Came here from down dog. Tbh down dog is superior, the flow was a little choppy and the voice (spoken guide) kept cutting out completely so then when I got it to come back on it didn't match up with the video. However, down dog was a free app that I used for a long time, they updated and all of a sudden I was required to pay upon entering the app and trying to do my practice. I appreciate this app keeping some free content and it works very well.
The app works fine but I find the excersices get quite repetitive towards the end of the session, you do the same type of side stretch about 4 times and if you extend the excersice time they also increase, also there is a lack on standing poses. So the app is ok but I'm not quite satisfied with it.
i had a work out set that was silent... aka lost sound .. then i repeated same stretch 3 or 4 times, thought i was looping. not sure if its my phone s not compatible, or the app is unstable... im on Motorola update, was promptly contacted by support but they insist i was not using my volume. after numerous attempt to imply my fault for their fail in app stability, i deleted it.
Nice app for yoga workouts in real time! Nearly perfect - music would be nice, but more. Important a beep with the timer. If I stretch to the back I have to turn my head to see the remaining time.
Good exercises but poorly edited. The audio on many of the videos doesn't match. it jumps around a bit and tends to not follow along with what is happening in the video.
Definitely Satisfied. The app has options for someone just learning and options to continue into something more challenging. An easy and free choice for someone learning!
Really nice app Would like a bit more varied workouts with a specified amount of time and maybe an alert sound whenever we change pose because we might close our eyes or be in a position unable to see the screen
i feel great!! like the app. and yes a timer notification to change poses would be a great idea.
Good app, but a few kinks needs to be worked out. There are some issues with the sound.
This is the yoga app I've been looking for. My daughter and I use it together so we can learn yoga. She's a beginner and I'm intermediate
I love the details showing how to pose and benefits of each poses. It's so clear for beginners. Thank you guys 💚
Excellent flow practice. Adding more poses would be beneficial.
beautiful app. easy to follow. clear instructions.
I have no idea how to do yoga and I am a unfit person, but I can follow this and revise it to what I am able to actually do. I have been doing it for a week and can already see improvement. Hopefully I will be as flexible as the woman one day!
as a beginner the first one was good. it challenged me but didn't hurt.
Easy to follow. Goes a bit too fast though
best home practice. easy to follow.
Awesome... well explained and perfect for what i needed today thank you!
A great workout for beginners like me.
good clear instructions. relaxing.
its a nice app...you can learn through watching video
I like this app. It encourages me to learn yoga.
really easy to follow
the beginner stuff is too advanced for me
Great for Beginners and Older than Beginners 😁
It's very excellent app.
Very bad and expensive
Doesn't give full explanations or sanskrit names
Nice layout and details but I would love to see more courses available. I really like that there is an option for a genuine monthly subscription as opposed to a full year like others(although that's an option too), very little ad interference which is refreshing. However theres no option of a free trial to see what goodies you get with pro. The slow pace is a little on the fast side, I'm rusty so no beginner and still struggle to keep up.
