Flowbird Parking

This app is not user-friendly. When you open it, you will see a map, which is not necessary. It could be better if the next page after logging in was like this: it guides users, specifically new users, how to set parking time, find a parking zone, and confirm the button. The map is useless because not showing zone numbers is something that could be used on other pages in use if a user wanted to find his or her car. This app confused me a lot as a first-time user, and it took me nearly 5 minutes

Last update is awful. The app freezes and doesn't work. Sometimes, it says that it cannot process the payment (nothing to do with my cards, I tried several, all with enough money). Sometimes, the app doesn't load at all. What's the point of replying to contact you? I am contacting you this way. Sort out your bugs please.

Unable to Stop Parking Session using the app. Today I used the app to park. I took a much longer time than needed because you can Stop the parking session when getting back to the car. When attempting to Stop the parking session an error message appeared that my credit card hadn't been charged yet. I logged into my bank and saw the credit card had in fact been charged. Clearly there is a problem with the app that ended up costing me extra money!

Too difficult, why the town changed from park mobile is beyond me. This app is horrible. I could not get it to recognize a valid zone, could not use it and had to leave the restaurant to go to the meter directly. I will avoid anywhere where this is used. West Long Branch NJ please go back to the other App.

Utterly useless. Wife and myself on a motorbike so their instructions state to use the digital ticket purchase. Location had NO signal despite being a twin SIM phone. Waited until booked into hotel so could use their WiFi to download Flowbird Parking app. It downloaded but did not offer the UK as a registration option. So I can't pay for my parking, and there's nowhere else to park in the village I'm staying in overnight. Useless app. I hope I don't get a ticket from this useless company.

Had to use the app because the kiosk at the parking lot was out of service.. Got charged an extra $0.25 for the convenience! And the app requires login all the time. Cache credentials? Please? I swear, no one is stealing my phone, specifically opening this app, and paying for parking without my consent.

downloaded this app to be able to use the extend function in parking... only worked once out of my many attempts. Zone code search isn't intuitive. Payment & car registration are simple and easy to use.

This app is terrible compared to other parking apps I use. I have 2 cars and it will only let me park 1 of the cars. I spoke to their service team and they said I need to delete the other car. What, every time I need to park?! Constantly switching and reloading cars each time?! You can't cancel or amend your booking. They're vat receipts are difficult to find as well. It's not good.

Apparently during our first paid hour of parking we received a $50 ticket. They took pictures of the meter showing it was expired. The app doesn't add time to a meter. It's supposed to cover your car's parking in that specific zone. Didn't work. Careful using the app. I paid $11.50 for a $50 ticket wich I contested but lost with Wrightsville beach.

Not bad, the app works for parking, but could use some improvements: When showing your location, it always starts by showing the location where you last used the app, and you have to press a button to get it to show your current location. Trying to extend my parking session, it gets to the payment step and then does nothing. If I wait until my parking runs out and then submit a new session, works great. What gives? The app makes me login every time. No save option?

Would like to be able to choose a vehicle from my list and not have default restrict that choice. I find it hard to change the default setting.

Without doubt the worst parking experience I have ever had. Peeved that I had to download an app to pay. Signed up and some of the information text was hidden by the keyboard. Put my card details in which it didn't use when I came to payment. It found my location and then I tried to pay. Must have tried 3 or 4 times entering my card details each time and then a message was displayed saying Flowbird not available. I gave up and moved the car to a different location.

Used to work for Android, now it's trash. I used this all the time for parking in town, worked great. Now it says the same thing every time I try to pay despite uninstalling, deleting my data, the cache, etc. "flowbird service is unavailable, check your Internet connection". Tried off and on wifi. It is not my internet. My friend uses it for her iphone and works fine for her. Emailed the developers X2 with no reply.

When it was first advertised on our parking kiosks, it was often 'not available'. Within a couple of weeks it was working quite well. Or maybe I just learned a few things. If I moved away from my car as I was entering information I would not be able to purchase the meter time. I have not attempted to extend the time, Nor have i purchased time and then moved to a new location which is possible at the kiosks. Its SO nice to be able to pay for parking online from your car.

"Service is unavailable." I'm afraid no matter how nice the interface, if the backend is down the app is useless. EDIT: Found out FlowBird chsrged me for all those failed attempts. Customer service refuses to reimburse. What a scam.

Unbelievable. I'm trying to park somewhere in the UK. Downloaded the app and guess what? The UK is not on the list. There is no phone number to pay at all and the app doesn't let me chose England...

The app doesn't seem to have been working for the past 2 weeks. Tried on 3 different devices, 2 different networks. Just constantly says 'flowbird service is unavailable, check your Internet connection'. (My Internet is working fine and when I switched car parks had no issues with MiPermit app needed there).

Dreadful. Loaded all details as requested and then had to enter payment details again when it came to pay having already entered them earlier in the process. Then got message to say system had failed - several times. Gave up and,luckily, was able to move to a different part of the sane carpark, which allowed me to pay by debit card at a machine....

Set up my account and added my car,, no problem. Went through the parking payment menu 3 times, failed at the very end every time, no explanation. Connection was perfectly OK, that's why setting up the account and the car were so easy. Do not recommend.

not quite user friendly. need to know to push blue pin to find location. can only extend within time already paid and not at the time of expiration or renewal

Absolute cr*p. Totally unusable. Can't fund the locations advertised in the parking meter. Now avoiding the car parks that need this app

Absolutely useless payment app! Be prepared to sit at loading screens followed by timed out messages even with good 4G. Ringo and Justpark should be available everywhere so we don't have the pain of using this rubbish...

this app is very finicky and often the second and third time you have to punch the I'm parking here buttons fails, not intuitive could have better instructions

Last update removed the option to select which google account is used to login. Now it just uses the first one in alphabetical order. If that's not the one you need, tough luck.

Simply does not work. Several failed attempts to pay and about 15 minutes standing in the rain trying to park. Useless.

Doesn't list the parking meters near the Mississauga YMCA no matter what I do. Garbage application. More work to be done here!!!!!! The whole process is inefficient for new users.

It's a clumsy app that's not user friendly. And when I tried to extend my time, the screen to do so, wouldn't load.

The app doesn't keep you logged in, and doesn't notify you by default that your parking is about to expire. The notification that yu have an active session never goes away (probably because being logged off stops updates from being pushed). Tha app also doesn't take alternative payment methods (Vipps, Google pay), so you end up having to add a credit card, which is a pain the first time you use the app. And as noted by another review, it's infuriating to have yet another app with limited use...

Won't even process your card 99% of the time, wasn't worth the time downloading and setting it up. Terrible app.

Can't extend parking time? App doesn't work and neither do the meters so I guess I'm just going to get ticketed? Sucks.
