sometimes there is a delay in updating the data

2.7.38 version Notifications are not coming in this update in Android 12. Android 12 users should not update this to version 2.7.38.
No service. After sale. All they want is renewal. If we ask for service than no answer. Won't answer our calls. Taken out old device in February 2020 still not giving back.

Very bad service with in last 8 month never any type of service by company . And the employee also cheated. Take more money than value of it and don't give reciept. And it's service stop only in 9 month . I recommended everybody never bye this product . Company and its employees both are cheater and no customer sevices worst product and poorest service

Android Version 12 Alert sounds not working in Samsung Note 20 Ultra. There is no reply from the technical team either. After taking their charges, their behavior changes, so our money gets wasted. Something similar happened with me. That is why I would not like to take their service after today.
