Florida Blue

Chronically unstable app that crashes over and over just by trying to use its basic functions, for instance, viewing invoices and payment history. Pretty important to be able to do, no? Useless! I've given up and just use the web-based site. I find Florida Blue to be unserious about fixing it. It's just obviously not a priority for them.

Worst app I've seen in a while. When you're dealing with insurance there should be more help. That's the point of having an app. Canceled old plan need to enter new plan. Can't get help without calling and waiting 50min. Can't send a single message thru the app. Just says error. Absolutely HORRIBLE! And the ppl I talked to were absolutely lazy in the marketplace bcbs divisions.

The app crashes whenever I try to access the Invoice section. Which I find pretty fishy. Up until about 2-3 months ago I was able to access the invoices with no problem. Also I have been basically harassed with incessant calling from someone to "Talk about my plan" since I was late on my payments. Only by one month at the time. Honestly getting calls at 7am everyday when I am asleep is frustrating. Blocked the number because I was sick of it. App needs invoice tab fixed.

Update: Displays error "Sorry. You don't have permission to access this." when you are using the provider search. The error comes up on the first letter that you type of a provider. Permissions are definitely enabled in the app settings. / Original review: Like for many others, it will not accept user name/password but website will.

App doesn't recognize when you check the box to accept terms and won't let you get any further. Seems like the developer, and the folks at BCBS, didn't even try to use this waste of time. Go figure... Insurance $$$ being spent on waste? Sounds about right. Finally able to login. Unfortunately, the app forces GPS to be turned on so there's no way for me to search for a provider close to my home until I get home. The incompetence in the insurance industry is stunning.

The apps is unstable and constantly crashed especially when I try to pay a bill. Fix it!

App works effortlessly on Samsung, I signed up easily, booked an appointment easily. Keep updating and working on the app very beneficial for the future of medical. Thank you 😊 💓 ☺️

Can't update your payment information, just like every other review states the app crashes constantly when trying to use.

Absolutely horrible since the latest update. Cannot access different plans, so many bugs, shows weird texts. Previous version was much better than they updated the website and the app and messed it up completely. Super annoyed!

Very limited functionality and some things just don't work. For example, trying to change payment method. Everytime I tap edit, it leaves the page instead of letting me edit.

Worst app ever - can't log in. Continually advises me that I don't exist. Reset my password 5 times. Still no access. Ridiculous.

App crashes alot when trying to make payments. Also crashes when trying to pick primary care physician.

The app has a bug that causes it to just shut down when trying to login. Please have your tech support address this

Trash. Loaded app, tried to set up an account under my member number and returned "this user already has an account". Sent me to another page to re-enter my member number to find username and returned "no account under this member number". Three times.

Can't login on app. Says password or username is wrong. I can login on thier website just fine. The app is broken

Literally just made my profile and set up account. Try to login and wouldnt let me said my login credentials were wrong. Ive resetted them a bunch of times and regardles it wont let me login. With how many people this has happened to , it almost seems like a scam in which they dont want you to be on top of your care. This is rediculous.

I can't ever make a payment. I get to the screen and it closes the whole app. This is insane...

Half the time info I need is not available or is incorrect, especially payments.

Honestly, I've never been able to do much with this app in terms of finding a doc or getting a list of them together. Paying used to be tough but doable. Seeing my insurance cards used to be the best part of this app but now I can't even find them. It's like they have half of this as an actual app and the other half as a web page. Like oil and water, the separation is becoming pronounced.

This App is Not Working on Android Smartphones. It' xtremely unstable. It crashes too many times. And its always.saying Florida Blue Blue Shield Blue Cross has Stopped Working. And then it crashes again. Tried resetting the cache settings in android. But that did not help at all. Tried clearing data and storage...and everything. Even reinstalled FLBlue app. Still annoying and crashes. Should the software developers work on stablizing the compatablity for Android OS smartphones. Thenitshouldwork.

The dumb app allows me to sign in, then refuses to let me further, telling me I must update. Well, I have updated. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app-- and the same message results. Par for the course for Florida Blue virtual experiences. The desktop online system is a mess as well.

I downloaded the app with no problem and it absolutely does not allow me to create a user id or password login and set up a new acct. I am doing exactly what I am advised to do and can' t tell you how much time I have wasted not getting anywhere with this. I only tried to access the app because I wanted an updated card for the new year after I requested a hard copy and didnt even receive it! Highly frustrated!

This app has an easy to use format that's simple. The problem I have is, when I search for something, it doesn't give me anywhere to type a direct question, instead it gives you a list of options to choose and none of the options match what I was looking for. So I think that the search engine on this app needs some improvement.

This app is lousy! It drags like it's walking through mud. It doesn't let you verify your phone number. When you finally get to that screen and enter a number it tells you that number is not correct I tried to verify a different number five times and still couldn't get verified. I am uninstalling this app forget it I will go on the desktop when I need to get online for Florida Blue!
