Horrible app, very poor service. I have placed an order for my friend special occasion, money got deducted and the app shown the order is placed. On the day of the occasion when I looked up the order, order id dis appeared, I had to retrieve with all the circus using my mail id. And then when I checked the status it shows payment is failed. When I called up the customer service, received poor response. And if the payment failed why I didn't get any notification, and why my money got deducted.
Ridiculous customer service. By appearance, ordered flowers and bouquet was very different from delivered item. Upon confirmation on returning for refund, I was informed no refund possible + the local store lied they didn't send wrong colours. Ceasing business with you. Hope my money serves you well!
I love the using FlowersCakesOnline APP. I used to buy cakes from the FlowersCakesOnline website now they have a mobile app as well it's good for me to order fast. A great collection of flowers & cake. Easy to navigate and search for certain types of Bouquets & Combos for any kind of Occasion.
Wosrt App and even worst is their service . They only dont know about their products and its feature. Moreover they dont even clearly mention about the products they are delivering. We are paying extra money to them so that the same can be delivered to us at our home for our dear ones. Any kind of celebrations has its own feeling and emotions attached to it but they dont understand that as they are doing this business as a one time role because after first order maybe any one would place second order from them

This is the worse app.please do not use if you are planning something or any surprise.I experienced from this app they cancelled my order at the day of delivery.As I ordered cleared my payments in advance 1 week prior, I had planned surprise party they cancelled my order at the day of delivery and second order was cake which was very bad in taste we were unable to eat. They were very rude in behaviour unnecessarily, service too.rest it's all up to you.
this is my 10th order with flowers cakes online and I always like your service infact its improving with every order. The app looks really nice with good features available. cake and teddy combo along with personalised mug and cushion. everything was so perfect. keep it up the good work guys.
after reading all the reviews I got confused whether I should order a cake or not as it is my first time I am placing an order from this app.. earlier I used fern& petals and I wasn't satisfied with the taste of the cake though the cake was very beautiful.. now after reading so many negative revies about delivery and presentation I am confused if I should order here or not.
WORST EXPERIENCE! 1.Ordered for roses. Got carnations! They told me at a time when it was to be delivered! 2.Time slot. 9am to 2pm. Haven't delivered at all. 3. Will not answer your calls once the payment is made, but will answer your queries before the payment even late at night. 4. Rude behavior by the staff. They will hang up on you, switch off the mobile and not respond when you ask them about the status of the order. 5. In short, they will ruin your special day. Higly unreliable.

Heya!! I just want to share something with you guys...I ordered choclate truffle cake for my brother on his birthday. And it was yummmmm in taste (so delicious and fresh). Also, the delivery was tooo gooood...like it was exactly and perfectly on time and my suprise for him was a super duper success. So,thank you so much for this amazing service.

Worst Service and Unprofessional. Cakes quality is also not so good. They provide a midnight delivery timing of 11pm-11.59pm and always delivers it before 11. Delivery Vendor is always in a hurry to go home . Paying midnight delivery charge is just a waste of money.
Ordered from the app yesterday, night. they are saying that they can deliver it between 9am to 9 pm, but no one is there to pick the call. I think you people doesn't consider the importance of gift. order no: FCAPP016522

used app 2 times its very disappointing to see dat the cake nd the flowers are not slightly but completely different from what is being ordered nd paid for .. even after paying for delivery at specific time period they dnt deliver on dat timing not helpfull at all feel like money wastage on such apps
