The app is pretty rudimentary and doesn't have many features but generally worked ok until recently. The quick access function hasn't been working at all and just spins and crashes when I try to reenable it. Please fix it. It isn't even really an advanced feature to have a fingerprint login anymore, so I'm not sure why you can't make it work reliably. Thanks

Looks like a recent update improved the mobile deposit. It is a much better experience.

Not a reliable application. If it completes loading, good luck getting it to pull your accounts. Not sure what it does to the photos to make them black and white for check deposit, but sometime that goes bad too. I can have this issue on wifi, or cellular connection. I have a current phone with android 10.

I've never had a bank account with so many issues. When I try to contact the customer service people via the app, I end up talking to someone in Nebraska. The app randomly refuses to load on both iPhone and android and the site frequently 404s through the app preventing me from accessing my money. I'll be switching back to chime. Horrible bank and horrible app

Very useful. Please add app filtering for debit vs credit. Also, I don't care for the welcome page wasting time to load before I can login. Just go to login, I'll find the other stuff if needed.

I myself have never had much luck with this app my roommate as a bit better luck but I don't think it's the android or iPhone it's the actual app itself. The bank itself AKA credit Union rather has been good to me nonetheless.

App doesn't acknowledge the existence of my device's camera, making remote deposit impossible. Setup option gives a generic error as well. Not a useful app.

Keep getting an error code when I download to Quicken. This has been happen For The Last TWO WEEKS. Please try to fix the Problem.. Thank You Robert Johnson

The card never works and the app is worse, you can't get your balance and they charge you 35 dollars over draft, Just put your money somewhere else

After uninstalling and reinstalling it wont let me log in it says "an error has occured" every time i try.

Most favorite bank. Miss Toni at the Bradenton branch is the most phenomenal manager there is to be had....

This bank is amazing however you can never get anyone on the phone

This app is utterly useless

Avoid this bank. If you have a fraud they don't care and will never help you. It make you feel it's your fault to have fraud. About 20 years customer and they did not care.

This app frost up almost always

Needs to show acct # /& routing #.. when will they show them like other banks .. it's been a whole year and no feedback

Frustrated with the updates...now it errors more and even when I uninstall and reinstall error is still not fixed.

Frequently inaccessible, forgets passwords, and once accessed, offers marginal detail vs. other institution apps

Does not work anymore. Been waiting for an update and still nothing to fix the issues. I can successfully log in about 1 out of 100 tries.

This app is terrible! Cant view accounts! Every update has problems. Customer support doesn't help. Takes 20 minutes just to call and answer security questions. All for account balances.

Completely down again! Very frustrating😠
