FLYER Eats: Local Food Delivery

Useless app. Very poor delivery & customer service is pathetic. It shows the items in the app. Ordered food at 7:30 pm but no response from delivery agent for our calls. Picks up the call after one hour to say the item is not available in the restaurant.

The experience was very bad. I ordered breakfast this morning and made a payment of Rs 314 thru gpay. The worst thing is there's no order history in my profile even after placing the order. So I wasnt sure if the order was placed or not. Thought of reaching out the customer care number Theni to check what's happening. The call wasnt picked up. There's no order details attached anyI ended up choosing someother app to place the order after waiting for 1 hr. Such a waste of time, money and effort.

Excellent app.. Nice inteface.. Would have given a good rating for the services done for quite sometime now in karaikal. But cancelling an order without even informing is unfair. I didn't even know until I just casually thought to check. Please do not provide a sad surprise to customers during covid restrictions. The least that can be done is to provide a conversation and let the customer know on the cancellation.

Worst app ever seen. Such a frauds that they show a low delivery fee before the order at the time of payment they show higher delivery fee. The payment took long time. Even after the payment confirmation they did not give the order placed confirmation. When to try to contact the customer care they don't pick up the phone. I lost about 400 rs in this app. Don't waste your time by installing the app.

Very worst app. I ordered cool drinks and paid 137 rs. later the order was cancelled by the restaurant but money was not refunded. Customer care number is invalid number. Totally worst app.

Poor service from I ordered on offer as self pickup but when I reach hotel they said delivery partner took all offer order parcels and I contacted them they did not respond also more than 5 hour order still in pick up very worst food delivery app I ever used Better to avoid order foods on this app 😬😬

App not accepting any online payments. Only accepting cash on delivery and some bestest restaurants are available only in this app. That's really bad
