Nothing major, but once you establish an account with the app, it's always provided me with a quick $20 that I can borrow and pay back at a later date. Among the cash apps, that's probably too low for some people who may not wish to bother when it's such a small amount being advanced. However, it takes into account your credit rating & payback history too as to what you are able to borrow. Requesting the advance is quick & painless. The funding after the request is instantaneous. So I downloaded this app not really sure what to expect. But after a few minutes I was connected and money sent in minutes to my account. I absolutely love the fact they do connect to netspend. Which many apps do not. It's nice to use if you need about $10 or $20. Just a little something to hold you over. I really wish it was more but still no complaints other than that!! That's the only reason for 4 stars.

UPDATE .. it seems to working again .. we'll see how long. At first it was great, Now every time I log in it says I need to link a debit card. My card is obviously linked as I've gotten floats. I try to link it again and it says card linked too recently wait 11 days to link card, this has been going on for almost a month now. I've also tried to contact customer service with no help at all. I'm getting ready to uninstall the app, it's just too much hassle for $20.

I love that it did what the advertisement said not claiming you can get cash advances fast then once you downloaded it you had to go through some rigorous process just to get$20. We were on vacation and the budget we set was ruined because the hotel held over $170 that was supposed to be for our food so I needed it. I got proof I get paid weekly so I should not have to wait so long if I provided everything needed. It was fast and I actually got $20 within the first 5 min of opening the app.

I wasn't eligible for the app so they locked me out. Yet they still keep charging the $1.99 subscription fee. I can't get into the app to cancel and remove my info. They have email support online and no response. Ive never been able to use the app nor cancel it so it stops charging the fee each month. It feels like this is done on purpose to increase revenue from as many people as they can for nothing providing no service. Class Action?

Great concept to borrow money before you get paid. The reason for only 3 stars is you I've only been able to qualify for $20 and I want to say I started out at $10 so it's not a lot but it still helps I guess. The other thing is it takes WAY too long to "process a payment". I get paid every week and if I pay it back the day I get paid, it literally processes the payment all the way up until the next payday.(says takes 1-3 days) That makes no sense lol

Pretty helpful honestly. I like the secure login everytime and you get the option between $10 or $20 and if you borrow less and save more you can start borrowing up to $50. It's a pretty good money management app.

App is a joke like all the others. I signed up, added my primary debit card, and won't even spot me 10$ when it clearly shows when and how much I get paid. I don't care about the factors for reasons I was denied, this app clearly states to get an advance after adding your debit card. FALSE ADVERTISING TO GET YOU INTERESTED.

Not good! Set up the whole thing. Says $20 instant float available. So I click on it and it said oops can't float right now. Is it bc there's $0 in my account right now? Isn't this the whole point of the app is to float somebody lol? I literally just hooked up my bank account and they see how much income I have coming in and it was accepted etc meaning it didn't have any issues. Not a good experience. Why would it say $20 available just to NOT be available.

I've been charged fees for a loan I've been unable to get. I've brought this to their attention numerous times yet they keep TAKING $1.99 fees from my account every pay Period! You can't reach them except by email and it usually takes them a week to refund! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

I finally gave up today jumping through hoops for 50 bucks. It isn't worth it to me. I constantly had to change password, multiple syncing problems, !and non existent support. Maybe you all will have better luck - I'm out.

This is the second time I have to address this issue with the company. I have not used your service in over 6 months and you are still charging me $24. For what??? Please refund my money. I closed my account months ago. Stop taking money out of my account. Emailed and still no reply. I was charge for borrowed amount on three different occasions. I borrowed $20 and was charge $24 three times. Send an email asking to refund my money but no answer yet. Be careful with this company. So upsetting!

It was easy to set up and receive a float. The reason for 4 stars is, I've always paid on time, my account does not go negative and my income is enough to pay back a larger float, yet I'm only approved for $20. Doesn't make sense to me. **Update, app has been working great and my float amount is better.

I have used this app quite a few times and the only problem I ever had is you've got to build up the amount they can float you it always starts off with ten then you pay it back and the next it'll be twenty and keep going up till it reaches the limit they can spot you by checking your account activity every week but all in all its the one and only advance app that doesn't charge you a 5-7$ payback fee

Soo its pointless. They said I could use $20 then wanted to charge $4 in order for me to have instant access to it otherwise it would be 2-3days before it got to my account then the money is due in 5 days from the point you asked for it. This app is pointless earnin is better. I get the allure of it but its only worth it if you don't have afriend willing to loan you $20 for a week.

