Floating Tube (Multitasking)

FOR THOSE WHO WANT YOUTUBE PLAYING IN BACKGROUND... There's a trick that might work. Open the player, minimize it to it's smallest size, and drag it to a corner. Re-size it to default floating size, and part of it should be off-screen. Continue dragging it as far off as you can. It's better than nothing! Review: Pretty good, best one I have found since Youtube Minimizer was hate-screwed by Google. Stable, works well. I wish that there was an option for controlling the floating player from the Notifications area, with the same options as found on the player itself. Especially since there is already a (large) notification that appears for the player, which doesn't appear to do much. It would also be nice to have options to make it transparant. Overall, good effort....

Paid to get rid of ads but even with the paid version I'm still getting automatically directed to adverts claiming that YouTube has selected me as a winner of a grand sum of money, which keeps popping up again and again. What the hell did I pay money for then. I demand a refund! As for the edge of the floating window, you can only view the screen in two sizes, I would've thought the highlighted corner would've been for one to adjust the floating screen to one's content... Also app shuts down mid video for no known reason. Uninstaled and installed app again but still experiencing same problems. Disappointed.

Has some ads but works so well I have to give it a break. And red is my least favorite color. If I turn the screen off, it automatically turns back on to keep playing. Could use some appearance tweaks for a more refined design if you want to surpass the original YouTube app in basically everything.

All great, works very well, but prevents my phone from turning the screen off. Even if I do turn it off from the button, it is turned on again because of the player. If the developer/-s could fix this, it would be amazing! Other than that, I haven't noticed any other bugs.

There is a serious bug with this app. If you tap a video you want to watch, it won't play that video. It'll play the video you just watched instead. In addition, it'll also refresh the video list so the video you wanted to watched has disappeared off the list. Why does it even refresh. It's completely unnecessary. The only way you can use this app is to add videos to a watch list. There's no way to directly choose a video to watch becausr it won't play. This is a fatal bug.

Hate it! They sold out! Used to have small limited Ads. Now they fill it up with ads wherever they can. They will force you to watch an ad before you use the app. There is no exit button to skip. And on the ones that do have exit buttons they are so small that it makes you click on the ad and direct you to the ads app or site!! Deleted I hate being tricked to click on things!!!

This app works great for the first 2-3 minutes of the video. After that time, the video says no connection and will buffer continuously throughout the video if it manages to play. I have different wifi connections, including my phone wifi, and the the same result occurs. Would not recommend this app.

Great app, the best ever! Tho there is ine samll issue, i tried to minimize the app into a small icon as it demostrates on the “how to use” intro, but just cannot do it. Also, there is no lock icon on the floating bar. Wish it will keep upgrading to tje version you can turn off the screen but still keep playing music. I would love to pay for it if it can and without ADs.

Works great on my Pixel 2. Works exactly how I would expect it to. No intrusive full screen ads. I'm ok with onscreen if small. That's all I've seen so far. When I use it I minimize the window to the top left. Then I can multitask and do anything I want. Giving access to the app was simple. Thank you for your time in this.

The app is more useful than what i expected even if there's a bit or a little error in pushing the horizontal button to open the main app but it doesn't mean your app is not good enough. All app has their own problem and I'm happy that i always use it everyday with no hassle while walking or running. Lastly, the features of your app amazed me when i start using it because the youtube app has not support this features that you have. Hope to help your app be better.

Do you like having ads so huge they literally take up the entire screen. And even if you press the back button, it takes you to the app store? No? Then don't get this app. I know adds are a neccessary evil in our modern lives, but this is too greedy. They took it too far. On top of that. Its pootly coded. You can close the video, and have it still play. Of you opened it on the cornees. Welp, guess you cant use the toolbar anymore, cause now that's out of teach.

The latest update ruined the necessity of this app. Ads? I can deal with it, at least it only pops up once and not every time I tap the screen. "Youtube won't allow us to play videos on the background," then there's no point in keeping this app then since that's the primary reason why people would use this over the official Youtube app. Pitiful, Floating Tube has sold out. To everyone wanting to use this, just stick with the official Youtube app, there's no difference between the two now.

Floating mode is a cool idea to let the sound play when youtube gets in the background. But I can't find a way to switch to the original youtube every time I make the floating window. Worst side of the app seem to be a huge battety drain. A serious issue makes me downvote it down to 2 stars.

The best thing since Sliced Bread! There is a slight bug, now and again, when you click a video, it will play the one you've watched... all you have to do is restart the app. But for a free service with little ads... i cannot complain. Hats off to the Developers!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The app works well with no adds except when you first open it. The one major complaint I have is it uses a outdated youtube version so you can't shuffle your playlist and you can't use dark mode.But out of all the apps I tested this was the only one that worked.

First i tried using the free version , it had few adds and few probs but it was fulfilling the need which is multi tasking, so i paid for the app hoping it wont have any problem after i buy it, add were removed but the app got worse.the app is now useless,probs like only one is video being played again n again even after selecting some other ,to play another video i have to close the app or run it in desktop mode. second prob video stoped getting resume.third it dsnt open back after a call etc

used to be a great app. now there are so many pop up ads it doesnt function. not your normal ads that normally show up on free apps. but ads played after eachother, interrupting eachother, and ones that take you to scam websites even without being clicked. uninstalled.

About the only floating YouTube app that works! Only problem is it's very difficult to pick a new video. Everytime you do the old video just plays back from the start instead and the video list page in front of you reloads and gets replaced. Please give it the same usability as the regular YouTube app.

Definitely was a 5 star all until the update . It's no longer possible to run the program with your lock screen closed, which was the only reason I had the app to begin with . Any help would be appreciated and review adjusted.

I bought the full version to remove ads, which seemed to work at first until 30 minutes later I started to get spam popups on my device when using this app, even in between watching videos. Terrible. Wish I got a refund...

It's cool. Free to think: I feel like issue...i'd automatically make screen transparent once it's minimized and then moved to be honest adjusted from sheer to regular by tapping on the screen or something like that.

The ads in the top bar do glitch the audio occasionally, at least in my experience on 4G. But being able to minimize the main window is worth that minor inconvenience.

How to increase my rating. Include the YouTube Chat function for live/primere or post live: to read in a small screen while the video plays. This is whats missing. Suggest two windows Add Dark theme instead of white background makes it is easier on the eyes and battery. Battery life option is great. The floating player to multitask is confusing. I tried to share the link: its shares only embedded, Facebook/Twitter. It was previous video and not current one please add timestamp preference Cheers

Was decent nothing spectacular to write home about or anyone else for that matter. To choose it over the half a million others, Absolute No, if it were a yes i'd say yes. To really acheive that it wouldn't need a special function but just to operate, perform and offer the results in it's description of it's basic function while in operation. Unforturnately that is precisely where it fails, to operate or function as described in it's base description and that is why I give it an F / 0!

Used to be pretty decent but it's pretty much garbage now. Cannot open playlists as it keeps snapping to the first song with no way of viewing or skipping through the playlist.

After some updates it started playing the WRONG videos, not the ones I clicked on. Also, the phone DOES NOT SWITCH OFF the screen automatically after a video has ended.
