I called customer support because my technician left and still couldn't let the app to work. The remotely connected into my computer an updated all the settings (FYI they used IE as a browser) then he asked me to download the FLIR Cloud App, then we proceed to fill all of the entry fields and after we click "connect" we were able to connect to both the app installed on my raggedy android and the computer (windows 8). I was determined to unplug all of this junk out of my closet and send it back where it came from, (the builder) but i decided to call FLIR myself and they got it worked out. How long will the APP stay operational, I don't know, but it works for now. Again, we downloaded the FLIR Cloud APP and that one worked just fine. We couldn't get it to work on my iPhone or iPad (so mad about iTunes being down at the moment) - FYI I do not work for FLIR just to be clear I am a consumer.
App is difficult to use and not very intuitive. Furthermore, it only allows for 4 simultaneous channels. My home system has 12 cameras. This app is useless to me.
This is probably the most poorly designed app I've ever used. Go back to the drawingboard and try again.
App not designed well. User interface is lacking. Full hd nvr Terrible video quality on app. Better off purchasing nvr from different manufacturer
Not working...Resolution not supported for my Flir NVR
Crashes every time I try to open camera
The worst app I have ever used!
Sgn4 with v4.4.4 cannot connect
Will not open since latest S3 update
Needs Work. Needs digital zoom capabilities, easier UI design , ability to see Motion Areas for playback, Also playback across MAC allows motion timeline for easier playback but through IE and CMS on PC they don't have motion area timeline. Difficult to playback with IE and PC. For higher end IP products user should have better user experience, similar UI across platforms and more features.
