FLIR Mobile allows security personnel and other thermal camera users to remotely access and control Nexus enabled FLIR® Sensors from their Android™ Devices.
This client app turns your Android™ Device into a portable surveillance station.
FLIR Mobile for Android™ features:
• Discovery: The application will discover all Nexus Enabled FLIR® Sensors with one click. (This feature requires uPnP support in your network)
• Camera control: The application offers live video and PTZ control of Nexus Enabled FLIR® Sensors to monitor remote locations, using mobile connectivity. Camera zoom can be modified using simple controls.
• Quick browsing through multiple FLIR® Sensor connections with finger scroll gesture.
• Active camera toggle in multisensor products, with a single touch of a button.
• Capture of still snapshots directly to your Android™ Device Gallery.
• Temperature Measurement (Radiometry) configuration on FLIR® Sensors supporting these features (e.g. FC-Series).
Supported FLIR® Sensor models and minimum firmware requirements:
• F-Series, D-Series, PT-Series (WW1.4 firmware)
• MV/MU-Series (WW1.4 firmware)
• A310pt (WW1.4.1 firmware)
• FC Series (BU1.1 firmware)
• MD-Series (2013 versions)
• HRC/JPC3 G Multisensor (CF 2.1 firmware)

WTF, are flir sensors on my network? This should work on the galaxy note 4 without internet. I could never get past the search for flir sensors. I want to be able to use this when in remote areas and solely using the device. Wish it worked, I would even be happy to pay, if it worked.

It won't work on my phone. It worked briefly when I used my home's Wi-fi, but when not home, it won't work. It keeps telling me that there is no network connection. What's the purpose?
