Very disappointing. You pay 16$ for shipping to get your order within the time frame mentioned in the app ( 8-13 days ) and it still takes almost a month. So what is the difference between this app and the delivery free apps ! You save more money if you don't use this app. The app is not user friendly. You can't easily contact the seller like as you do on EBay or Amazon. When you want to log a complaint you have to log in again from website and it can't be done via app. Very poor design.

Unfortunately Ive had very bad experience with the company. The discrepency between the items in the photos and what is shipped is incredible. It seems the photos are taken from somewhere esle and some cheap copies of "look alike" clothes are made which don't look good. Bad reviews with photos of the difference are stopped from being posted (apparently technical problems)

I love everything on the app but gave it only 3 stars because it's misleading in some ways. Like when it says sale or " flash sale" it's a complete lie. The app makes it sound like u only have so much time to buy the items when in fact all of the items are the exact same price as they've always been. Nothing I have wanted on here has changed price at any time even when it says it's on sale.

very very bad experience. I paid 57.99$ for express shipping,they shipped after 5 days and when it finally arrived, I was surprised that the so called express shipping ask me to come their office to pay more 28$ to pick my item, while in other shopping stores, when you are charged for Express shipment, they ship to your door step and deliver with no fee. I hate this app and will never shop here again.... their customer service are very poor. and their items are two to three times more expensive

App never worked from Day 1. From the 1st time I installed it, and opened it, a persistent popup window saying "Verify time expired" keeps appearing . Also nothing else appear on Home and Category pages. Just blank pages saying cannot connect to Internet, even though I'm connected. Cannot even sign in or sign up. Terrible app!

Was looking for a special occasion dress when I stumbled upon this site and saw the most perfect dress at such a reasonable price. I've ordered and delivery took 41 days! The dress is gorgeous however the swim suit wasn't but can't return. The handbag was advised unable to supply due to shortage of materials. Refunded to my bank about a week later. The app itself is ok but not brilliant. It's not as user friendly as some, but adequate as long as you've time to look through loads of items.

I have ordered many items from this app. It is easy to navigate, clothing arrives actually looking as the pictures show, and I have always received my purchases on time,well packaged and protected. FLORYDAY is one of the very few apps I have total confidence in. I know I will receive my orders...no rip offs, no scams.

Reasonable prices, great styles, like the filters so you can save time looking for the type of material you prefer. Would like even more if offered free shipping, $13.99 for 2 items is a bit excessive.

Saw a lot of cute things. Tried to purchase an item and after putting in all my credit card info it wanted me to press 4/2020 on a keypad to continue. Than after 3 attempts they screwed me up with my bank. Reps saw from pics the fault was not of my making. And I've NEVER had a problem elsewhere. 3 reps, an extra 30 - 45 minutes to let me know I would be contacted with in 24 hours but couldn't explain what was going to happen or what good it was. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!??????

Everything is great! The clothes are beautiful, the accessories are so unique and fun, and the ability to earn point everyday that can be used towards coupons is awesome. Plus, the prices are unbelievable. It's a 10/10, for sure.

I love browsing this app!! I have purchased things. Most of the quality is great. I live in a rural area in Southern Alberta, Canada, I would have to drive miles and miles to find this cute a selection! The shipping costs are reasonable and I do have to pay duty but...I would have to pay fuel and food costs and possibly duty to find clothes like this! This is much easier on my body and time!! I would rather spend time with my family than travel to shop for clothes like this.

The app is super easy to use for shopping, has affordable prices and it is easy to go through their special collection. The discounts even have a timer on when offer is expiring. It is amazing!

Terrible. I had an order of $168 and then they wanted to charge me $31 for shipping. I went to an agent they told me to place the order on the app, I did that was not getting the discounts that were advertised and could not get further assistance on the customer support. Floryday has lost a good shopper.

Wonderful app to shop from. They have a lot of different styles to pick from. Was looking for a dress to wear to my son's wedding and i found several to choose from. The prices are fabulous! Would recommend this app to all the ladies! Enjoy shopping!

The clothes areof a decent quality considering how cheap they are. They also arrive and look exactly as they do in the photos. The shipping/delivery can be a bit slow, but well worth the wait.

Not what I expected if I could rate this with negative stars I would. I was super excited to find such great deals on plus size items. I ordered 2 swimsuits and paid for EXPEDITED shipping for a vacation I was going on. Guess what I am on vacation.... Still no swim suit

I received my order quickly I was happy with everything there's one shirt that I question whether I want to return it. It has nothing to do with the quality of the shirt it's just the material I'm not sure if I like it or if looks good on me. The quality was excellent. Timely manner on delivery! Terrible feedback response is poor and I would not recommend this online site to buy from for when there is a problem the people might reply to your questions once or twice a day. Poor information where given to me. I have cancelled my order. My order was placed on 26/11/2019. Up to date my problem has not been resolved. I cancelled my order online which might also take forever if the response time frame was so terrible.

Always excellent with floryday best site I have found for clothes. The clothes are high fashion without being too costly. They never look cheap when they arrive. Keep up the high standard and don't be penny wise but pound foolish. Wish clothes look cheap.

Cons... like not that great of prices and shopping experience is same as similar apps. Same just a different name. I find these prices are alot higher on this particular app. Pros...has a pretty nice layout and filters are very good.

Interesting shopping app. Lots more sizes and styles than some other sites I've used. The prices are a bit higher, but the it's worth it for the variety of choice and accurate sizing descriptions.

Sizes are not true to fit. And the "worry-free" returns is a joke. I followed their instructions and the return just sat there. I contacted customer service and they offered to provide a return label. When they finally did after I emailed them again, the label would not open. This process has been dragging on for weeks and still is unresolved.

Sadly although the reviews stated fit to size, three of the items purchased fell short of achieving the same. As all items of clothing were for me, I found this very frustrating and annoying as I shall now have to return them.

I purchased 5 items and didnt like the quality of the the material used , I tried to return the items but they offered me a discount coupon instead and later when I tried to use it to purchase from their site the total price for the new items automatically multiplies by 3. Also they remove my comments from their site because I said the truth. I'm so disappointed , I lost 85 usd for items never worn also they made me feel I am so stupid as I belive them when they offer me a discount coupon !

It's a little bit better than before thank you, for your attention to this matter! I recieved my dress and it is beautiful thank you! I am so glad to find a Clothing app. That's not like wish! And knows what plus sizes are? And you have such beautiful clothes for plus sizes! You are wonderful, and you so deliver! Which is more than I can say about wish app! I had a very bad experience with that app?

Finally my order went through with Floryday. I have been browsing through there selection of clothes and reading really great reveiws on google. Could not figure out why my debit card would not work as I had the money in my bank account. I made sure of that. And yippie it finally went through. I am so happy. Maybe Floryday could let me know why my debit card was not working. So looking forward to receiving my first order. Will be ordering again at the end of the month. Love this app.And DHL.

I love shopping here . Absolutely fabulous. And they make it so easy for me . Where I don't have to fight consciously trying to get my email into other apps to accept my purchases. So instead I came here and made me fall in love with this app so much. Now I can get what I want! Making it so easy for me since I am handicapped. And I don't have a car to get around. They have really nice items. They do put things on sale...just keep checking back...you'll find it on sale eventually. You earn points you can use to purchase items too. I just ordered 2 items. Can't wait till they arrive.
