I'm left cluless Basically, the app layout is simple and seems easy to use. However, there is not enough info on how to use it. There has to be a detailed guide as for what exactly each option on the list can do: what exactly to do to pay a bill, what exactly to do to have an online card, etc. When I call the customer service and ask them how to use the app, I find them as clueless as me. The app has a lot of potential and it would really make life easier for people, but please fix this, thanks.

How should i login? .. pin code is required which won't be sent ,it will be sent only after request other pin , after adding it error displayed that its wrong ! And now after 3 times .. error message displayed that i added it wrong 3 times and telling me there's short message will be sent .. also there's any messages sent to me !!

Very bad application, i can't do log in for first time, i simply take the verification code sent by sms "copy" and "past" it in the application, but it keeps saying"the code is wrong"!!!! Inspite i take the code copy and past it. I can't do log in !!!! I will not use such idiot application.

Any historical transactions only named "Remote Purchase" without mentioning any additional details, and it is lead to a confusion with the govmnt orgs. The only problem that I have none of you can solve it, who I supposed to refer to ? The worst customer service ever. I will not use this app again.

They suspended my account 3 times, forcing me to visit the branch every time and refill the same forms. Now whenever I try to do anything it says transaction failed. Horrible app and one of the worst experiences I ever had.

Doesn't open at all. I cant even rate the app since it doesn't even open when i press the app icon simply nothing happens. My phone is rooted BTW !! Could this be the issue??

It drives me in a circle; first it asks to enter my mobile, so I do to receive the verification code. Then it asks for the pin code and I write a one. Then it asks to reset password but with no options for doing so.

I call *778# many times & l visit the branch twice to update my data to be able to log in but at the end l haven't any technical support to operate this app . There are many applications better than it

Worst service you can ever use, gets suspended every 2 months, DON'T USE THIS UNRELIABLE SERVICE, only if you want to get on hold for a month just to reactivate it use it, had money in it and now they hold it for god knows why!!! اسوأ خدمة ممكنة، المحفظة بتتوقف كل شهرين و محتاجة تفعيل و لما تروح تفعلها يدفعوك ضريبة، شوف اي محفظة ثانية احسن!!!

the new design and user interface is really friendly and fast to do any transactions through it .. good work!!

I wish there was 0 to rate this service properly, i sent money to a friend and the app transfered it twice with 1 msg and stopped my account without noticing. Had negative credit so whe ppl send me money i don't receive anything they deduce it to pay for themselves, contacted the customer "care" and they instructed me to talk to that person and ask them to check balance and consider giving me my money back باختصار بعت لحد فلوس البرنامج بعتها مرتين وحسابي بقا بالسالب لو حد بعتلي ياخد الفلوس كلها

Transactions doesn't appear to me and Some options needs more explanation to customers like : 1. Fawry pay needs reference number. 2. pay to merchant needs merchant ID. 3. Purchase by scan QR code. I don't know how it works? You have develop your app quickly to be more simple and provide more information with every single option.

I can't even login for the first time, using the pin code they sent as the app keep giving an error, I contact them and no response.

I installed the application and entered my number then taped 'Send verification code', waiting a long time but nothing comes to me, after ten minutes I received sms about my balance :) , until now I couldn't activate the application :(

These app drive me crazy i entered my pin code correctly and it's Says wrong code you have been entered pin code 3 Times contact customer service and I did that and reset my pin code and it's still saying the same thing I think it's a faulty app from etisalat egypt I hope you guys fix it very soon

Worst mobile wallet ever , my wallet was suspended 40 days ago for no reason ,and after visiting dozens of official Etisalat branches , I couldn't manage to fix the problem, they wouldn't even allow me to know my total balance

The problem with this app is that I can't recharge with amount 6, 7, 8, or 9 .It is only for amounts 5, 10, 15, 20....etc

Big delay in receiving verification code that expire when enter and after alot of failed login and enter pin the app tell me to logout and login again and enter in infinity loop

Not Good experience, As there are many services don't work like Fawry Pay service. I hope you work on it to fix because Fawry Pay service make me create Etisalat cash, but I found that It don't work .. 😢😡

I log in with the pincode correctly but it keeps getting the msg" you entered incorrect pin 3 times u will receive sms shortly" and nothing comes to me or any sms, i hate this app, uninstalled

After installing the app, it can't open . It shows a white screen for a second then vanishes

Tha App is not even starting up with me, i'm using Oneplus 5t and i don't think it has to do with my phone as all other apps are working perfectly fine

It never send the code, no matter how many times I tried. You obviously have a bug. And please for God sake don't reply back with your standard message to this comment, you sound like a robot.

I can't charge the wallet from a credit card!!!! Like seriously it's useless if i have to physically go out to ta an ATM to do so

am already have an account, but last update am not able to receive a SMS due to ( couldn't connect SMSC )... this problem so annoying
