Hey, if you want to advertise the ability to watch videos from previous events, you should probably make sure they can even load. If 350mbps isn't a good enough download speed to prevent any videos over 4 minutes from freezing and getting a blank screen, you need to reevaluate your stuff. What a huge waste of time and money.

I subscribed to this app purely for the sake of watching the 3-4 weeks of Spring Classics cycling races (their website clearly offered a $12.99 monthly subscription with the ability to CANCEL ANYTIME). That's NOT the case, as you'll get charged the FULL year (over $145 more than I was expecting to pay). Headache to actually talk to real person re: cancelling, got partial refund but still ended up paying more than I would have for just a few races. Felt misled and taken advantage of.

I don't review apps very often but this random commercial break stuff is ridiculous. I don't mind commercials but to just throw them in at any given point in a live event is ridiculous. Announcer audio is awful on most races also. Wish I could get my money back. Especially since I was charged for an entire year when I thought it was a month.

I thought maybe flosports had gotten their act together. But no. It remains the most expensive 3x standard sports apps, and rock bottom WORST streaming service on the market. It casts poorly and buffers every 2 minutes. And also, they renewed my subscription at their ridiculous price after i had canceled it 6 weeks prior to renewal. And only gave me a refund when threatened with legal action. If I could give zero stars I would.

Have it for FloRacing but do enjoy a few of the other verticals. FloBaseball, Hockey and Combat all have something to watch regularly during seasons and FloCombat is year around. FloRacing though makes it worth it, just know it's a one time charge ever year and no monthly option but with over 1,800 events its well worth the money if the content is what you enjoy. It's the most economical and content filled Racing streaming service available.

Flo is frustratingly bad. It is almost impossible to find what you want to watch. Type in the exact name of the match you want to watch and wind up sifting through hundreds of clips and talking points and podcast to not even be able to find the match. Its so annoying that this is the only way I can watch so much grappling content. I wish I could give negative stars.

Always nice watching a really tight match and then, BOOM... Commercial break. There not short commercials either, I missed 7 points and the rest of the volleyball match. I get it, everybody has to make money but this is just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On top of that you pay $29.99. Baller TV is better then this app.

This app sucks. Doesn't work with FireTV's. I have talked to customer service 5 times over 16 months, and they always say that I'm the only person who has ever had this problem, and that they will pass my issues on to the tech team. Zero fix available. I will not renew.

Signed up to watch a high school percussion competition. If you can't watch live this is a complete waste as they offer replays however, all the replays have the audio removed for copyright. What's the point in offering replays of a musical competition if you remove the audio? Signed up for 2 days and I'll be canceling tomorrow. Very disappointed.

So far so good, except for paying $150/year and still has ads.. I pay a lot less for other apps that don't have any advertisements. I could understand if it was a free option, but paying that high of price should be ad free streaming.. would be 5 stars if ads were removed.

I would rate this better if the Samsung smart TV app did not require the mobile app to work. It should work independently. Also, I am based in South Africa but when I try watch rugby it says "not available in your region" why is that? If you can fix these issues I can give you a better rating.

The other day I gave this app two stars and I realize I was being far too generous. If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to watch the tour of Flanders as a replay has been nothing but a nightmare. It doesn't matter if the continent is good if the viewing experience is so awful. Just knowing I'm going to have to watch coverage on Flowsports makes me sad.

Unstable casting. Works fine on phone, but when I want to fully experience the content I want via Chromecast casting to the TV it lets me down. Frequently loses the live stream and requires reconnecting. Please deploy a dedicated app for Android TV.

Not a fan of apps that trick you with how they display the price, ended up paying 5 times what I thought I signed up for, didn't even have the game I wanted. Had for less than a day but apparently that's too long to get a refund.

Good app but deceiving when purchasing. They tell you how much subscribing will be a month than automatically bills for entire year. Other sports apps like Gamechanger for example charges you by the month. I felt that FloSports played me on that assumption because it used the same wording. Shame on them.

Subscribed for one month. Charged for full year and then the adventure to find how to cancel without forfeiting my ANNUAL subscription!!! Should have checked the ratings before I signed up. Texas should be ashamed for being associated with this SCAM.

No Sound except Commercials. Tried on 2 computers, 2 cellphones, no sound, no support. Had to pay for entire year up-front. It's a ripoff. Do not recommend.

Wanted a monthly subscription and was charged for yearly. Trying to figure out on this terrible app how to contact them directly to try and get it fixed.

Constant buffering is very frustrating when trying to watch races. And yeah, I guess I'm not the only one who feels they got screwed into the $150 price. Absolutely not worth it! Why wouldn't there not be a monthly subscription???

Cuts in with commercials during action (minimizing the main events). If not for that it's a 3 star app that needs a lot of improvement.

HORRIBLE. I signed up for their pro account and spent $150 for it only for the app and website to tell me that I don't have a subscription. Guess I won't be able to watch the race tonight. Their customer service is also nonexistent. Total TRASH service

Poor quality. Replays often not added or added late. Customer service response takes forever. Billing issues. Stick to the radio, you will thank me later.

Hard to find varsity tv and hard to cancel subscription. Not pleased with difficulty of finding Varsity TV and play replays on Roku. Replays are on Android app but not Roku. Agree website is very misleading in that you believe you are subscribing for a month to month plan, but instead after you have entered your payment information, you are told this is a yearly subscription that can be billed on a monthly basis. I sent request for a refund, let's hope I can receive one.

Extremely over-priced. Awful streaming quality. Low-quality app. Everything about flo sucks.

The only sound was the commercials when you first logged into app on phone & then nothing. No sound via computer or TV either, no suppott. HUGE RIP OFF.

This is terrible that it says 12$ a month then u get charged for a year and there's no way to contact anyone. I would like to cancel and get my $150 back that's overdrew my bank account because I had no idea I was paying $150. Please refund my money and I will update

They say its $12 a month, but they charge you up front for the year. And then it didn't even work for the tournament I needed it for. Totally glitchy. Beware!

THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL AFTER YOU SIGN UP, EVEN THOUGH IT TELLS YOU THAT YOU CAN!! App crashes on phone after opening a race. Can't watch anything. Paying for nothing.

A bit annoying that you're still subjected to adverts even with a subscription, but overall a decent app.
