Flow Home (Beta)

Flow Home is a new kind of Android launcher.
Instead of just icons, we show things from inside the icons. Photos from Instagram or Facebook, tweets and messages from people you follow, the latest news from Feedly, all in one place. Like, retweet, read full articles and share right from your home screen. Flow also unlocks the power of notifications by placing them at the top of your feed, all their actions easily accessible. Everything going on inside your phone, and on your favorite networks in a single beautiful feed.

We're currently in beta. Follow @flowhomeapp on Twitter to become a tester.

Features:
* Custom, smooth scrolling
* Super fast quick search of apps
* Lots of themes to make your phone look the way you want
* Support for Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram and Feedly
* Full icon pack support
* More being added all the time

Enjoying this launcher.. Congrats on this idea you really pulled it out. A simple app that lets you know what's happening on your other apps without making you jump from one to another. Although I'm waiting for my next update because from time to time keeps crashing. Another suggestion would be in the app drawer it could have options for my recent app instead from a to z . It would be a lot easier .

Bug 1: After Opening widget menu then closing it, you can't refresh notifications. Bug 2: After having a so amount if notifications, it only shows 1 and when I swipe to remove notification, 1 more appears after. Feature 1: Add a bounce when you scroll to the bottom of all your widgets. Feature 2: ability to move widgets please. Feature 3: smoother widget editing animations

After waiting over a year for Facebook and Instagram integration, it still hasn't happened even though it says it has both in the app description. The two biggest services can't be used with this. Add them and you'll have an awesome launcher. Edit: I've not seen an update too this for months now... Pretty sure development has died completely.

Needless to say, the most striking feature of this launcher is it well designed UI and its social media function but it is not enough. 1.)I did not use much social media and considered those feeds as distraction for my productivity. I suggested that we can set widgets page to be the main one instead of social feeds or we could be more customized for the homescreen. 2.) for "app search" I want to just search by the first letter of each app name or 3.)replce it with alphabet slide bar app drawer

There seems to be a problem with it opening Gmail app. I'm using the ZTE zmax pro. Other than that, it seems to be amazing in its functionality and great design and concept. Love its feel and stylish aesthetics. Will give 5 stars when fix bug not allowing Gmail to open. Keep up the good work.

let home screen be customisable it looks fantastic super neat and tidy but a little more customisability is required. add a letter search in the apps page with the search option, let me make folders to put all my games in one place and remove that irritating your feed is emty it ruins the neatness of the front page i expect great things from you all, keep up the good work.....

It's a simple minimalist style, which is a new concept for a launcher. I like the idea of notifications appearing on screen. I have two points, however. I want to apply Icon Packs that are available in store, I don't know which icon pack is compatible with this launcher. Please suggest. Second one is a suggestion, it would be great when you touch the left bottom corner of the home screen, a bar would pop up with recently opened apps' icons.

I just use Facebook and Instagram. The app is cool but pretty much useless in my case. 4 stars because it is really well done, but I'll uninstall it because I dont social media used (I will keep an eye in case you implement facebbok/instagram)

This is the best launcher, but is not working really good for moments. Will be really good that we can add widgets and have more sincronization with other social networks like instagram, or facebook. Also I think that it can handle notificcations from sms or calls or even whatsapp. I really enjoy the app. Sorry for my english

Hey Flow team great job on this launcher it's really good and so fresh to use. I like your philosophy of displaying live feeds n messages n emails directly on the home screen. I would really like to know when wud this be a full fledged app out of beta mode. Great job (Y) just installed this still exploring but I feel fresh seeing the home screen .... Great job team

I think this app is amazing. It's smooth, responsive and beautiful. Everything you need is easy to access. However, I do want to point out the fact that there isn't alot of support for social networks. Instagram for example is something I use quite often and it's sad to see that it's not supported. Other than that this launcher is really great

A few suggestions. 1. Disable long press on tiles for popup menu. When im scrolling i usually put my finger on the screen. I dont like invoking the popup menu. 2. Change opacity of circle menu background. 3. We need white or dark gray minimalist icons 4. Fix icon arrangement of circle menu and not position by queue 5. Top part needs more details. Maybe add fave contacts or be able to display latest messages or emails. 6. Weather isnt working 7. You guys need to make a lock screen.

Love it no complaints as of now apart from the settings button under the widgets stops the app when I click it message:'flow home has stopped'. Otherwise it's nicely customisable and a brilliant minimalistic but cool and quirky mix of a windows is and android's but it makes for a great and completely unique launcher.

