Really nice. I use it to monitor local sites for kayaking conditions. I see you're working on increasing viewable history, which will be nice, so I can compare flood to base levels. It would also be cool if we could see where flood stages are, or be able to add that to the axis ourselves. For example, major flooding on Waccamaw near Conway is stage 14'+. Moderate is 12–14' and so on. It would be cool if I could add that to my faves' y-axes. Great app, thank you!
Somewhat easy to use. Would like to see flow from more than several days ago, before a particularly rainy time began. It can also be a bit convoluted to go back to the start to check other rivers, when today isn't so appealing a time to fish. But all in all, I don't even think about leaving home without checking this (and my weather app) first.
Simple, handy, easy to use, this is one of two pre-checks before deciding whatever to fish and, if so, where (the other is the weather). Not too technical. Just a clear picture of the river flows, which is all I need.
Is it possible to have the stage listed in the widget? I can't seem to figure out how to change the unit displayed in the widget. other than that I am enjoying this app. Thank you for the quick reply! can't wait to see what the update holds. Super simple and accurate app you got here. Take care.
Very smooth product, Shaina. I use the USGS site for fishing and this makes it accessible on the fly, so to speak. Their website displays historical flows. That would be useful here for judging whether current ones are abnormal. Thanks for a useful tool!
Nice design and interface, but can't believe there is only one gauge for the Kern River and it is for the south fork. It's not an insignificant flow by any sector of users. Kind of weak
I work on the river allot so this app is invaluable to me to keep a eye on flow surge from rains upstream that might affect equipment along the banks. You don't know how much I appreciate this app. Much easier than the USGS website to keep an eye on things
The app doesn't have data on the Bogachiel River near La Push, WA. would be very helpful for the Quileute People to have access to flood stage data with only one road out and cro9the Bogachiel River. Thanks Peter
perfect app, so much easier than the website. easy to choose your favorite river and save them as a favorite for your list, evem set alerts when river cfs are adequate to paddle.
Excellent, I use it often, as VP of local club, we use it alot, along with state gauges that are not on USCG.
Great app to check on Tonto Creek flow, AZ. Has helped save us from getting flooded many times.
Great app. I like the favorites feature. Easier to use than the USGS mobile site with the same info! Thanks
would like for the alerts not to clear once it is activated and ability to set more than one alert
This app works great on my android but I cannot seem to find it for my apple.
Does a great job and no ads! Thanks!
I'm a kayak fisherman it puts me at ease to take as much risk out of my day as possible. Not able to open lately? Hoping it's back up soon. Thanks much.
Great app. I've tried a few of these apps over the years and this is the best.
Wonderful app for river runners! Thank you!
The app does not have the meldahl damn in foster ky
Exactly what I was looking for!
Doesnt show chart
How do you make the widgets????? Please help??
Uncluttered and easy to use. I like it. I would like to be able to reorder favorites (so the gages I use most are on top in the widget,) and change individual favs between CFS and feet. Perhaps a future update? Thanks for the hard work!
I want to use this for fishing. Any chance of adding temperature and if available turbidity? Thank you.
Good app! As the NCOIC of a state Swift Water Rescue Team I use this app to keep track of the river gauges where we train and during flood conditions for response. I would like to see an update where the widget shows both the flow and stage at the same time. Also, it would be great to see the USGS water temperature data, where they have it, as well. Thanks and keep up the great work!
