! dont use it!
This app worked great for some years but now hasn't worked in three weeks. Still waiting for help but it doesn't seem to be coming.
do not download this app it is a waste of time there's no such thing as customer service for this app I tried several times to contact these people go with the square app instead
Having some wierd issues lately....I don't know....I guess you can go directly with stripe for everything. Might try that.
Tried many times to create a account. Just flipped back to login page over and over. Never got anywhere
Stopped working... After years of using this app recently in the last 2 months its stopped working
I collect all fees through Flint. It is great and I couldn't do my business without it.
Very convenient. I love that you don't need a reader with it.
New for us. We loved the hot pot and my kids loved the conveyor all you can eat sushi.
I am enjoying Flint. I gave 4 stars because we do not have alot of history together yet.

I am having the same inability to process payments. Emailed customer service on 5/20 and am still awaiting a reply after the initial auto reply of promising to get back to me "within 24 hours." Has anyone found a suitable replacement?
POS can't even function properly at all.
Some people from Metro PCS call center use this app to scam people!

Flint has been shut down since earlier this year. If you try to log in, you’ll probably see a message that says “You have exceeded your processing limits,” but you won’t be able to actively use the app anymore. If you want to migrate to another platform, ChargeStripe has a lot of the same features that Flint had, and they both use Stripe, so migration is as easy a signing into your account once you download the app.