This really is one of the best launcher I have ever tried. Everything is super smooth and clean. However not everything is perfect it still is very stable. I will continue too use it! For everyone else who likes this launcher but thinks there is room for improvement. The app won't get any updates anymore since the developers stopped working on this project...

I turn in my phone to look at my social medias anyway, and this makes that both easier and nicer looking. I love this launcher, and it's still in beta, so if you download it and it's not perfect be patient. It is good to note that even though it does work with Twitter and I think three other social medias, as well as reading your notifications to you, (great for YouTube updates) it currently doesn't support Facebook, or Instagram. I hope that changes soon.

This is by far the best and most interactive launchers I have ever installed. It would be nicer if we got to add more than just Twitter and Tumblr. And if we had the chance to edit the size of the icons. Other than that its all very amazing. Love it.

It's incredibly a good idea and working like a charm. it should be improved, yes. there are some bugs but it's not problem due to its beta situation. I have two suggestions. First one about restricting an app's feed by hourly rate or another like this because some of them has big feed results. Maybe I'm wrong and there is a setting about that already. My second suggestion is about little things. :) We should be able to change font size of feed items and there should be support for 2x width widgets. Thank you.

I dislike how theres no option for facebook or instagram yet they are the leading social media apps and also just a small improvement to make it the widgets. I think that it should be possible to insert them without needing to press the middle button and leaving it there with the setting botton visible ( just a small tip) otherwise a very amazing launcher

Love the design and idea. Would be amazing if I could reply to notifications directly from the home screen. Will get better as more apps share data on the homescreen like youtube and google feed. Also would be better If the status bar and the navigation bar could be transparent. And in the shortcuts if the pixel feature is added where you press and hold the icon for more shortcuts then this could be my favourite launcher.

I really, really, really like it. A lot. It's simple, minimalistic and it feels smooth and fast. The only problem I have is that I don't think social media should be in the main screen; or at least not the only thing. Stuff like Whatsapp or Gmail should be able to appear in the feed instead of being a secondary widget. Apart from that, I gotta say I love this launcher.

Just changed this to my default launcher. In terms of what it can do for me it's perfect. The only thing which I'm really hoping you can add is integration to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Please can you advise of this is to be updated and developed. Overall it's different unique and a pleasure to use and could be made even better.

Pretty great, love the look. Needs a few more additions though, mainly with tumblr and reddit. With reddit you only see the titles of posts, when you "maximize" the post you should be able to see the post, and be able to comment and vote, rather than just upvote, and with tumblr you only see one photo or the title, you never see the whole post, so you end up having to open the app anyway. Overall one the look and feel, needs a few more features and I'll use it religiously.

I really like this app and it's feed style display. Although it needs integration with facebook. Widgets arnt movable, so you have to add them in order. Works well with live wallpapers so that's cool since i have parallaxing ones. Right whether widget at the top doesn't display an icon, still clickable though but invisible.

I have downloaded, and tested over 20 different launchers on the Google play store. This launcher has to be the best, the most beautiful launcher I have ever used. This launcher is both visually simplistic and complex at the same time. Do not hesitate to give this launcher a try. You will not regret it.

Let's not talk about integrations APIs, but for this app to succeed, it should balance it's focus towards both info and apps. The execution of widgets is really impressive and similar amounts of work should be put towards apps - not just shortcuts! They are essentially the soul of a smartphone and although Flow Home puts info front & centre, apps are not just info-based and many of them are utilities. People need an organised access to their tools and simplicity does not justify the lack of folders!

Beautiful! I loved it! The best part is it also shows notifications on the home screen. And conviniently lets you place your most used apps at the "corner cube". The only request would be to have an option to have ALL the things in the notification center on the home screen (including the persistent notifications). All in all. It's one of the best launchers I have used! Great job!!

UPDATE: I managed to get tumblr working.** I love this launcher! I can keep up to date on my twitter, FB, tumblr and other feeds. I know Instagram and FB don't allow 3rd party access anymore but I still get notifications. A refined app drawer and the ability to scale down the app drawer icons would be a nice feature. overall I'm very pleased.

No facebook or Instagram. 2 huge popular social apps. He should add Snapchat while he is at it. It was an awesome app until facebook and Instagram were removed. Also app has been abandoned by the creator has not been update in a long long time. Very sad, easily the best app launcher on the Google Play Store. I'd be willing to pay money for this.
