Your app is frustrating & an absolute waste of time. Sadly it isn't possible to give a minus 4. Where's your index for types of goods? Where's your latest catalogue? Where's your shop by points? Your so-called rewards only reward me with frustration & I can't really fathom why I bother with your card other than for the discount offered at times at the NW checkout. Of all the frustrating websites I've encountered over the years you take 1st prize for being worst....simply not fit for purpose.

Been around for years and a great way to have fun with extra rewards, real rewards for simply shopping with your own money. Yes I too have received rewards that I could use in certain participating retailers, it too rewards them for staying loyal to all their customers. After all if it wasn't for the customers there would be no business. Works on many electricity sypliers too. No card necessary though option is provided. Thanks Flybuys

When you try to press on any thing or any category to see the offers its take you back to the main menu . You can not do any search in this app. Sorry but it's not success you guys need to improve it more, so the customer can do search and buy through the app.

Slightly above useless and pretty much redundant. You can manage your account but that's it. If you want to actually use the fly buys store you are basically redirected to the fly buys website and have sign in again. What is the point of this app?

Not suitable for tablets: have to disconnect keyboard and put device on its edge!

Since the update can no longer sign in, frustrating!

Wont let me sign in. Reset password, deleted and re-downloaded app. Waited a while. Still can't. Can sign in in Chrome. Over it. Delete.

The app won't let me sign in at all. I can sign in on the website using my email and password fine. On the app with the same email and password it keeps saying I've entered the incorrect password or email. I have double/triple/quadruple checked that I'm using the correct password with the correct capitalisation.

Cant give this app anymore than that because as soon as I opened it after installing on my tablet I uninstalled it. I had to turn my screen around to use it. If people cant make apps that auto rotate so I can continue to use my tablet in landscape mode then Im not interested because my tablet is on a stand with a keyboard and its just a hassle to turn it around to use. Fix this issue and I will take another look.

I've downloaded the app about 3 times and I've never managed to sign in. It's just stay at the sign in page and doesn't do anything. I've tried with wifi and 4G neither worked. Also I changed my password and it doesn't work. I doubt the problem is my phone as it is a Samsung S8 with the newest software updates.

Ok I have to change all my views to how does this happen??? It was frustrating at times waiting for the app to load so I could use my flybuys on my phone and it worked much faster in offline mode (when data was turned of) but now for some stupid reason with the new update when my data is turned of my card doesn't show I have to logon (automatic when data is turned on) before my flybuys card shows up, it will not when data is turned of yet in the old app it was always there so I could use it regardless. Please fix this!!

STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX. 5 MONTHS AND MOST OF THE APP DOESNT WORK UNLESS I WANT YO JUST KNOW MY POINTS IT IS USELESS I dont know what happened after the last update but nothing works now. I cleared my cache. I've even uninstalled App and reinstalled but still cAnt spend points or search or anything. It goes through the motions and then nothing happens. Very disappointing.

Thanks to Flybys help, I was able to change easily to New World dollars, something I didn't understand properly, but they made it happen for me and even rounded off to the greater number for me, that's great service and friendliness. I'll give Flybys the thumbs up, thanks for helping make life a lot less expensive.

Terrible experience overall. Tried to use the pizza deal but no luck, it forces you to use the delivery option plus the order keeps jumping pages. This is one really bad marketing scheme, a total failure. Very frustrating and resulted intp a total waste of my time.

The app constantly signs out. The widget (with barcode) even more so. And now everytime it signs out it says my info is wrong but I van sign in online/pc fine. Please fix. Seriously sick of it. Other than that, fantastic app, easy to navigate etc

Can't log in even after resetting password, closing and reopening app it still won't log me in with correct card number and password. I see alot of people saying the same thing here, guys it's got to make you think there must be something wrong at your end!!!Edit just after posting this it finally logged me in, wow.

Pretty useless app. Have been trying to create an account for an existing card for good 15 minutes. When all details are entered and the reward type selected the app just returns you to the same screen and asks to enter details again. Hope computer browser will work better.

Everytime i want to go back it takes me to the home page then i have to try find what i was looking for all over again! Very outdated

The app constantly doesn't connect. It is so unreliable. Once in, it is pretty much pointless as it is just a gateway to the website.

Always requesting I sign-in.... after selecting stay signed in option. Useless.

Was good.. till recently Wont sign in, need to either turn ph on and off or uninstall and reinstall before it'll work even then it only works once and does the same thing again. And I dont want you replying to this review with your standard "please let us know what's wrong, what version of app or any other of those generic answers" I'm not very happy with the app right now but will still use the website

Slow and clunky app. When you choose "spend points" this should do it in the app, not fire up a web browser. Will still use it for checking points total.

I have just downloaded this app. utter frustration I have to keep signing in I've changed my passwords x 3 and when I try to redeem a reward. we end up staring it all over again grrr!!!!!

Made a purchase with points and had to top up with credit card but credit card input doesnt get displayed properly in app. Tried changing to desktop view and lost everything.

Hi Flybuys, i find it difficult to register because it keeps showing, pleae confirm your email address. I check emails, i retype email address and it still shows message error for the email address section.

Wanted to check current FB balance. Tried to download APP through Google App store. Gets to 100% and will not continue. Followed all usual protocols to rectify. Same result. Using Samsung Galaxy S8+.

I've tried several times to sign in and changed password still not allowing me in via this app, there is no stores with cards and I have 2 use my email to try and get in. Darn headache

Frustrating. After setting it up correctly, the first time I went to use the app I was told that I had changed the username or password (I hadn't) and that I would need to sign in again. But when I went to sign in, the "sign in" button wouldn't work.
