So, here I am calling uhaul, budget and penske, and they're all booked out of vans and trailers. I had no means of picking up my couch and out of the blue I saw this (Fluid Truck), at the bottom of my search. I was initially hesitant, but to my surprise, it was one of the most efficient and convenient rental services I had ever used. I recommended 100%! You wouldn't regret it! Easy app usage! Bravo, Fluid Truck!
What A Bust 1. The app is very difficult to use from a simplicity stand point. The ability to simply filter by date to find trucks in my area was janky at best 2. When I did find a truck (provided by a person named Joshua), the reservation would be accepted one day then rejected the next. I dont have time to be played like that Don't use this app, try U-Haul instead
I rented a van but when I went to pick it up, it was not there. There was a whole parking lot full of fluid vans but not mine. I couldn't get ahold of anyone for 50 minutes. Then it was too late. Very frustrating experience.
App froze and crashed several times. Always during the drivers license upload and especially during the barcode scan that never worked
I didn't like the cancelation of my rental without notification. Another renter was late returning with my 2nd reservation vehicle.Because he was late they completely canceled my reservation instead of moving my pickup time until later that day. They should have the truck for rental on the app, for others, and giving me first priority. Because of this someone else rented the vehicle and now, I have no vehicle.

My reservation was moved up an hour without any warning. The truck needed an oil change and needed me to put air in the tires. I explained this to the team after my reservation finished and they told me all they could do was give me a coupon next time. Very disappointing experience
So easy to locate and rent a cargo van when we need an extra van. These are low mileage work vans with plenty of room for our needs. We'll be using these again.

Nice but needs some work on the interface. There are a few things I had to figure out on my own.
This was the best rental experience I could have asked for with a cargo van. This company is highly recommended. seamless rental experience and did not have to deal with a single person yet still had 24/7 customer support if needed and the overall rate is better than other companies as well, especially when factoring in mileage on a slightly longer trip.
Prices are 50-100% more expensive than uhaul. And they spam their map with phantom vans that aren't available anytime for weeks or months. Just use uhaul instead.
Avoid this app! Renting is easy enough, but the charges are deceptive. When I originally leased the vehicle, the quote was $166. This is a high rate, but okay since I needed the cargo van fast. On my final bill they charged me an extra $111 for something called an "extension" which none of their customer service reps can explain to me what the charge is for. In the end, I had the cargo van 10hrs, and was charged $260. Ridiculous! Save yourself money and rent from Hertz.
This MIGHT be a great App IF you live in Denver... but it's useless in most other cities. Boston area for example has only 3 trucks listed and ALL 3 are over an hour away (and I live on the very densely populated North Shore!!). Also... the map should AUTOMATICALLY load available trucks like Google Maps will do instead of clicking "Search this Area" each time you scroll to another area. #absurd
Glitchy app. First time I used it, was told my license was accepted, then it wasn't - had to upload my all documents again. Truck was good, app was clunky. Second time, the truck I rented would not start. I called the number in the listing twice, no answer and no callback. I've emailed Fluid help twice and haven't heard anything. Had to rent a truck from Home Depot and initiate a chargeback. If something goes wrong, don't expect any help or even acknowledgment.
Much cheaper and easier for to use than Uhaul! Like Uhaul for the 21st century, truck unlocks remotely from the app when you arrive and inspect. Very modern, will be using this app again in the future. Had a bit of weirdness during the approval process where it said I was approved and then I wasn't and then I was again and then I wasn't, but it was only for the initial license approval and the benefits of this service far outweigh that initial inconvenience.

I had a poor experience using this app. I installed it, added my payment info, and uploaded my license info a week or two ahead of when I planned to use it. It said my license had been accepted. I made a reservation and watched a video of how to pickup a truck. When I went to pickup my truck, I had trouble finding it, but I contacted the renter and she directed me behind the building and I found it. I initiated the rental, took exterior pictures, the truck unlocked and I took interior pictures. When I tried to submit the interior pictures, it said my driver's license needed to be approved (it already indicated it was approved), so I was unable to finish the initiation process. But the clock was ticking (you pay by the hour), and I found the key in the glovebox, so I went and moved the things I needed to move. When I tried to return the truck, it wanted me to go through the pickup process again, which again failed due to the license issue. So I contacted the renter and she said she would lock the truck. I didn't get my $150 deposit back on my credit card. I emailed customer service but no response. So I'm going to likely have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
Do not trust this company with your time or money. Consider your reservations as suggestions because they can and will cancel your reservation to let someone else extend theirs, even mere days before you need one. They cancelled mine at 11 pm two days before my move without warning because Amazon asked them to. Now all the moving truck places are booked and I'm just boned. STAY AWAY.
A little unfriendly user but if played around enough will eventually find what you want.
Awesome service. Only issue i had was trying to take the requisit photos, it wouldn't turn on my flash and it was dark and then it wouldn't scroll to the right icon to take a required pic off the passenger side. Otherwise a stellar service!

I would love to rent a pick I p but it is impossible as I can't verify my phone number as the message never comes thru. Sadly I am disappointed
I didn't even know this existed till yesterday and saved my life. Was able to rent a cargo van at the last minute so I can clear my house when my lease ended the next day. Depending on the situation, is totally worth it
App freezes constantly and then crashes. One of these times resulted in an error in uploading photos resulting in extra charges. The auto unlock/ lock functionality also does not work well. I was delayed 30 minutes bc the app could not lock my van and then it took forever to get an agent to help since there is no direct phone number. Even when they tried to help it took 3 tries for them to unlock the van.
