They make it really difficult to use. I was able to get 2 gift cards after that they wanted alot of information. I submitted it then they still are limiting my account and wanting a backup payment method. It also makes you have to reach a certain $ amount before you can withdraw funds. I will be deleting them.

Bring back CVS. I loved using the app at CVS, but it went away, came back, and now it's gone again. Please add it again. 🙏 Update...got a new phone and had to reinstall the app which WILL NOT open. I've been trying for 2 weeks and it won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but it won't open on a Google Pixel 6 Pro.

Nothing on the app works properly. I was told to reinstall to fix issues. Now I can't even sign back in to use my gift cards I purchased. They put a spending limit on all my accounts that get a good % back. Which has made purchasing the gift cards with this app not as good as purchasing elsewhere. Customer service is pretty much useless. Not worth wasting your time downloading

Poor user experience - the app is clunky and doesn't work well, when I favorite or search anything, there's a significant lag Misleading - it says something like 2.5% back on something like Amazon but when I click in, it's actually just .25%. The app just encourages shares and you need $26 in earnings to withdraw. Slide is so much better, summoner, straight forward. Plus, you can just apply earnings to next purchase. It has fewer stores but I hate this app.

Pros: you can earn more cash back with this app then similar apps. Cons: double charges, have also not been able to purchase gift cards while at the store, purchased gift cards are not always valid, and my biggest gripe is I made a $200 plus purchase at office depot that I returned and instead of money being refunded back to my debit card I received a gift card that I have no use for. Also, the stores I mostly used it for have been removed.

The only store I use, keeps being removed and then returns. It is gone when I want to use it, so Flux missed out on over $500.00 of orders in the past 3 days. Oh well. The app was good in the beginning, and issues were fixed very fast. Not so much now. Update. Fluz is doing better.

Tried to use Google Pay, got several errors and decided to use PayPal. After trying to use that new payment method, my account got flagged, with no gift card and an authorization for the purchase amount on my credit card. Did some KYC as told by the app, eventually my PayPal connection was disabled after information was reviewed. Tried to email support, but they didn't understand my issue. Never going to use this app again and will initiate charge backs if any charges go through.

Beware, you won't get cash back easily. When i joined, there was no mention of minimum to redeem cash back. Now it says you need $26 earned before you can redeem. If I don't refer anyone, it'd take me spend $2600 assuming I get 1% back on that. If you can get good number of referrals, this app is for you otherwise there's plenty of other apps without that restriction. ....... Edit: two industry terms "being grandfathered" and "bait and switch". Guess what you did here?

As always - to save ~0.15$ I need to contact support. Again. This app just waste your time, better to use cash back from your credit cards everywhere.

I have attacked my bank account my credit card and it still hasn't loaded try to select the option to pay giving it my credit card number with the CVV code keep getting CVV error doesn't make any sense I've logged out and everything it's still not working stuff like this make you not want to do apps like this if they do not fix it I will be deleting it

I just got a Galaxy A12. I transferred everything over including the Fluz app. When I try opening it, it stops working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times but it still won't work. On my old phone it worked great but I never gave a rating or review about it. For now, because of this current issue I have to give it one star.

This would be zero stars if possible. I'd had a decent enough experience until the app glitched and double charged me. Then the first code provided failed for whatever reason. Contacted support but they will not provide the code despite I already having paid for it. Now they are ignoring my attempts at contact. I hope this issue can be worked out. Besides for this issue it's been a good experience. This is on top of their app not working at all on my new phone.

I use to love app however they now place double holds on amounts. now I have item posting twice as well. makes me want to stop using app. so im off to file disputes on my double posted items an I already know it takes up to 90 days for refund

It shuts down everytime I try to open it. Repeat uninstall and reinstall. Same result. App team doesn't respond to the play store feedback report.

The app is not functional just yet but the concept is so exciting I can't wait to use it and give it 5⭐ I've upgraded it to 4⭐ because they have great customer service. 🥰

This is a referral based rewards app. Unless you are an influencer you will be frustrated. Takes forever to get 20 bucks to redeem. You pay out of pocket multiple times before you earn.

Better than I thought! I'm always skeptical with these kinds of apps because they never have any coupons for the city right by me. I live in a rural area so sometimes when I get coupons it's for a city that is way out of my driving range for shopping and not for the smaller town next to me. This app however offered quite a few deals for my area and it wasn't hard to set up or create an account either.

Love this app. While others are commenting it's slow, I'm from the Nokia generation and I'm not pressed about that honestly. I love the deals I can get from this and it's super easy other than being patient at times when there's high volume on at the same time. If you're new to this kind of app, all you do is do your shopping and then pay fluz before you pay the merchant. It's pretty much like buying a gift card in the end to simplify it.

I just downloaded it and setup my account. It's pretty much free money for places you'd shop at anyways. My only complaint is that it seems like you need to first search for the store you're shopping at, wait for the cashier to tell you your total, enter the total amount, and finally have the cashier scan the code. It'd be nice if it was automatic instead kind of how acorns does their roundups for linked accounts. My older family members aren't really tech savvy, so they don't want to use this.

I have tried for four days to set up an account to no a avail. When I try to enter the verification code I keep getting a msg that the code is invalid or timed out. Since the phone is in my hand that is impossible. I finally contacted support and they told me to look in the help desk. There is nothing in the help desk to help. I contacted support and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I am still getting the same thing after 4 days of working on this I am going to uninstall app

Don't recommend this app. It's the worst app I've ever used for cash back in my opinion. Takes so long to load, you get 35% on your 3 gift card purchases but can't exceed an amount which is like around $7. After that, you get 2% if you choose to pay with your bank account or PayPal which is 0.5% the app says you can get example: 4.5% cash back but doesn't even give you that it's way less. To cash out you have to reach $26 I've already spent $200 not even 1/2 way to cashout

By far, the slowest app I've ever used. It's slow to the point you think it's no longer loading. Of course, impossible to use when the cashier is waiting for payment. Plus, that enforced minimum amount makes you just give up. Not worth it. Good bye and good luck.

I so love Fluz, you can save so much money. The app is very easy to use. It is amazing getting money back for getting the gift cards for places I already shop. Also makes it easier if you purchase them before you go to checkout and it makes checkout super easy as well.

Janky app. It's slow and clunky, takes a long time to do anything in it. I paid twice and it works, you earn 2% LESS on every purchase than what it advertises if you don't use direct bank transfer and I'm not about to give them my bank details for the pennies they offer. Not worth the time it takes to use the app. Goodbye.

The most recent update made it 10 times faster. I guess they finally fixed the bug.

I sometimes forget I have this happen I miss out on getting money but overall it's easy to use and I like the app itself

Does not work, took my money and locked me out of the app. Tried customer service and it was a waste of time, they have no clue either and said must be a bug in the app. They definitely lost me as a customer. Uninstalling it now and telling all my friends about how horrible of a computer fluz is.

I love how quickly I can accumulate rewards. I use it often and I've saved quite a bit. You can benefit alot more if you're able to refer friends and family. I haven't successfully convinced anyone to sign up using my referral but I still love how much I've been able to save using it on my own. Hands down one of my favorite rewards app.

Great app! Quick and easy to install and use. It did take me a few tries at verification (a security measure I actually approve of!), but the refund amounts are the highest I've ever seen on an app And they have any store you can think of!! Highly recommend this over others I've tried There are also ways to make money - sign someone up and make money when THEY spend!
