FlippIt! - Real Estate House Flipping Game

To all who have worked on this. FIX IT and the ads need to go! Not paying or playing a game that is run by ads. Time to do things is a joke! If you want people to play this fix it and kill the ads , they make the game unplayable. Time on upgrades is to much and the whole game needs to be junked and come up with a better game plan. Never really got to play because of all the ads and NO! i am not PAYING to get rid of them.

Great game to kill some time. Super addictive. Love the idea, but there are so many bugs and glitches it's ridiculous!! I can be in the middle of selling a house and all of a sudden it won't let me make any repairs and upgrades, but takes the money anyway. Not only that, when the timer finishes and i haven't made any profit (because of the problem mentioned above), i have to accept the offer anyway and it keeps duplicating the house for sale? Absolutely cannot stand that. Fix it please.

It's a fun game that takes a bit of time to learn how renting and buying works and what to spend on upgrades to maximize your profit. The reason for the 2 star rating is because there are still some serious bugs to fix. Countdown timers don't sync when browsing the market. Additionally, the game bugs out where you cant sell or rent your property. You have to exit the game and when you return the property disappears. haplend twice in a week. Lost both homes 120k game money and my time. GG😒

Ads are badly timed and can effect the timer for the renovation. Too many ads in fact. Would be nice if this was fixed. Home offers seem to happen but then can randomly drop to a lower amount. I would do the renovations that were requested but it wouldn't make the offers go up. The buttons won't let you press and/or use it correctly after selling a house. You have to reopen the app. This problem will also sometimes occur after buying a house. I do like the game, updates would be helpful tho!

Great concept & would be a great game if I wasn't forced to sale or rent every property before I get to do anything to it. for some reason the offer screen just randomly pops up & I can't back out of it. Not sure why that is but it's annoying to say the least. I can even close the app & reopen it & it's still there. Awesome otherwise.

Has potential but too many glitches. I have a house and when I try to rent it out the whole game freezes up. It's also glitched and made me sell houses more than once but then I have to use gems to make sure I dont profit. It's aggravating. UPDATE: Now the whole game has glitched. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled and it will not let me play. Changing to one star. I guess I'm just done. I've started over twice and it's still doing it. Maybe I'll try again after next update. 😣

The overall game is fun but, there are ads EVERYTIME you do ANYTHING. Renting and buying are at your own risk. I rented a property for 1 year and lost it almost immediately. It said I had to take an offer before I could even fix it up. Same thing happened to a property I had just bought. Watching an ad made a property glitch for several days (Not showing up as rented/sold). I ended up losing that property too. Sometimes your offers will be lower if you leave the game and come back.

This app is cool. My fiance and I both have downloaded and are now super-addicted. However, there is one issue I am having. On my iPhone it works well most of the time. On my Android, the rental page doesn't show. Not in my portfolio or in the rental section. I can see I have 2 rental fees to pick up based on the indicator, but it wont allow me to see anything in either menus. Other than that it's good. I would rate it 5***** but the rental part is why I'm rating it a 4****.

Good concept but like many there are a lot of glitches. When purchacing a house the game locks up and have to restart costing valuable repair time. The biggest issue i have with the game is my income property screen went blank and i have10 houses waiting to collect rent on. The game keeps sending notifications but when I go there there's nothing. I have been working with technical support but they have been unsuccessful and they have stopped contacting me. The game has become unplayable.

I really like the game. But for some reason, after buying and selling 6 houses and renting out 2, the only available houses to buy are for 470,000 and up. I'll never be able to afford that with 761 income a month. Not unless i pay with real money to get more houses. If that gets fixed ill give a solid 4 stars. Also, rentals have an "emergency issue" pop up about 6 times a day, more or less. And if you don't repair it right away you lose all possible rent coming in. I'm lowering my rating to 1.

every time I buy a property, the app freezes and none of the commands work. I have to close the app and restart it, taking away some of my time allotted to do repairs to the property. On top of that, when I look at another of my owned properties, another app, or any screen besides the housefron of the property currently being renovated, my house value resets. i can raise the value 25,000 and then accidentally view a rental property, reseting the value, and loose all investment in a sale.

When managing multiple houses, the game will consistently flip you between the two, never letting you purchase upgrades for the correct house. You could even go to make a sale for one house that would yield a healthy profit, and have it switch in the background making you lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. This needs to be patched and for now makes the game unplayable. I do not recommend downloading unless you enjoy fighting game bugs that steal time and money from you.

