I was charged for a futire order even though location was closed for that day. I received an confirmation email leading me to believe that my oder was all set. I attempted to make another oder for a next day pickup and the app added the items for the future order and wanted to charge me again. If I had not done that, I would have shown up for an order that did not exist. This is not the only issue I have had with this online ordering app. Too bad, I love Flower Child food, will wait for bug fix
I wanted to place an order but didn't simple because tip can't be modified. People like flexibility to be able to change tip amount instead of being locked into percentages.
When trying to selecting an item to place an order all I get is a loading wheel. I've restarted the app, restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, and I still cannot place an order or even put an item in my cart.
App never works for what it is intended. Cannot place an order on anything. If you're going to release something dependent on orders. At least do some QA and fix it within a day. Still broken after a couple of weeks.
$3 delivery fee and a $5 service fee and a tip for delivery. And to top it off the min tip is 15%. Absurd rates since they are not paying uber eats 30% charge.
Try to place an order but doesn't work. Also I have placed orders both thru the website via my profile and the app in the past and never have points added to earn rewards.
Can't create a new order. Can browse the menu, but when I select an item, I'm stuck on the screen with the loading spinner.
Not integrated with website, app is basically useless. Gift card support is nonexistent. Not sure why the restaurant wasted money on this.
Good when it works, there are many times where it just spins and spins. This should never happen. Mostly around lunch time.
This app is not user friendly, payments are so difficult and there isnt a way to use gift cards

Worked just like i thought it should. No delays. I did have a small hiccup in bringing over my existing online account, but it resolved itself in a few.
Not working. At cashier, they tell you, sorry is all messed up, the app is not working 👎👎
App times out. Can't create a new order. Only allows reorder of previous order.
Price charged changed after purchase. Staff didn't care. I am out.

It seesm like to get rewards, every order MUST be made through the APP. I have been using my desktop and eating in person. Yet I still have no rewards after almost 20 visits! Why isn't the APP synced to my online account? I have the same sign-in for both!
