flok - get rewarded

It WAS great, but like so many others, it logged me out & said I was logged in somewhere else (untrue). I initially thought I was using the wrong password. I tried to reset my password multiple times & never received an email. I am still getting punches from an online store, because I received an email saying so. I have multiple $30 certificates from my loyalty programs I can't use because I can't log in. I read this app is ending. If true, I hope businesses transfer everyone's perks & punches!

Just like everyone else that is experiencing the same problem I cannot log back in. It says email is being used and I tried to reset password and nothing is being sent to my email I'm very disappointed in this app and I will uninstall this app because is absolutely useless now. I don't understand you have many bad reviews about what's happening and nothing is being done about it.

I loved the app at first, but for the last few weeks it has logged me out and gives me error messages every time I attempt to log back in. I've missed so many opportunities to "punch my rewards cards," and I have rewards accumulated that I'd like to use but can't! Do you think the app developers will EVER fix the issue?!

Worked Great and it was an amazing app but it says I'm logged in somewhere else and I'm not. It wont let me do forgot password because it says that the email doesn't exist. When I tried recreating an account it tells me that the email exists...like so many others I have loyalty certificates available and can't use them because of this.

All was good until I was randomly signed out. Whenever I go to try to sign back in it says that I am signed in elsewhere. The thing is I also put in my correct password and stuff but it only said that there was a problem signing in. No wrong password or email message. Good thing I am a regular at the place I go to so they gave me the discount anyways. Also, when I try to reset my password the email never goes through.

I've been logged out and can't log back in. Tried re setting the password it doesn't recognize my email,I try starting a new account it says it already exists with my log in information. Uninstalled and reinstalled no luck. Also can't log in via Facebook. It was pretty good until this happened. No one to contact for assistance either.

This was a great app, used it for months and suddenly it went bad on me, said I was signed out and I tried to log back in, said my email does not exist, I tried several options and finally I tried to open a new account and made a typo .comcom and said that already exists, so there has to be something wrong with this app, because that email is invalid, so can it be fixed?

Can't use the app. I haven't been able to, since about December 22 2019. I lost the rest of My Birthday coupons, because I couldn't sign in to use them. now I'm back again and can't get My discount. I liked the app. At this time it fails to work. hopefully They'll fix the issue and I'll then change My rating.

The app tells me that I am unable to sign in because I am signed in somewhere else. This is true because I got a new phone, yet it will not let me create a new account no matter how many times I try. Instead, I am met with an error message that says there was a problem signing in. Based on other reviews have read, this appears to be a common issue. Extremely disappointing. I resent that I even have to give this app 1 star because it is completely unusable.

Just craptacular! Like many others, lost my rewards because of the mysterious log in error. I did not get a new phone nor did I log out. Trying to sign in or recover password is a frustrating exercise of futility. Thanks for nothing.

App works great. I have a great experience most of the time. Disappointed though that they are discontinuing the flok program. Some of the employees could be a little nicer though!

When setting up a new phone, flok pulled a secondary Facebook profile to use for my credentials. There's no way to log out and use a different profile, so I've lost access to the rewards I had accumulated.

BEWARE... Please DO NOT put any funds towards purchasing a subscription through the flok app. The company is robbing people by accepting a customer's subscription fee and they are no longer in existence. I had to do a stop payment cancellation with my bank so to reimburse my funds. Flok was of good use towards my services because developing my own app was too costly. I have been searching for similar companies and found one in particular called "Stamp Me" but their communication was just as poor and their product was not as advanced as Flok.

Somehow, my account was signed out. It will not recognize my email, yet when I tried to start a new account, it says that email exists. There is no support. I was platinum, and had 10 checkins for a free pizza. This was a good app while it worked, now I am just disgusted by it.

Logged me out. Won't let me sign in, won't let me reset password because it says my email doesn't exist, won't let me create a new account because there they say my email does already exist. Lost a my points, the scanner used to not work either for a while so seriously, businesses should not use this app. It's actually a deterrent.

App is good and saves me money, but available merchants are few in our area. Beginning 2020 it appears Flok is no longer in business. App stopped working and phone is disconnected. Changed rating to 1 star for lack of notification.

App is great but when I go to the local stores near me, and it requests for me to sign into Facebook to redeem things, the app glitches and I am unable to redeem anything. Stores state that it is up to you to fix the issues

The app randomly signed me out for no reason. It said I was signed in elsewhere. Not true. I don't care if this app is ending, you don't start barring access until the app is actually gone. This is unacceptable.

Was working good. Now it wont let me open the app saying I am logged in on another device problem is I dont have another device with the flok app. Email sent to them waiting for help. Still no response theough email. Terrible app.

As others are posting, I can't get signed on any more. I was at a restaurant last night and another customer was having the same problem. Always worked in the past. Now it's all screwed up. I tried the "forgot my password" and I get the response that my email address doesn't exist. HELP!!!!

Used to be a great app but now I keep getting the error of another device being logged into my account but I know for a fact that no one is logged into my account. Please fix this because I have rewards that haven't been claimed yet.

Tried to sign in with Facebook and email, was given "Trouble signing in" notifications and at times that my email doesn't exist. When using password recovery, given "password doesn't exist" notification. When signing up with email, given "email already exist" and so unable to use this app.
