Terrible service, they will miss delivery dates and not even tell you. Just use cleanly, its a much better service at about the same price. No number to call either...
You get 2 stars since eventually my last delivery was in fact delivered, otherwise it would be one. Seriously, you guys are worse than cable TV repair. You miss 2hr delivery windows by at least an hour. Either change your app to reflect the delivery scheduling you can *actually provide*, or close up shop.
0 stars. Placed an order. Received text confirmation. Waited 2 hours. No show, and now my order has disappeared from the app. Thanks for wasting my time.
worst app and service ever. they lost two weeks of clothes for two people and offered us enough to replace less than three pairs of pants. horrible. do not use.
Avoid this nightmare. They showed up not just late, three days late. I got my overnight laundry service in not a few extra days but 8 days later! And they charged me 66$, and dropped my clothes off at my neighbors house. But at least they ruined all my bras :-) awful. Also, they ignored every single email so that's great too. Never ever ever again.
Lost my clothes and refuses to answer emails. Quality has gone way down, avoid if at all possible.

DO NOT USE FLYCLEANERS. THEY LOST MY CLOTHING. I've been using Flycleaners weekly since June. Things have RAPIDLY deteriorated. 3 weeks in a row they gave me 1 hour's notice that they couldn't deliver on time (or even later that day). Last Sunday, my hang-dry items were lost. The delivery driver had no idea they even existed. I immediately emailed customer service. It is now Friday, and despite my reaching out DAILY, nobody has gotten in touch. Their phone number rings to a voicemail. DO NOT USE.
missed delivery dates consistently. no customer care or response. very expensive. do not reccomend edit: your really not sorry. I told your customer service that I was going to select another cleaning service, her response we wish you a nice life.

I rated this app a 5, five years ago. After being a loyal customer for all that time, I am sad to have to leave a negative rating and review. The number of times they've lost, destroyed, or not washed clothes (even dry cleaning) has left me with no choice but to abandon them and warn people to steer clear. Such a great idea, but yikes - terrible.
Buggy. Crashes often or freezes. Seems to lose where I am or the status of things. Notifications don't seem to work right i never know when my dry cleaning is ready unless i open and reload the screen. Orders disappear into the void can't schedule pickup without talking to customer service. Random orders appear in my list that I didn't schedule and tells me to schedule drop off, is this someone else's order? Get it together! Test your app better!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value your clothes. They ruined several thousands of dollars worth of clothes (down winter coats and silks) and their customer service was simultaneously standofish and couldn't care less. As compensation for ruining my clothing they offered me a $50 gift card to use their service again.... Which is basically the same as getting a gift card from a place that gave you salmonella. Mmmk. No thanks. I'm a pretty easy going guy, but I hate this company now and highly recommend nobody use them. Check their Twitter or any other platform to see how badly they screw people over. It's the worst. Do yourself a favor by using any other service to take care of your clothes. Zero stars.
They have a big history of losing clothes (Google them and see). The app gives you little to no information... They never share the weight of your load, you won't know the price of the service until is ready to be delivered... So you have to trust and pay whatever they charge you... They lost all my clothes, the customer service is non existant (Phone is never answered, it just goes to a voicemail) You will never speak to a person (we tried for weeks) They only use email and they are useless. FYI.. they pretend to look for your clothes for 10 days (with no information during these days) and then they will tell you that they will give you 100 bucks for the loss... $7/lbs... that wouldn't even cover 2 of my Jeans and they lost 4 of them among many other items... Laundromat down the street works just fine... other apps like hamperville too! Do your research first
Clothes are frequently lost, with a minuscule refund. The app constantly reschedules deliveries. The drivers are consistently at least an hour late. There are far better services available.
Terrible experience scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, poor customer service, and a buggy app -- stay away.
Can't even register it..
I placed my order the night before to give them ample time to clean my clothes. The next morning the driver came before the pickup window I had scheduled. Not a huge deal but annoying. 24 hours later I get a notification warning me my delivery window is in an hour. 15 mins before the window, about 24 hours since pick up, I get another notification saying they need more time to clean my clothes. And now I'm stuck not being able to schedule a delivery. Would not recommend this to anyone who needs their clothes cleaned in a timely manner.
The app just doesn't want to take my adress in. It has lots of bugs. I wanted to try it since i see there trucks around my area a lot but i can't
The service is fine. The app is broken for me on the latest update. Has to re-download on a new phone and there are Java errors preventing me from adding an address.
They will cancel your dropoff without notice. They're office is constantly "closed" and 0 customer support exists. Stay away from these con artists.
The app provides so little information you're left calling them to find out most information. The delivery people are great though- that's the star

Not available in long island and app is glitchy
I live in a building without a washer dryer and Fycleaners was the only laundry service I used for 3 years. They cost more, but they were always on time and allowed for rush orders, which is worth it to me. Now...the last 3 or so times I used them the drivers showed up 30 to 90 minutes past the delivery AND pickup window, and once they didnt even show up at all. I reached out to customer service and they suggested I try a competitor instead, so that is exactly what I did.
