Flyers Pizza

It is my first time..when I went to check out it would be nice to save info before submitting payment. I had to enter payment, instructions 3 times as I kept going back to previous screen! Also I am assuming delivery fee is the tip as it never asked for tip🥴 and I have no cash on hand.

A few quirks trying to add items, but I finally got it. Not easy right away but overall good app Edit: I did get used to it, so that's fine. Now I can't see how to add a tip to the total. Oh well, nothing is perfect :)

In the toppings selections for the Italian sub, it no longer shows banana peppers so I can't remove them. Otherwise I use the app weekly and it is pretty user friendly compared to other places' apps.

Gave sufficient options and easy to navigate. Don't like if you hit back button on phone instead of app, it closes app and you have to start all over.

This is app is a huge improvement to the old app! The flow is much better and the visuals fit the screen better.

New app is kind of buggy. If you hit the back button, it completely closes the app and deletes order.

The app is super buggy, has an aweful interface that doesn't remember any selections if you go back a screen and the submit button for coupon items sometimes doesn't work and you have to restart the app and do everything all over again. Very frustrating to use but still better than calling and at least it works 🤷

Pizza 🍕 ordering used to bore me to tears 😭. Along came the Flyers Pizza app, and suddenly I have a reason to live again. The buttons in the app caress my fingers 🤌 with loving attention, and the display... Well, let's just say that IMAX has some competition. Try the app! I'll let you all know how the actual pizza 🍕 was later, if I feel like it.

Easy to use. Options available for toppings, crust, baking.

Needs organized better on wing options, missing some and non consistent naming. Also missing lite options, and missing dollar off coupons from mailers. Recommend hiring higher quality app developer to make this into a professional app instead of what looks like a high school kid slapped together in a day. Your app and website need brought into the present day, both feel and operate like they were made 10 years ago. It reflects badly on your company. Your company makes enough to invest in itself.

Ineffective and Awful. Can't use your rewards without typing the number manually, can't select lite anything (sauces, spices). Option just literally isn't there. And to top it all off, no orders go through. Just sits on a loading screen for literally 10 minutes.

Slightly buggy, wouldn't allow me to select the correct month for my credit card expiration date. Had to select another, then I could select the correct one. Also would be nice to save credit card info, or import saved info from Google account.

The app works well. The only thing I'd like to see added to the app is the ability to add names to individual items. On the website, I think, it's just an "Additional comments" box, but I would put whoever the item is for in the additional comments.

Cluttered interface is difficult to navigate but it gets the job done

App works well for ordering and paying, tracker does not work once food is ordered.

Works much better than it used to, and is easier than using the website or calling to order.

App closes and clears cart when you hit phone back button.

It was easy to order and make special requests and what not. I didn't however like being asked so quickly to rate this app before I have had a chance to play with it. You might have gotten that last star if patience was practiced instead of being anxious to see what I thought.

I love Flyers, but this app is not good if your usual is... unusual. My husaband and I like to split a large, half Bomber, half Philly cheesesteak with mottzerella sticks. It's on my account as Bombin' Steak and Sticks, which I selected when the mobile site forced me to download the app. They got the extra sauces right, but the pizza was a full Bomber. App either needs updated, or needs to be optional for mobile ordering.

It's great to be able to order without calling in or going on a PC. My only issue had to do with navigation and having to start my order over.

Easy-to-use love it and they have the best food ever!!

Not user friendly or intuitive. We love the pizza and the staff is very friendly. Much easier to call in an order then to use the app.

Terrible app! Not user friendly at all. I've seen mom and pop food joints with better apps. Needs lots of improvements. Love the food but this is a turn off.

I love this pizza place quite a lot. I really enjoy the ease of use and accuracy for this app, as well as the choices and alterations you can make on items.

Had to start all over again when the minus item button didn't work in cart. Had to start all over AGAIN when the back option took me so far out it emptied my cart completely when all I wanted was to add a drink. Not awesome.

Better than ordering from the website. But the timeout while placing an order is seriously aggravating and make it impossible to order if anything else is going on in life

App is very easy to use. It keeps a list of your favorite orders. Making the order experience quick, and easy.

Makes ordering from flyers pretty easy. there are some quirks with the interface but it isnt anything that would want to make me not use the app.

Love the app, love there pizza and subs even more

I Love Love Lovvve Flyers Pizza and the app is so simple and easy to use! I love how I can call my order my fav order or whatever name Id like and it saves for next time 🙂! Plus if its Delivery the drivers are so kind and understanding and thats always really cool! Thank you Flyers!
