I'm beyond disappointed. As someone who had a subscription for a long time, I can't believe all of the novels I had added to my library were gone. I had been away from the app for a while because it was lacking updates for my favorite ones, and now that I came back I see there is nothing on my library at all. All of my progress has been erased with no notification or reason. What about the novels I payed for? What about the VIP novels I read extensively? What about my comments? Ridiculous.

The app won't open after the latest update. Otherwise I like it and pay for the vip membership on and off. Thankfully this is one of my "off" months. * Reinstalling fixed the issue, but I'm still docking a star for that fact they want you to pay SP for unreadable MTL novels. They ruin perfectly good novels that way, and I hope they can be retranslated properly. Otherwise I'm not wasting my money on those.

Has some interesting novels. Chapter update speed and in-app currency rates seem to be at the translators' discretion. Includes a mix of decent translations, unedited/non-proofread translations, and MTL (machine translations). Every other update seems to cause a bug and every other update after seems to fix the bugs. Overall app seems to be comprised of a group of unrelated translators of varying English proficiencies.

As of 1/05/2022, the app keeps crashing. I tried unistaling it, and then re installing and it still crashes. Please fix this issue. I have coins that I have purchased as well as a VIP membership subscription.

Great App! Although some (actually few) novels are MTL, they are still easy to understand. Like that you can earn SP by reading and ads are short and mostly relevant. Very happy to have found Flying Lines!

I really like this app. Unlike other novel apps, this one allows you to earn Sp instead of having to actually pay for them. Of course paying is an option for those who have money and prefer not to wait. But I'm broke and I read through chapters very quickly. So I have to wait awhile to have the right amount of sp that way I don't use it all up. There's also very few novels that catches my interest, and I wish there was a quicker method to get Sp without having to rely on the exp so much.

The look of the app is nice and I like the fact that it can filter completed novels. But I hate the reading part of the app, flipping page back and forth is irritating. It flips backward a lot of times when I press on lower right, and vice versa. I don't know where to press to open the "settings" properly (to access the dark/light mode, change font size etc.) Sometimes I would try to turn a page, then the setting pops up 😕.

It looks like I am not the only one with problems that occurred right after the app got updated. Stories cannot be opened. All SP and histories are gone. This software seems to have problems most of the time after a version update. Quite frustrating! Hopefully the developers figure out the fix soon. Update rating from 2 to 4. The app works now. If it is under maintainance, there should be some notification to let readers know to check back later instead of having some weird error messages.

It's a good app. They have a wide range of novels with interesting storylines. However, I have 2 complaints. The translation in the novels are very janky. There's many spelling errors, missing words etc which disrupt the storytelling and makes it very annoying. The 2nd complaint is it's loading time. Even if I have strong wifi, the app refuses to load and tells me I have poor internet connection while my phone has 398Gz. It's very annoying. But other than that, this app is amazing.

In terms of content and story I'm pretty impressed. But one thing that has been driving me insane is that there seems to be a problem with connectivity recently. No matter how many times I turn my wifi on an off, nothing seems to work an unless I get really lucky, I might get connected and read for 5 minutes before the connection shuts off again.

Its nice with a lot of reading materials. The coins are a but irritating but i understand the difficulties of the translators so thats fine. But sometimes i have issues loading a story. It "loading" continuously and im not able to do anything or read. I always end up closing the app and revisiting after a while. It doesnt matter which story i choose. If one story gets stuck at loading, then the rest will be the same even if i had jus read the story earlier today.

The app is quite good, except that it randomly reloads while reading sometimes (it's a bit annoying) and also takes a lot of time to load when clicking on comics. The stories are good but it would be nice if there was a wider variety of genres. I feel like they are all the same genre. At a point it gets boring, really. Translating is really difficult, I know but I would appreciate if there were less grammatical errors in the works. It would be nice to have more free books too.

EDIT: thanks for fixing the issue. Things seem to be fine now. Hopefully it stays that way as I kinda need the daily fix of novels from u guys. Suddenly having a problem connecting in WiFi strong areas. (EDIT) I've even installed the app in another phone and I'm still getting the same issue. It's annoying since I paid for the subscription in order to read further and the app is not letting me.

