Extremely glitchy, quite often stops sending notifications with no warning. It does not tell me that I need to update, and when I search for an update there's none to be had, so I have to uninstall and reinstall every few months. Unfortunately, this means I miss critical communications before I realize the app has glitched again. This has happened on three different phones, and I had to reinstall yet again today. It's not my phones. It's the app.

The first year of using this app was ok. But this school year is been glitchy! I missed an entire month of notifications and two storage meetings due to glitches. And apparently now it has to be updated manually, every week. Not very convenient! **update** Now I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to update it. Also, the only way I know it needs updated is that I see a notification for the app that doesn't show when I open it.

Ever since the last two updates the app will not open when it come to newsletters, grades, attendace etc. I have send feedback after feedback but no responsed . I open the app but as soon as i click on the + sign in the middle of the home screen it closes me out. This needs to be fixed.

The app says to update or exit, but google play doesn't offer an update. Thank you for the quick response. I will not use the "Update All" button for apps. However, the play store finally showed an update today, I applied it, and that fixed the problem.

Did y'all try your app before you launched it because the only function that works is entering your code. Selecting your child's school goes like this: typing the first few characters auto populates the schools and you can select yours but not submit. I DID have success once during my multiple attempts but my selected schools disappeared right before my eyes while I was looking at the screen. Huge fail on the school district to opt for this app when there are several better options.

I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times. Every time I try to open it, it says that there is an updated version (even though i just downloaded it). Clicked on the update button and it goes to the app info and does zilch.

App seems to crash a lot while using it. Uninstalled and reinstalled it and still crashes. Support was very quick to try and help me get issued resolved. Great customer service. I dont even care if it gets fixed. Customer service is 5 🌟 star itself!

Hanson Elementary said we HAD to download this app or send a note to school saying why we didn't want it. I downloaded it for my student but it's not more useful than the texts we use to receive about school info. The only positive thing I was looking forward to was making my child's profile to follow her progress in school and be able to send in absences through the app which they said it would have the capability to do. Unfortunately when I try to register my child it says I need a code and to call the school. I did and the school says they don't have a code and actually that option on the app doesn't work at all. It's basically nothing more than a school calendar.🙄

second time i open the ap it doesn't work. tried re-installing. didn't help. can't add school. cant open school. there is literally no functions that work. school say we had to use it, seems like a poorly built app

The app is receiving notifications as normal however, when you enter the app from a notification the list of notifications is scrambled into no particular order leaving you to scroll through to find the most recent message. Shouldn't they order themselves from newest at the top on down?

I cannot open the app anymore. It says that I have an update but when I go to the Google store it doesn't show an update. We uninstalled it and reopened the app and it still shows that there's an update. Anyone else have this issue?

This app has literally nothing. It took up a bunch of space on my phone to do just that, take up space. I can't find anyway to communicate with anyone. There are no newsletters or any information as far as my son's school goes. I simply used it for the tech needs survey and promptly uninstalled

The app won't open. It says there is an update, but when I click on the update link, I just come back to the store. In the store there is no option to update and just an option to open. When I try to open the app the same thing happens.

It stops working. I havent been getting the messages from my kids teachers. When trying to update it wouldnt. So i uninstalled and tried reinstalling and its not working at all. And it wont let me update. Or open.

Doesn't work - downloaded, opened and it pops us saying it needs to be updated... tell it to update, then goes to the store giving me 2 options, "Uninstall" or "Open". Click "Open" and the cycle starts over again.

It's a little better. The messages are arranged in order from newest at top. You get private message notifications for every single post, which is kind of annoying.

The new app has been downloaded because it still says I need an update, and when I keep logging in, it tells me I need an updated version and takes me back here to install, I don't understand why this is happening, and I hope to fix the app ASAP because we need it, because most School messages come in this app.

Started working, without glitches once I made an account. But nowhere does it say that's required.

I never see any updates than the flyer. A flyer which could be sent through email. I don't really have any use for this one. It was recommended by my kid's school. I get all the info I need from him and have yet to see anything new pop up from his school. So, I can't say I would recommend this to anyone.

I just downloaded this app because my son's new school requires it and it won't even let me use it because it says there is a new version.... when I click update it brings me back to google play where it says I have the newest version of the app..... it seems like a great app, only giving it 1 star now because I can't even use it at the moment.

App is very glitchy. Even after the update I open the app and it tells me I need to update it or close it. I click on update and it redirects me to Google play and shows its updated. I think th update broke it!

Open App, says there is new update available. Select Update, takes to Google Playstore, but App is already updated to most recent version. Select open and take back to App telling me to update. Vicious cycle and doesn't work or do anything. Fix your bug

I think it's a good app overall, but prone to glitches. If it can stay ahead of them I think I'd feel more confident using it for next school year.

Everytime I open the app, keeps saying to update but when I try to update, there is nothing to update. The app kicks me out ansd can't even open the app anymore.

terrible. want to chk for msg fr teacher, app insists on having latest version installed, i have to clear space on phone/delete otherxapps, then the new version won't launch, uninstall, reinstall, still won't launch.

New update caused me to be stuck in an infinite loop. It asks me to update, but in the play store it just says "open" when I open it asks me to update again. Can't get out of it

Infinite update loop message no matter if uninstall or re-install. Looks like I'm not the only one with the problem, would be nice to actually have something done about it.

Not user friendly. My kids school makes us use it. It won't update and won't let me use the app if I don't update it. Information is very hard to find.

The search on this needs work. it doesnt put schools in alpha order. It will not let you put ciry and state to narrow search. My kid's school district is not in app yet is on desktop version and has been for a long time.
