I loved the app until I was forced to uninstall it and reinstall it. I lost all of my information from the previous months. Now I'm not sure when my cycle starts. Thanks Flo for screwing me on this month. This was all so I could see that they offer premium content. I'm so not happy with this. Updated 5/17/22: This app still needs more work. I brought the premium version, but I barely even use the options. The premium version is more for younger people than older ones. Still love the app.
I LOVE THIS APP, BUT.. I recently got a new phone and I can not get a password reset link for the email I used and bought a subscription through. I have tried multiple times even contacted support. Support gives me the same options each time I have contacted them and which I have done before I contacted support. That is the reason for my 1 star review. Everything else is awesome.
I recently posted a review saying that the constant notifications unrelated to my period made me stop using this app, and it seems like you've deleted my review. Classy! Anyway, I just wanted to respond to your suggestion of disabling the notifications in my phone settings. This isn't a fix for the problem, I WANT notifications about when my period will start, disabling notifications entirely makes your app completely useless. Just give us the option to opt out of all other notifications please.
Everytime I open this app at the doc, it forces me to answer questions and showing 'stories'.... I can't skip, can't postpone, while the doctor is waiting for my answer.... and if you think you answer once and you are done I have to disappoint you, it happens every time I open this nightmare. I used it for 2+ years and they've just started to ruin it...It takes 2 minutes to open the application and it is extremely annoying!! Update: I hate it and uninstalled
I love this app and I was looking forward to give it a try before investing in the paid option. The only thing is, the adds sometimes are just too must. You never know when the chat is going to open to actually give you information, or to sell you the premium option. It makes the usage of the app a bit frustrating and it throws me off instead of making me wanting to go premium. You have an awesome product, but once inside the free version it feels overwhelming, to be honest.
Been using for the past few years. It was an excellent app until the premium banner shows up to my face and wouldn't get out until I click "continue". It just constantly wants me to pay for the extra features. The advices were free before and now they're all included in "premium". I might have to uninstall it and look for a new one when another feature that's free is added to "premium". Nope, not paying for what's supposed to be free.
I USED TO to love this app. It really was my favorite, i checked my review history. Sadly they've now filled it with superfluous amounts of unhelpful info that they pester you continuously to pay for. Also, since I switched phones I can no longer access the free version and years of my personal history. Password reset DOES NOT WORK. Highly disturbing. I've switched back to the "my calendar" app, it reminds me of what flo used to be. Why did you have to mess with a great thing!?
