FlipCam Video Recorder

I must rate 5 as it work well in my smartphone Vlogging but it distorted the sound and video, the sound already passed, the lips of the talker moved after, delayed by 2 seconds, it looks awkward to to viewers. please correct and notify the update software. motion stabilizer is unavailable. Please notify update. Late response might be, the app developer is sick or other reasons? Sympathy! Thank you.

Good idea behind the app, but there are problems. My phone rarely overheats, but this app somehow overheats the phone to the point that it shuts down to protect itself. (Never seen that before downloading this app.) It has happened several times in the middle of recording, and the video may or may not be there when I turn the phone back on. As other reviewers have reported, switching cameras causes a short pause, and the video does not appear in the photo gallery once saved.

The button gets hidden after a while if you pause it and don't resume right away and then if you press the wrong part the recording stops. I've missed some of the things I was trying to record because I hit play after pausing and it didn't resume. Also, the things I record won't show up in my gallery, and if I want to find the file and move it, it doesn't give you a choice where to move it to. Partly user error, mostly button design needs to be improved, maybe sound to show button gets clicked.

This is epic! The one and only. In case of those out there using lousy phone . Please set the resolution low so that you won't be able to see one black screen heehee. This is 90 percent perfect . Except that I cannot choose my type of lens I want (wide angle) hopefully the developer can improve on this that we can have option to use the wide angles for front and back that is built-in the phone

Question: any chances to make the selfie video camera adjusting the exposure like in the native app? When there is low light situation, the native camera can adjust the exposure. The quality isn't good in the native camera, but at least you can see the face. I'm giving four stars only because that issue, and will change it to five stars with pleasure if that would be fixed / added.

Good app, love how it lets you swap between both selfie camera and main camera very easily. The only issue I've found is that whilst recording at 1920x1080 the video will continue going to match the memory card I have because the space is there, but for some reason when I press to stop the recording after a 40 minute video only 26 minutes of the video will be have recorded (tested twice now) Great app, just wish someone could tell me why this happens so I could go on longer walks with no issues.

As a developer I know how much effort goes in .. would recommend adding a pro paid mode with additional features Some feature I would like would be - volume button start/stop recording - also if u can make the record button more visible .. would be great for my parents. - default Android Share icon - wide angle video camera support

Works as expected. Thanks a lot to author of the app. A feature that should be included by default in all phone cameras. Strangley, Pixel 5a lacks this by default, while some other cheaper phones allow it.

It is doing well nowadays, sometimes audio and video don Not synchronize properly. As it is a great app, get more download by development of Dual Camera at the same time, send updates to re-download. thanks.

Great app, very good user interface but I only gave 3 stars because you can't choose specific folders to save pictures and as such they don't show up in the gallery. You have to go hunting every time. Please try to remedy this and the app would be close to perfect.

nice, but the mid and high quality give both big filesizes. Low quality turns out to be blocky low. Seems more like, "very low", "high" and "very high" options to me. Would be nice if low would be a little higher and mid a bit lower.

I like this app...my concern is no mirror mode in photo mode, pls add mirror mode in settings...and in the video mode, can you add option like " add music " or " import music " before start to capture video, I mean when I start to video, the music will play too, cause I love to make lipsync...sorry I'm not good in English...😁😁😁...

I find this a breakthrough concept in video recording but I wonder if you could ever post the video recording on social media because it doesn't show on my video gallery and I have to say this is what I wanted in video recording though it have issues according to some reviews and what I really like here is the feature with this app

It works well on my phone but with some limitation. I had this dual recording mode in my phone android 10. But, after the update 11 this feature disappeared from my device. GALAXY M31S ANDROID 11 STILL HAS THIS FUCTION. YET, I must thank you for developing this alternative app which many people are missing in their devices. The app deserves 5 star 🌟 but like every other app, this app also has room for improvement through users feedback you can update this app to improve its functionality.

Ya its obviously a good app but it has only 2 prblm that when we flip the camera it stops a while n we cannot take pictures when we are shooting this need to be improved. And when we sudden flip its capturing capacity is not also so good n smooth this need to improved for youtuber........ If possible please change it. Tq

Worked wonderfully the first day I used it. After that highly sporadic and no saving to Phone or Memory Card. What is the issue, please? I have already un- and reinstalled the app - no improvement. I am thus no longer able to use FlipCam.

Dear Developer, Your app is wonderful and helps a lot. Kindly add a pause option while recording a video. And if possible also kindly add the option to record audio from external mic and bluetooth headset.

Hello. This is a great camera app because most of the phones are incapable of flipping the camera while recording. Maybe you should make a feature that records both front and back camera.

This app is good but it didn't have any anything else instant of flipping camera while recording the reason of giving it to star is this only I think it should include also screen recording with voice its simple you can add it because normal phone has not a system of screen recording with voice normal phone has only a system of screen recording so I am giving it two stars

Brilliant. My phone doesn't support recording with both cameras (front & rear) at the same time. But this app does the task. As Instagram & Snapchat does the same work but the issue is they only record 15 to 30 secs.

It worked as intended, but app would not let me save to phone and when I shared it through messages and saved it, it was ugly and Pixelated. Very dissapointed: thought I was going to get an app to use for my YouTube channel.

Yes i give it five star, because it actually does what it says, even though i cant simultanously record myself but yes i can flip the video to record myself, from front and back. download it very nice app

It didn't save all videos . I can't find my all videos that I saved during whole day most of the clip were missing.

Add how many fame rate record 25 to 120 fps chose option. Need 1080×720, 1280×720 and 30/60fps mode. HDR mode. Audio record enable/disable option while recording. Snap image when video recording. Video do not show in gallery , why you keep it hidden. Android 11 support.

Does not save in my gallery. Can't extract video to dropbox or Google drive. Phone started heating up when doing a 20 second video.

No doubt,this app is just awesome for me to use and so simple to use but I just didn't like a feature that I have to full the brightness and it didn't happens again so I have to reinstall the app so I only request to fix this problem.

dear team filpcam is excellent i enjoyed lot taking videos but there is small issue is that if we take video with front cam the recording is coming in mirror means in reverse if we play the video with front camera.

I can't rate 5 stars due to sync problems. Audio doesn't match with Video. please redevelop synchronization.

An excellent app concept but what a pity that Google will not allow both front and back cameras to be active at the same time when recording video .
