Flow Lend

At first this app was the best thing that flow ever created for us. Now everything's a mess. I am unable to view the loan page. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.... I can't pass the code verification part. I've received the codes when requested and the lines just turn red as if they are incorrect. Flow something needs to be done. Still going to give you your 5 stars.

I can't get pass the phone number screen. keeps telling me "invalid number" for a phone with service. If you only make offers to people in certain states, it's best you make those states visible on the phone number screen. If you offer everywhere, please fix this issue or you'll sink! Thank you kindly!

This app is absolutely the worst. I would give it zero stars if I could. It won't let you get past the phone verification screen stating that the number is not valid even when you enter your phone number correctly. There is no option to put dashes for the phone number so you will never be able to enter a valid number. This app is a complete waste of everyone's time and a waste of space in the app store. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

This app was really useful when I first installed it but recently I am unable to use it. I reinstalled it and tried to log in but every time I entered the password they sent, it would never go in. I can't access anything on the app any more and it really irritates me.

The app was working well before but now everytime I enter the code that was sent for verification, it doesn't go through. I've resebt the code several times and made sure to double check that I was putting it in correctly so I don't know what the issue is.

This app used to work properly and now it does not. Each time I enter the 6 digit pin or code...it shows as though its processing, the lines then go red and I have to resend. I did that probably 10 times yesterday...I have not gotten past that section.

The app isn't working. It's only showing the points attained. When it's time to click to go to the borrow page, its just a white page showing up with nothing loading AT ALL!!! It's a waste of time and effort.

I am having the same problem over and over i don't know all of a sudden the code you people send no matter how much times i enter the correct code it is not registering .....why is that ??? I never had a problem with this app and now I'm getting all sorts of problems. Fix your damn app FLOW it's the only way i put top ups on my phone

I don't understand what is going on now. This app was working fine now suddenly I can't use it. I uninstalled to reinstall, but I can't even get passed the verification because it doesn't accept any of the codes sent. Not eve going to bother add it back.

I'm disappointed, I borrowed a topup and it was taken off by my data connection which i never turn on but someone it connected to. since I download the app it keeps turning on Everytime I put on money I would not recommend this because i can't get back my money nor can i use it on my phone

This app was really useful until I switched phone and tried to install it and set in up. The only thing I get when trying to register my number is the system is under maintenance , y'all need to fix it

This app was all well and good untill it started taxing with the pay back. Also how much points do you really need to get the star completed? FEELS LIKE FOREVER AND A DAY. Doesn't work unless connected to WiFi or data service

Down loaded the app. After putting in my phone number it nevered sent the verification code that it says it sent. This app isn't working properly. Too many problems.

dear flow, this app stopped working out of the blue, i have uninstalled it, reset my phone, clear my cache. when i put in the code the lines turn red, i have been at it for days. kindly get it fixed

The app does not work. Entering the correct code and it is not going through. The lines turn red and I have been getting this error for the past 3 weeks.

A good app however, I think it needs to include more rewards for customers who pay back on time other than being able to borrow more money. Also what's up with this extra dollar? I think it draws people away from your app.

I am unable to verify my code with this app. I had it before, and wanted to get some loan , but it wasnt giving me the option. So after reinstalling , i am not given the option to verify code as it keeps rejecting the code.

I keep getting an error when I try to borrow, I can no longer borrow any credit. device: J7pro, os: Android 9 After selecting the amount I want to borrow it spins for a while then msg: "something went wrong! Sorry an unknown error occurred"

My experience was good until they startijg charging to use the app. I personally take this as an insult since the extra charge was completely unnecessart and just goes to show how greedy the company is. This charge is only adding to the list of bad things customers can say about the company and i hope that they realise the number of persons deleting the app will soon skyrocket.

This was Not helpful at all. I downloaded the app in the middle of the night because I need to put on a month plan and you telling me I have to have less than $50 to borrow... If I need to borrow credit, I just need to borrow credit, what is with those ridiculous restrictions.

Doesn't have any problems with the app, just that when I borrowed a credit for $430 I had to pay back $460, I bought that $430 credit, put it on my phone it's telling me that I need to put $30 more, I had to go back and buy a credit for $100 to get $30 more so I ended up spending $30 extra. not to mention that $ 100 credit that I had to buy.🙁

The codes are not going through with this app whenever I place the codes in it's drawing a red signal under the numbers which never use to occur. I don't know what's the cause but something needs to be done and soom

Before when I used this app the money expires like real credit. Now before a week the money vanishes and it isn't done yet and I can't get my money back. Is that what I have to deal with now and I still have to pay in full? If so I want no part of it.

I use to like this app but wat good does the star/ rate wen u return the funds. Im at diamond on flow lend its not like im getting any credit in return for the level diamon im on &...... Flow lend now have tax in all flow lend which wasnt there b4 & i use to do it but no point in lending wen ur being taxed. I got all these points to be DIAMOND & NOT LIKE IM GETTING CREDIT FOR APPRECIATION OF RETURN. MIGHT AS WELL I GO OUT & GET CREDIT INSTEAD OF THIS APP KMFT

I used to use it all the time and thought that the app was pretty great but now the code that is being sent is not registering. Even though I am putting in the correct code, nothing is happening

The app is user friendly and had no issues until a month ago where I couldn't sign into the app as the code you guys send to my phone isn't working.

Very reliable app. One downside is that it would be better if u can access it without internet.

The downloading process was very easy and straightforward. My 1st loan was easy as well. However, the option to link with my Facebook for points was not working. Besides that im happy .

This was a great app now it's just problem to see or do anything I have uninstalled it then install code not going through just red line it was a good app untill all this mess bout still will give you guys a 4 star the 5 will return once the problem is fix
