I have also had issues with my FLIR FX Wifi camera. I was very frustrated when it stopped working while I was out of town. I tried everything to get it working when I got home to no avail. I read the reviews here and became angry. I contacted Customer Support who advised me they no longer supported the camera but they would send me a new camera they do support. I know FLIR and have used their product for over 30 years(military). Contact them and they will make it right. Thank you FLIR/LORAX
I started to get an error saying it could not reach servers. I called tech support and was told they no longer support this app or the Flix Fx cameras! What the heck!!?? They drop support without any advance notification? Lorex is the wosrt!!
Hardware is great and this app we'd working well, however, service was stopped without informing the users and no support for transition to another system was provided.
Absolutely useless app and products I have two flir fx cameras and all accessories. There app doesn't work I filled out their online forms like they said and got no replies I emailed their support and no replies. Stay away from this company.
"Could not reach server" for days. Tech support almost impossible to reach unless you are incredibly patient. Online, web- based client asks that I look in, v then says, "You are already logged in."; Repeat ad infinitum.
This is the worst product I have ever worked with. I have had another camera from this company and the service is horrendous. Support is almost non-existent, especially if you have a problem on a weekend. Do not waist your money on this company.
Flir thinks we need them. Bad move!! This company is the biggest joke. Look at the reviews. They are riding the Lorex name. Guess what there are a 100 other options as good or better. Now they are changing their whole system and your cameras will be all but useless.

Awful on hold now as we speak for 1:15:02 an hour and fifteen mins for a p/w reset. Someone HELP ME this is so un called for. You ask for a p/w reset on the app and STILL NO GOOD what is the purpose if you can't do it though the app????
Login problems constantly. When calling for help i get someone in India who doesn't speak English and insist i need to buy more stuff

This product is hot steaming garbage, don't buy anything from Flir or Lorex. The product is fraudulent in its representation of features... Motion grid filtering doesn't work, device triggers all the time for things outside of the grid or for changes in light... Sound triggering is useless because it triggers constantly off electrical noise picked in the internal microphone... It's so spammy as to be completely unusable as a security camera... Flir never made any real effort to fix it at all. Disgusting company.

Always getting double notifications for motion activity alerts. Motion alerts are very sensitive, even at low setting. Need a way to reboot camera even it is offline, I had to climb a ladder and take the camera down out of the outside housing in order to reboot it cause it went offline for over 3 days. Has potential just not quite there yet.
The camera is buggy like others have reported. I just been patiently waiting for and option to receive audible alert for motion alerts. all I git is a icon on the toolbar, lucky my pebble steel give me a vibrate or i would pretty much miss any of the motion triggers with defeats the purpose of this camera. I will he Holden on, but I have my eyes set on a camera made by Ubiquity, oh yea the camera runs blazing hot.
This app hasn't been updated in almost 2 years and it had issues that need resolved. It is very disappointing to spend this kind of money on a product and not see active development to resolve some of the most glaring issues. I don't understand why a connected device like the FlirFX could not be constantly updated to make significant improvement. The very low rating of this app suggests that I'm not the only one who sees issues with the app and apparently Flir does not care to make attempts to resolve these issues.
I had the camera and used the app for several years. I changed my router and tried to get it to connect. I spent hours trying to connect the router. I went to the Lorex website which said log out then relog in. It keeps coming up can not connect to the server. I tried to open a new account again getting an error. I also used this for the direct wifi which I can't use because I can't sign into the app. I think they closed the app and service for the camera not informing its users.