Not very great but I managed after having to make a whole new account to get $10. Considering there is a membership fee after the free trial unless my amount goes up I will not be continuing my subscription.

This app is pointless.. Tells me I'm eligible for a Float; then says I'm ineligible when I click to get float. I find this hard to understand as the sole item on their help page I can even plausibly identify is "spending after payday" & the linked account is only used to receive income, therefore has has $0 in spending aside from distribution to myself in a secondary savings/checking acct

I've used this app about 8 times. Always paid it back on time. My last four advances were $40.00. Something went wrong with Plaid. It kept kicking my linked bank account out and tried to reenter my debit card information. They finally fixed the issue but now it's telling me I'm only eligible for a $20.00 advance after paying back all of the other $40.00 advances on time. What a waste of time. Is this the way you treat a loyal customer by cutting my advance in half after paying back all on time?

Terrible app, DO NOT TRUST WITH BANK INFO!!! They just keep charging your account with their "monthly subscription". They refuse to stop charging, even after telling them to at least if not cancel until I pay back, suspend the constant charges. I've had to use cash and start looking for a new bank because my bank won't stop charging me their own fees because of this app. This app has caused me to overdraft! BEWARE DO NOT USE. And yes, I have a screenshot of the cancelation request. Liars.

Worst app ever have been using it for months. Can't get more than $10 and even then you have to wait weeks after payday just for it to confirm and check that you met its requirement list. It doesn't matter if you've had good standing for months with this app it never increases the amount it wants to float you. And it makes it almost impossible just to be able to get $10 Not a fan of this app I think this app and klover should be deleted especially since floatme charges nearly 50% for a $10 float

Besides the RUDE customer service agent myself and she sent emails back and fourth to one another because of misunderstanding I come to the conclusion of with errors of the app. She was so rude but not surprised a lot of companies are now a days. I just took the high road and ended the back and fourth. After about a week of seem app was giving all kind of issues, it finally was back on track again. I like this app very helpful. Will definitely recommend!

Wish they floated more than $20 . It's been over 4 months since I started using float and they still will only allow me a $10 or $20 float each month so it hasn't changed since I started . Update on 3/12/2022 : It still will only allow me to take $10 or $20 FLOAT where another app that I started using the same day as the FLOAT app , allows me to barrow $150 as of this month if I choose to use it . So it would be nice to have larger amounts offered in case I need it . But every little bit helps

Have never been able to actually float anything because it won't let me update my direct deposit. It says I can float, and then tells me I haven't been paid in 3 months lol. Ridiculous really that the moment I emailed support it's like my account got blocked and I can no longer access any information in the app!

Easy to use app! Wish they would float you more money when you start off. $10 is nothing really. Starting point should be at least $25 but I still love the app!

This app is the worst. I've been having problems with it all day with constant error messages even after talking to support. Finally got it to work and the didn't even have my bank account info updated even after I sent screenshots earlier. You'd think they'd be ale to manually update so people can use the app stress free.

Made account, tried to log in, said phone number wasn't up to date (despite me just entering and using code from it) and to contact support. Spent a few minutes trying to get to support part, saw all the info needed to email them about the issue, realized that if I'm already having this much trouble before logging in ONCE that this isn't really the app for me

Was in good standing with this application paid my float every time something happened to plaid where I couldn't relink my bank and they sent me an email saying did the issue fix itself. I'm pretty sure if I send 3 tickets for help it was not fixed. I had to cancel my account and now I cannot use the stupid thing for the next 60 days. Customer service is a joke. If you need help with something like this you cannot open the app. Just sends you to a website with more confusing advice. Terrible

My bank switched to a new bank beyond my control. I am unable to update my bank information. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times and have yet to get a response. My first email was sent over a month ago! I have not been able to use this app since March since my account is not updated yet they continue to take $1.99 fee out of my account!

Well it seems I cannot get the app to work anymore. It says error when I type in my email and password to log in. I'm DELETING and getting rid of it now. I love this app! It's very helpful for when you're in need of a little money. The only thing bad is I wish it would give more than $20. I shouldn't complain, though, because at least it's something.

Never got a chance to even use the app for what it was supposed to. 2 months of their service being down for connecting to banks and 2 payment charges for a service it wont even let me access. no way to get in contact with support or anything. this is nothing more than a scam. if i could give 0 stars i would absolutely awful
