BUY A DIFFERENT CAMERA SYSTEM. THE APPS FOR LOREX ARE HORRIBLE Worst set of applications ever. I wish I would have bought a different camera system. I no longer get notifications of movement on any of the apps (Lorex has several apps to try). I have uninstalled and re installed all of them individually. NONE OF THEM WORK I have an android and the app constantly crashes, functions don't work, not user friendly etc.
This app no longer works. tried uninstalling / reinstalling it. "Device is unreachable" or some other error message comes up. User ID & password are recognized and the icons for my cameras display but I cant get live video feeds. cant get ANY remote video feeds. The cameras are working because I can see them on my minitor at home. I tried unplugging & restarting the NVR thing and that did not work either.
I don't recommend this product or app. Half the time I can't watch a live video. If I want to look back at old video, while not on wifi..forget about it! Not all the features work on this app either. My humble works way better. And it was 1/16 of the price to have it installed.
garbage slow choppy app with cameras that dont even function properly. changed routers in my house and cameras are just paper weights and wont connect even after resetting multiple times. when they worked they were not bad but the apps always been trash and now the cameras are as well.
Could not get app to work. Found out they are dropping the camera line and are not activating any new cameras. I wasted days trying to get this working, but activation is disabled across the board. Buy another brand!
Can not log into app. Keeps telling me it... Failed to retrieve recap status...I also tried to reset password which let's me sign into main website but not the app. I also tried to sign in with new email and received the same message " Failed to retrieve recap status" so fustrating....how do I fix this?????
there's so much of a delay on the application always having a consistent problem you guys need to update and fix this application I am deciding on changing security systems just cuz of this. It's not my internet this happens if I'm on my cell network or at my home Wi-Fi
Absolutely garbage. Having lorex account for year, I am not able to login through flir. " no Internet connection"!!! And all other Internet programs are working fine!!!
Very easy to connect and consistently opens all the cameras. The play back works well too. Only complaint is that I wish the videos were bigger on the screen.
Since the new update to partner with Lorex. My camera can no longer get connected to my app and there is no way to connect it. Even using ir creating a new account!!
Does not work. I can't even log in. Tried many accounts, creating new ones. Nothing works. Man, lorex lately got super frustrated. Never buying another lorex product again.
Doesn't work, kept saying unable to connect. Check connection. Tried on several different wifi connections and wireless phone service connection.
Spent over 800$ on this system. Let alone 10 hours of install. One year later I'm not able to view clearly, freezing, picture and video quality is terrible. I would and will not reccomend this JUNK to anyone.
Ive now been forced to migrate to Lorex cloud app by the company_ doesnt suppirt this app any more which usa shame because uts much MUCH better thsn ghe new appo forced to use. Thr ability to select time for playback was soo essy on this- done right. New app its a nightmare
The app continually says cannot connect to internet even though connected. Will not work. I can log onto the website but can't add cameras on the website.
This app won't let me login to my existing account. If I ask it to reset my password, it sends me an email with a link to login to reset the password. If I'm able to login online, why can't I login through this app?
i dont know why after using FLziR for years all of a sudden i now have to log in and my log in never works. can not get a new password my phone is not recognized makes this service worthless.
After one year the app stop working. I tried technical support but they didn't help don't waste your money and buy something better
Can't connect because my camera is not supporting rapid recap (new update). I even create new account, my camera still doesn't work!
slow to respond even on high speed internet. goes offline often. tech support out of Columbia very difficult to understand and get in touch with👎
I can't watch my camera's on the app since the last update and if you trying to get in touch with them is impossible
Will not accept password to sign in, tells me wrong Password or username,! I'm sure they are correct
So frustrating! can't log in after the app updated. Keep saying Fail to retrieve RapitRecap status.
If you get the correct tv, you get perfect details with these cameras. Amazing security!
Planned obsolescence. This camera won't last and Flir was bought by Lorex and Lorex will replace it with a cheap camera with low resolution and then it will malfunction. Seems like a scam. I hope there is a class action lawsuit.
Horrible. Can't log in can't do anything with that useless app. Wish I never bought their cameras.
Used to work, but now keeps on telling me "Unable to connect. Check your Internet connection or try again later". If I try to set up an account it tells me that I already have an account, so something in the app is working. I can no longer check any of my cameras remotely. Pointless having the app......or the cameras. I'm very disappointed.
