Not brilliant, unless you want to see all the water levels (flooding or otherwise) around the state. A really annoying display when you change from reading to reading (just put the damn number up without that stupid rolling transition!). In reality I was looking for something more intelligent, like "Fires Near Me" but for floods. Need to be able to limit the displays to be able to show either waterways that have had unusually high rate increases over "X" hours, or are in flood states.
Had to take it off and reinstall. Now it doesn't matter what settings i have all i have is a picture like a grid with dots. Very unhappy as living in the country we relied on this app Have tried and tried again. This app is now rubbish. What happened as was very useful especially coming into winter
Error on opening, cannot load Google Maps? Restarted, app & phone. Recent flooding in my area from this morning (6h ago) which are still current, are not showing in any form. Very disappointing.
Won't load google maps correctly. It's just blank and won't do anything. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same. Had in phone before and it worked fine. Samsung noted 10 plus 5g android 11
Data is often out of date/not updated frequently enough (last update for river height is 1pm, it's now 3pm) and no option to get alerts on river height. Pretty useless
Appalling. During the time of known flooding conditions and road closures, nothing was up-to-date . More a danger than helpful. I'd give it zero to half star if I could.
Doesn't load properly. Get a message it can't load Google Maps. Asks for log in but doesn't process it. Waste of time. Don't rely on it during floods. Use a reliable source of information.
Works fine for me, loads quickly and displays the various warnings around the state with good detail on water level and the type of event.
Maps will not load all I'm seeing is markings when I click to open I get all details. I have fire & live traffic apps that work fine with maps.
This app doesn't work on my phone. It won't load Google maps. My river has a moderate flood warning and a few facilities are under water.
App isnt working at all. Just a blue screen with a dot. Tried reinstalling, didnt work.
Absolutely useless, doesn't load maps, uninstalled, but still think it's installed, can't re install. Waste of money spend by the NSW government. (but what's new)
Good app for ambient torch light, the blank screen provides great illumination, pitty that ia all it does blank screen nothing else.
I am a NSW SES Member and this App was Recommended. Unfortunately App currently does not work and can't load Google Maps. Can't login.
Doesn't load maps. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Useless. Just when I need it to work!
Can't get the flood graph plot to work on galaxy 10 phone. It freezes. It works on my tablet though🤔
Maps weren't loading outside my locsl area- I cleared the Cache and now have no map at all. Will not load on any layer type!
Needs alot of work, log in, mapping, levels, ect
My river is flooding 40 miles east of me. Another river is flooding 20 miles north of me. I can't get any information on the with your app. Skagit county, Burlington washington, USA. Info doesn't explain much t all on how to use app or relocate the main marker?
It doesn't load Google Maps properly. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
Downloaded app today 28.02.2022 Live in Lismore NSW. Currently huge flood, thousands evacuated, all road closed in huge area. Very limited and inadequate information. Useless and immediately deleted app.
No map so no reference to where things are, if trying to check an area Updates in area are a month old
Has potential. Very "Buggy" While it has an option to login, there is no option to actually register. The river levels graphs don't work, which would actually be super helpful if they did. Other info is available via Live Traffic or Google Maps or even Waze. If this was a soft launch I would be pretty happy with it but by this point... should be way better. Please address these issues. For an app being pushed as a safety initiative, you need to take responsibility and ensure it works.