I'm just gonna say this. The update is so annoying. Now it keeps on going back to the first chapter and I have to keep scrolling to get to the chapter I last read. Using the chapter list does nothing. It also locks the phone if you're not scrolling or tapping the screen even for a few seconds. If I have an option I wouldn't have updated it. The older version was at least bearable UPDATE: It got worse after the latest update. Now it just keeps loading the chapter & nothing else 🙃

This app is making me go mad! I was really obsessed with a novel, but after 70 episodes, it said I had to pay SP. I only had 2 so I decided to watch an ad. After I did, it kept loading. I waited for 30 minutes and it's STILL LOADING! I tried again and again, about 10 times, it never worked. I tried to add the novel's to my library, it also kept loading and the loading is gone after awhile. I waited for something to happen, but nothing happened. It wouldn't let me check in either.

This app is the best for a variety of high quality translated Chinese web novels. It's clearly stated which ones are translated by people and which ones are machine translated. The app gives you a decent amount of daily free points, enough to read a few chapters a day. Even if you buy the points it's at a reasonable price. The app is easy to use and there are always events for free points or coupons. They also don't force annoying ads on you.

The app was good overall before the last 2 updates. I had no problems with it but now, its hard to actually open the options where you can adjust the lighting when you're reading. Everytime I try to open it, the page is just going to the next chapter. It's also getting harder and harder to get used to updates because there were always problems with it especially during events. During the last event I read for atleast 30 minutes and the bar wasn't going up. If fixed, rating will be 4 or 5 stars.

Overall it's an okay experience. They have some interesting novels, and it's not completely pay to read. My only nitpick is the lack of syncing if you read using multiple devices and tend to switch. For example, I prefer to read on my tablet which I use when I'm at home, but it's not as convenient to carry around as my phone, which I use when I'm out and about. It's a bit frustrating that I need to search for my place again each time I switch devices.

I've enjoyed using this app and though some novels are obviously machine translated the majority I have read have no issues. I have a number of web novel apps and I use this one daily. Unfortunately the latest updates have issues with next chapters not loading or opening a blank screen. I find this extremely frustrating and have uninstalled the app due to this. Hopefully it gets sorted soon and I will put it back on. I hate not being able to read when it says I have a new chapter available

I love the app but there are times that the app crashes down in the middle of my reading and it's inconvenient and quite annoying. There are also times that it exits automatically when I'm trying to click on something and I hope that there will be a reading option of scrolling, the turning pages is great but there are times that there are accidental turning of the page even when I'm not really flipping off to the next.

When I decided to read novels, I downloaded a bunch of different apps and tried them all. I deleted the apps one by one except flying lines.. Flying lines didn't disappoint me and makes me happy. Even though there's some issue here and there, that's normal and not a big deal. They always update the app so the issues within the app is solved. I love how attentive they are and answer immediately if you have a problem or issue. You can also read the stories offline if you download it.

The stories are great but sometimes the translation doesn't make sense in some stories. Also the return button (arrow) is kind of annoying, 'cause everytime I click on it, I always came back to my phone's home screen. I don't if the problem is phone or what but it just happened only on this app. I hope you make something about it.

The UI is nice, easy to navigate. They recently added the scroll feature wc I really loved as I prefer that than turning pages. I hope that they improve the genre list view as some new novels aren't immediately included but is already up for reading. I hope we get in-app notif of new novels that we might want to check as well. Nonetheless, great job guys.

So far I've been enjoying reading here. I even purchased some. But the problem is, sometimes there's this bug on purchased stories. Like even tho i bought them (for a few months now) it shows or locks it unless i am on auto unlock story. And even tho i do that, the chapters are cut off for some reason like they only show what you can read when it is locked. I've been only having this trouble on one story but it happened for the second time now so I can't help but give 4 stars.

I have been using this app for almost 2 years now and I can say that this is still one of the best reading app. First of all the stories are good (especially the BL ones hehe), translations are understandable, app is easy to navigate, and their customer service is very responsive. Send a feedback and expect an answer from them in a day or two. My only problem is it takes me a bit longer to earn SPs in unlocking chapters. Good thing I can earn enough to mass unlock chapters before my SPs expire.

The app works perfectly for me and appreciate the fast updates of all the novels I follow. The only tiny issue I have right now is that the push notifications come a bit delayed (or maybe it's just my phone?)... the notifications in the library work fine. Keep up the good work and hope to see more and more content in the future! :-)

Everything is fine now. May I suggest some additional features? Like: different fonts for the reading experience, more background colors for diversity. [Day, Night and Afternoon (sepia), or maybe some colors like light green, light blue, etc.], and comments that can contain images/gifs.
