I've ridden Flyaway for years. This app looked like a much needed innovation, but unfortunately it's a complete joke. 99% unreliable and inaccurate trying to get a ride from LAX to Union Station. Buses randomly disappear from the screen, wait times are frozen then suddenly change from 2 minutes to 59 minutes. Sometines the buses don't even show up on the screen at all and then whiz right past while you're standing on the curb. Ridiculous!
Really hard to understand user interface. I just want to select my pickup terminal and my destination and then see pertinent information about related to that selection. That should be so hard.
Driver did not pick us up. He argued the fact that the luggage was too heavy. The luggage had gone thru the scale at the airport. There is no scale to tell the driver the weight of the luggage. Very disappointing. I felt like not using this service anymore. I think drivers should have a scale if they want to argue the weight of each luggage.
LOVE flyaway. Bus drivers are always helpful and friendly. Motorcoaches are always clean and comfortable. Needs even MORE parking though.
Used service a few months back after some years. Van Nuys station is nicely upgraded. Ticket machines convenient and staff explained whatever I had questions about. Another trip with Flyaway this month.

Only shows Van Nuys route. Searching for Westwood route does nothing. Send feedback button does nothing. Hopelessly broken app.
Never used the Flyaway application before but the information were its located is easy and assessable.
Did not show the bus that picked me up. Glad I didn't give it access to my files.
not dependable. not on time. can not keep drivers. drivers do not know buses or routes.
Doesn't even load anything for me. Complete trash app.

Useless app. Hard to navigate, not intuitive, incomplete information, and what information is there is wrong. Example: It showed two outbound Van Nuys busses as stopping to pick up passengers at my LAX stop. No buses even went by. Once I got on a bus (not shown on app), I couldn't get into on arrival at Van Nuys. Don't waste your time.
