AUGUST 2019 FIRMWARE UPDATE WORKING! Bluetooth connection seems to connect alot faster. Changing color pallets now works without the 'invalid'. The SD Card is now showing up with card size. Download firmware update and unzip on PC. Copy unzipped onto any sd card (32G max). Place in FLIR and power it up. Press YES when iit asks to update firmware. THANKYOU FLIR!

Here's a fix for won't connect. Open your phones Bluetooth app , not the Bluetooth symbol. Toggle it on and off until a pairing window opens. Select your camera. Mine showed the serial #. Other things I did that may or may not be required. Turn off wi-fi. Use a phone charger not a laptop or pc to power the camera.

I'm trying with FLIR Vue Pro and this app never works. It can detect the correct camera but when I try to connect it ,it just gets error message saying "Deceive Disconnected." And there is nothing I can do to fix it.

This app worked well for the first 4 flights. Now it will no longer connect to the camera (FLIR Vue Pro). The camera still works and the app can detect the camera but it keeps failing to connect.

Was very disappointed. The app doesnt work on my lg k51. It loads and comes up but does not detect my flir vue pro 640. The bluetooth on my phone sees the imager but cannot pair with it.

Please update this app. Many people are experiencing the same issues. I called customer support and they were not able to provide support. The app works with my Samsung galaxy S8, but not with newer devices, such as Galaxy S10, or Samsung s5e tablet.

This app does not connect at all. The FLIR Vue pro's blue light is on, power cycled numerous time but still does not connect. Please fix this!!!!

This app is not detecting any of our android devices. We tried different Samsung devices and one Google pixel 4 as well. Very disappointing.

I am able to connect and check settings but I am having problems with Duo R in that the camera stops taking pictures once the drone lifts off. This a new problem I associate with the new app. Thought on how to fix?

Will not connect to my vue pro. Extremely frustrating that a high end product has totally non-functional critical software.

Hello I am not able to connect my FLIR duo as I am not seeing the flir duo, Instead the app is showing FLIR vue pro. Is there any issue in camera or with the app? If problem is in camera how to fix?

I've tried everything and the duo Pro r will not connect to Galaxy s21 ultra, it sees the camera then doesn't connect *follow up I don't want a generic reply nor is there a fault with my camera or phone your app does not work with android

This app you used to be able to set a shutter interval and the output would be individual JPEG image files (Flir Vue Pro camera.) Now you can only output video. So now I can't deliver individual files to clients or create orthomosaics of overlapping images stitched together which is a common operation for roof and solar array inspection! Why not leave in the option to write individual photos?

Fix your application ! Bad blotooth comunication with different mobile devices !, Missing optional time shutter after upgrade.

Entirely terrible, I spend £1000 on a camera that I can't use because I cant connect to it to configure it.

Horrible app so far. I have yet to be able to connect to camera even one time.

Cant connect through bluetooth to my FLIR VUE Pro... using a Samsung Note 9... VERY disappointed

Latest app version seems to have deleted the timer when set to multiple capture.

Old app worked fine, this POS wont recognize my $3500 paper weight. Will never buy a Flir product again

I have FLIR Vue Pro & for some reason, connecting to bluetooth is a hit or miss but it could also be the device itself & not the app. Also, I wish they could make landscape mode & more options for the color pallet (Red) display available.

This app will not connect the camera to my Samsung S7. Pathetic for a high tech company.

The app is buggy, and it's inconsistent with bluetooth detection across multiple devices. Apart from this, the PMW settings are also underdeveloped. I can't select H/M/L PWM values for FCC or record mode, which only offers two states, still or video but no multiple capture setting.

Very disoppointed , unable to recognise Se card , after input setting automatically set all value as default .and also unable to connecting bluethis is not easy after search ,some time shows" camera found but unke to connect " .taking to long time for connection.please fix this

Will not connect. $1000 camera is useless.
