Unable to view anything on my new phone. Keep getting "Could not play video: Error during license server request." It works on my old device still so I don't know if there is a problem with my phone.
Ridiculous login process. Doesn't recognize the user name you input. When resetting password takes you back to account show same said login ID that was being used . However still not accepting login. Absolute lunacy. Other users told me it didn't work for them on weekends but when he tried it the Monday after it worked after several attempts.
At one point the channels worked and the next time they don't - uninstalling & reinstalling helped. But I recently did that and now receive a message that App not available in my region. Currently unable to access; App not working.
This app is undeserving of a star but I couldn't post my review without selecting one. I downloaded this app on three different devices and it did NOT work on any of them. How disappointing! I chatted with four different customer service reps as I am a paying customer and feel that at least I should be able to benefit from this service. While my Flow ID and linked account were all checked, I still got error messages when trying to log in. Be more honest and admit that your app does not work!
This app is waste of my device's space. Takes forever to log in and when it finally does, I can not view any channel after 404 which Jinx TV. My most viewed channels are 410 Sportsmax and 411 Sportsmax 2 but neither are included in this app although they are a part of my package.
Does anything actually work for Flow??? The app is there and it's pretty much useless, because you can not sign into app. It just does not work, despite the fact the fact I do have a TV Subscription with them.
July 2019's update has rendered the app useless---you literally can't watch any channels. I'll also say that the previous version worked quite decently and was a solid 3 out of 5, in my book.
An update would be nice. It has so many bugs. It works when it feels a mind. So frustrating because I mostly use it for the remote which doesn't work 80% of the time.
If there was a no star rating i would select it for sure. I've downloaded this garbage 8/3/21 and for over 2 hours I've been trying to set it up, to no avail! Keep saying that my username or password incorrect...I've changed it 7 times or more and same thing. Kmt and uninstall.
Media not playing since the last update now channels I was able to watch before says Media player license error: error during license server request. personally i thinks its a problem with the new media player they are using
live TV doesnt work properly. always have to go in app setting and clear cache and data, always have to sign back in, unable to watch past programs it always goes to live TV. waste of time.
I have a question Flow. Do customers with the triple play 150Mbit bundle package allowed to login or access the services of this TV app? If yes, I have the package and I have never been successful with my login attempt. What is the issue. I need to know
This app works great and is an excellent idea. I am able to take my tv everywhere I go! My only issue is that not all channels/videos are available on my device.
How is it I cannot even login to an app? Isn't that basic??? Then IF you get in...you can't navigate. Try again. Try again. And last updated when? This is a joke that should not be played on paying customers for your service. Either offer something that works WELL or just leave it out. π
Straight up does not work and even the web version is borderline unusable. Needs a complete overhaul.
This app gets a 5 π rating if it was created to be utterly useless.. I installed it on my phone and tablet. It tells me I've reached the maximum number of allowed devices, remove some in "Device Management Section" in the Settings. (that's simple I thought) However the developer seems to have forgotten to include the "Device Management Section"
Thus crop is always connecting to server and that takes 15 to 20 minutes, plus it's not guarantee to work the first time so you may have to log back in a second time outta rubbish this app is
Horrible!!! Logs you out and then says incorrect password or email. Even after you successfully change your password....still says the same thing. Call customer support and the put you on hold for forever and then cut the call. The most irritating experience ever! I tried this last year and the CSR tried to even create an account for me and could not either and then explained that the department that handles this is in another country so she could not assist further.
updated app on my phone, & NONE of programs are opening for viewing. Since July 2019 update of this app, it is of NO USE, CANNOT VIEW ANY CHANNEL. Went to provider for assistance, was told app is down, asked if any time line for it to be working, got a "not sure" reply. Presently, this app is worthless I first posted in 2019 the difficulties, this is nov. 2021, the name nonsence, cannot get pass btc id, follow instructions step by step, STILL CANNOT GET SIGNED IN.
The App doesn't even work, you contact customer care they can't help. The app keeeps telling me device not activated and i have spoken to so many reps and not one knows that error message ....poor customer service and poorly built app!!! avoid if you can
App very unstable. Sometimes it logins in easily but most times its just stays on the login screen. Had to reinstall several times. When its works it works pretty well though.
I'm giving this app 5 stars for the worst app of the year award, it is totally rubbish, it is impossible to make a mistake and my mother's maiden name, but this app let me know that I have when it takes me back to security questions when trying to sign in which never happened, flu please fix this app or take it out.

Since the update I can't view on my phone. Keep getting "Media player error. Error during licence server request". Flow please fix the app. It was working fine before the update.
The app cannot be used on any device. I am annoyed because I want to watch on my old phone but I am forced to buy a new phone with suitable features to access the app service.
This App is literally one of the worst I have come across on the Playstore. An app that boast so much but won't even allow you to log in! It is not deserving of a star but you can't comment without same. Keep saying it's is unable to communicate to server. Where is the server? Behind God himself?
Your systems need to be integrated into one app. Why do I need to download 3 different apps to interface with one company? Moreover, the apps are just not up to par, not even nearly. They seem to still be somebody's brilliant idea that is, unfortunately, still an idea. I don't care that you thought of it if it doesn't work. Come on FLOW, this is like 2021. Get up to speed.
