One of the worst flight experience, I had a flight on 23rd and requested air hostess for breakfast and also told will pay for it the service is terrible she never came back and never got any food in flight it was terrific attitude

The app really needs improvements on the following two aspects: Online checkin doesn't work properly. Although I have selected the seat, the app automatically selects and saves another one. It's the second time this happened. Another thing, after I have completed the checkin, the online boarding pass is displayed at the end. If you don't save the screenshot, there is no way to get it back afterwards from the app. Fix these ones and you might get 5 stars from me!

If I use the app to check in online , then the boarding pass shows a very tiny QR code that cannot be read by any scanner. The even bigger problem: for some reason, if I try to book a return flight DXB-BEY-DXB, after I choose the dates and times of my flights, on the "Review Booking" page, the "Continue" button does not work, and I can't complete the purchase.

The feel and look is great. however I notice the following: 1. app remembers my last search and gets stuck on it. doesn't allow me to search for new destinations. I need to clear all data from app (which makes it forget even my log in) in order to make a new search. I tried with different destination and it always the same. 2. when flight is sold out it just says "no flight is available". it should say that flight is sold out. I hope app developer will be able to see these comments

I was boarding my flight, and meanwhile an on the app, the flight status was showing as "cancelled"!! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Good that I was not relying on the app only for flight updates.

System is simple and reliable to use.

FlyDubai has this crazy rule of deducting cancellation charges while cancelling a ticket and instead of refunding the remaining amount, they send a voucher to rebook with them along with a number of restrictions like time limit upto a year and same passengers travelling. Unreasonable. This is the first time I booked with FlyDubai and looking at how the cancellation worked. I am never going to book FlyDubai or recommend anyone to book with FlyDubai

Very bad experience, they are not professionals at all, they do not want to help their clients, last week we lost 3 days of arrangements in Dubai because we could not fly from Sarajevo, no one wants to take responsibility, to redirect us to fly from another airport .. I highly recommend avoiding their services

Very very worst experience I saw in my life. Crew members also they didn't speak polite. Also not proper response. If we have any issue for boarding they didn't help us to resolve. They create another one problem. I am concussion their rules and regulation. Even customer care send one kind of rules but physically they tell another rules

One of the poor staff service at Ahmedabad airport, They don't even care when you got your own food with you and Wight as well.. the STUPID Ahmedabad staff who represents #flydubai who don't even see the world out of Ahmedabad, they tell the rules to the passenger like they wrote the history.. Don't get fly Dubai from Ahmedabad... Jai hind

Very bad, can't enter date of birth for sign up account

Made booking via app, payment done. But after that nothing happened. Even not showing my booking. Never expected such a thing from official app. It technically turns out to be scam, and now I am left with contacting and following:((((((( Could get issue resolved only by calling helpline. App still does not show any transactions, future bookings, history. It shows nothing. :-((

this app doesn't have any features and it's mainly a link to emirates skyward. it doesn't show your bookings and need to input manually your booking reference (If you have it handy) to be able to check anything . it's a waste of time. I am surprised emirates group allowed this app to be deployed. even signing in doesn't work and asks you to join and can't be accessed easily! I wouldn't have given it even 1 star hadn't been to the need to give at least 1

Emirates skywards login never works. After entering credentials like email and password, showing error as "Please enter your password". Same error for all functions of skywards shown as web view. Mobile checkin always fails. Checkin flow goes until seat selection and after that if I click continue or Done, it says some error has happened. Sometimes the system gets updated as checked in and sometimes not. Looks like a beta app that was never tested. Not expected from an airline like flydubai.

Very poor interface. Most of the time I don't find my booking in the app even though skyward number is mentioned in booking. Most of the time it requires to fill in traveller details even though traveller info is saved with skyward number.

Additional note: Does anyone else find it odd that all the 5-star reviews are very similar one liners, such as:. "great app easy to use". Very telling that flydubai would rather spam reviews than fix the app i can't seem to get a mobile boarding pass on the app, despite my Skywards number being on my paper boarding pass. The app does not automatically find my trips from my Skywards number as the Emirates app does. for flights that i have already checked in i can't see any information. Rubbish.

Every time I try to book through the app, when having to authenticate the payment with the code on sms, the app just goes blank and there is nothing I can do to confirm the payment. I have to wait for an email the payment wasn't received so I can finish it from my PC. It's just useless

I recommend everyone not to use this app to book a flight. During peak season I was desperately looking for a flight and app suggested an alternate date with 1 seat left; due to non availability on my required dates but I did not notice date change in the suggestion & booked. Immediately after payment, and receiving eticket I called them to change if available early or refund. Refund option was not there at all with fly dubai.But I was provided flydubai voucher to be utilized within 6month

The worst airlines l have dealt with. After 2 bad experiences with this company, l will never fly with them even if their tickets will be for free. 1st time was when I canceled a flight and they didn't give refund but they gave a voucher which l couldn't use because l didn't have plans to travel so l lost that money. 2nd time, recently due to bad communication from their side l got information that my flight was canceled so l lost my flight and they didn't give the refund or compensation.

One of the worst airline apps on the market. No mobile boarding pass. Once you check in the flight disappears. can't even use the app to retrieve information like gate or terminal. The mobile website is even worse. The login takes you to Emirates' website and logs you in there but not on the Flydubai website, just keeps sending you in a loop to Emirates mobile website. Active trip shows as completed even though fhe flight has not been flown - you have tk go to "All trips" to find it.

Not at all user friendly. After checking in the trip just disappears. Cant find a mobile boarding pass. Manually tried searching the trip. Says it is is expired..!! What a joke.!