Good game but too many bugs. I loved this games the first 3 days because it worked great. Then it started have issues. I would select to sell a house, that was previously a rental in which I would have made 150K dollar profit just on sell, and the game would freeze. I was forced to closed the game only to come back with my house gone and no money added to my account. it happened 3 times in the same day. Fix the bugs and I'll play again.

It's a joke, you just touch the screen and you have to watch an advert!! Can't even check properly or position on the top list, every touch generates an advert!!! I wouldn't mind to watch adverts for extra things or benefits like short progression during upgrade propbut the game is absolutely not enjoyable due to this. Game would be lovely, interesting with far less advert but this money oriented behaviour of the program owner will destroy everything they want to reach. It's not late for change.

best house flipper game on the market; or would be if not for the bugs. where to begin? the timer for fixing needs to be extended and not automatically set to zero as soon as you buy the house. less adds so the game is playable, make it so you can switch between properties and not have them mysteriusly dissappear. and if a purchase to remove adds is made, make it effective

So many ads it makes it difficult to play the game. Ads run through your time allowed per house for upgrade then you lose your progress. I then purchased the game as it would stop the ads and it didnt. Why?????? When I started the game after purchase I lost all my progress.

This game is DEFINITELY too ad based. Every move you make there is an ad and you are forced to watch for about 10 seconds. There is no tutorial, if you don't explore everything right away on your own you will be lost and go broke with no way to get back as you don't have anyway to gain money other than to rent and sell houses which you have to have enough to buy and fix up in the first place. Rent doesn't auto collect and the timer continues anyways meaning you lose money if you are not there.

Im enjoying the game its self, but its acting up alot. Sometimes, in randomly shows my balance sheet when I log on, and it will show one property that will be purchased for literally millions of dollars, then sold for millions of dollars, though no properties in the game cost this much. It also sometimes keeps my properties, and deletes all my money. It also sometimes sells them without my consent when Im offline. Good game, but needs improvement.

Ads every few seconds, or anything that has to do with the house. Doesn't explain how things work only that you can speed things up by spending the crystals. Also, no rewards for the ads it MAKES YOU WATCH. So in turn. Too many ads, no explanation/tutorial.

Deleting this app because it spams you with an advert the moment the game ooens, and after each house sale...if you can make it by the 5 minutes given. Rain stops you from progressibg in enough time to complete tasks. Yet another game out there to spam you with ads...that you cant even close half the time as they are too enlarged and to hrab your money, because thats the only way you will get anywhere.

Fun to play but needs alot of work. I turn the game off and it randomly buys a house and sells for a loss when I get back online. Also if you try to flip two houses at once, it keeps jumping from house to house and you end up upgrading the wrong house!

Horrible game. Great in concept, but there is no tutorial. So, you're trying to figure out the goal, concept, and process. Also there are random full screen video ads about every minute or less of gameplay.

Every single house you buy always has a disaster occur causing a delay that costs gems to get past or risk running out of time costing you potential earnings BUT you can BUY your way past said problems with usually 28 gems which costs money. I would think that it wouldn't cost so much since there is an add after every single screen change. All it is isna way to get your money and get basically nothing at all. Very disappointing. Had potential too.

Nothing but a waiting game with too much to do and too little time to do it in. You get 4 min to complete a house but have to repair 5 things but 1 of those repairs takes 2 min to do! You can only do 1 task at a time. You have to spend gems to get anywhere. Takes the fun out. Uninstalling.

5 minutes into the app, had two game crashes and way too many ads, not very happy with my experience. I'm usually okay with ads but at least wait until the tutorial is finished.

Game has glitches you purchase more than one rental property you can't collect. If flip more than one house the game glitches out and you can't select anything and once that happens I keep having to clear cache and force stop my game to get it to work.

Fun concept. Adding mini games where you can earn extra cash would make it more enjoyable. I find it takes a long time to earn money with rent and there isn't much game play when your properties are being rented. Other Suggestions: Showing in minutes how long it will be until the lease expires. Adding a fast forward button option ⏩ while you are in game play so leases don't take so long to end.

Everytime i buy a house, have to restart the game to repair it, then have to repair it with what is left on the timer after watching the ad right after starting the game each time. So cant get everything done before timer runs out. I hope you can get that fixed cause i do like the game.

It's an ok time consumer, but there are SO many bugs. Most of the time if you buy a house you can't click on the build button, so have to exit and come back. Sometimes when you exit you have no house and the money is also gone. Rentals disappear and the money you bought them for as well. There's a lot more I can't even list because Google doesn't give me enough room on here. I dont know how long it's been out, but this game was obviously not ready for release...No way to exit without task manager
