Ok so. First off, app is glitchy sometimes: it forgets your info and you have to reinstall it to get it all back. I've had to do this three times in one month. Second, there is no distinction within the app between public and private chargepoints. They all show up the same, so it's hard to know where to go. Also there was one that was 'online' but when we found it it had no nozzles: they had been cut off, clean. So not always reliable regarding that either. For everything else it is great.

The app was having glitches all over after update. Didn't let me access to my vehicle or my account and couldn't charge at any station or order a plastic card to use because it froze. It was hard to contact customer service via the app but after this reply I called and was adviced to uninstall and reinstall to fix. Weird that I had to do that when the app had already been used. Glad my vehicle was a plug in hybrid. Still was super annoyed. At least now it works again.

Noticed $10 missing from the account, repeatedly tried to message support. Finally called them and let them know the problem. They sent me a print out of my transactions minus the $10 credit. I didn't screenshot ahead of time so I had no proof. But I found my proof now. When I charge the car on the FLO account FLO sends me a notification saying my balance on my account is low. I never had any of these last year. This is the second year of membership.

Tap to start session not working, after following instructions as normal the start session screen would pop up and just be a blank blue screen. Nothing would happen. Uninstalled than reinstalled the app with same outcome. Had to call customer service to force start fast charger remotely.

Hate the new interface since the app update of March 10 2022. They removed the current (Amps) display on the interface while recharging the car and the values are not refreshing at will like the previous version. I wish I could re-install the previous version of the app.

How do you set a favourite station? My work place has multiple chargers and I USED to be able to set a specific charger as a favourite. 4 out of 10 or so are set as favourites, but they are not the ones I normally use so I have to search for the number every time. Also, what is that flower icon next to the 'select' key? Does it do anything? I've clicked it, but can't figure out what it does.

Used to be a great app. Now you can't activate anything, takes multiple attempts to add funds, and the charge status rarely works. Thankfully I have the card or I'd be screwed for charging.

New app is good, but your charging session details doesn't show up all the time. On my home station I have to force close the app and reopen if I want to see my session details and sometimes that doesn't even fix it.

They sent an email saying there's a new redesign of the app, but it just redirects to this page with no update. Edit: after the reply by the dev, doesn't change that they sent me an email telling me to grab the new app but that I wasn't able to. Leaving my score as 1. If I gave an honest review of the app it's get a 2.

So glad you partnered with chargepoint so I can use their app to activate your chargers. Have had nothing but problems with the app since you updated it. Went from best and easiest to use to worst in one update

Thank you for redesigning this app, it's much improved! I'd love if I could set my card to automatically top up if it got below a certain amount, but the push notifications are awesome.

The latest update doesn't allow me to get any stations started - tried 3 had to call on the last try for Flo to activate remotely.

Flo used to be great, until the latest 2022 update. With the new update we can no longer favorite stations that are private use (like at my workplace), these happen to be the chargers I mostly use. All of my previously saved stations were deleted and I've lost the ability via Flo to check if they are available or not remotely. You can set a workplace zone but it never actually saves it, and that zone still does not include the private chargers. Charging session used to display Kw/h. To add insult to injury, the my stations page now contains a persistent advertisement that cannot be closed or dismissed for the X5 home charger. I get you want to advertise but understand, many users don't have the option of a home charger, this should be a different page of the app. It's really bad, please restore last version and work harder on V3 before putting it out.

App works as long as you don't care about the history timestamps. They are wildly inaccurate. After two unanswered emails to support I had to change my rating from 2 stars to 1. All companies are only as good as their support.

Have used this app since oct of 2021 was happy with it i charge daily due to work 2 months ago i could no longer access my acount tried re in stalling nothing .Gave up and had to go with a different app .Would like to know why this happened as would like to come bk to flo .

App overhaul didn't add anything I thought was missing.. I resent not being told how many kwh my car is currently pulling from the station so I can make an informed choice about whether to not to continue charging.

The app just keep trying to start a session and it just doesn't work within a reasonable time frame. There are 4 stations along City of Vancouver Arbutus St. I've tried connecting to every single one of the stations and it just didnt connect. I tried clearing cache and re-entering my login detail, and again it didnt work. I've tried waiting doe the app to connect but after 30 min, it didnt work as well. This is my 3rd time experiencing this.

NFC not supported, can't start a session by tapping your phone. GPS doesn't locate properly leading me to have to type in an 8 digit code in -15C weather.

Used the app for the last 2 weeks. Everything worked fine. But tried to update it, and it fails every time. So I did as was recommended, uninstalled and now it won't even reinstall. I have 10gigs free space, so that cant be the issue, my phone is a fully updated galaxy s7, which has an OS capable of running it. I am at a loss for whatever could be the problem. Would have given it 5 stars, and will change it, if I cam figure this out..

In general, I like the app, but with this Jun-4 update, I find the "My Stations" screen much more difficult to read at a glance (smaller font, cluttered) with fewer stations fitting on the screen. They're my favourites, I just need to see if they're available ... I already know their connector details - I don't need that info on that screen ... better yet, allow me to make that my default start up screen...!
