Here's what I see. All the udirc apps are outdated and incompatible with any current level os platform. And they probably won't update them. And why is that? Because they want us to go out and buy a NEW drone from them. Only other option, which I'm just starting on, is going down the entire app market list and trying every drone app out there. From every brand. Maybe I'll get lucky and find one that will work. Even it it's not a udirc app
Works well enough for capturing video, but no way to export videos outside the app. So the videos can only be viewed locally, can't be shared.
This app provides options to control the movement of the drone through your phone. Don't use it! After about 100 feet the WiFi connection will be lost, and soon your drone will be too. App developer should make the limitation of a WiFi confection more apparent to users.
This app looks good and I like the layout and the dashboard and it says it works with my drone. Sorry it doesn't. Maybe an upgrade would be what you need. Thanks anyway.
Have not had any problems with the app. Just wish it had a practice mode of some type to help me get better. Maybe fly an imaginary drone with the app controls or even better use the actual control sticks.
Terrible, the app keeps closing when I try to connect my drone.
I see people are confuse about how to use the app. What you do is turn your drone on wait for the connection to pop up ON WIFI, connect and you are set just be carefull.
3 stars because it took me 3 days to get the camera to work. How did I preform such an amazing feat you may ask. I tapped the helicopter icon instead of the drone. I have a drone, would make sense to tap the drone but nooo. Hope this helps others struggling with this. Happy flying.
ATTENTION USERS!!! THIS APP WILL ONLY WORK WITH YOUR DRONE IF YOU TURN YOUR PHONE "MOBILE DATA" OFF BEFORE CONNECTING!!! your user manual nor the app instructions will tell you this. I had to read other reviews just to find this out. Hopefully you do the same. otherwise I would give 4 or 5 stars
Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. This app does its job quite well. I'd say it is a bit of a hassle to set up, but it still does what it says it does just fine. However, my only real complaint is that the camera quality is said to be at 720p. It definitely is NOT. It's somewhere in the low 240p to 144p range. But that is my only complaint.
Just a heads up for anyone having wifi issues. Make sure the camera on your drone is properly connected before turning it on or the wifi won't show up.
the stupid phone keeps switching out of the remote interface in the middle of the flight and makes me loose control over the drone it needs to be made to not switch to the gallery or any other function Not associated with flying.
As some others have mentioned, on my Android, I had to TURN OFF MOBILE DATA (airplane mode) to get the app to fully sync.
App is unusable because wifi connection cannot be found. Read the manual and comments but wifi never shows up.

Look this may be just my problem. I followed instructions and when I press the little drone picture everything shows up at first, but then the app crashes.
Refuses to connect, deleted repeatedly and reinstalled will not connect. Phone says its connected but no control checked for updates. Useless
App will not connect, tried repeatedly to redownload with no luck. App was working just fine till this B's.
It says turn on wifi and connect to udirc but my wifi isn't showing this at all I've read all reviews and exhausted all ideas more then once any suggestions? Would really like to use this item it looks fun
Does not open up. Just keeps stopping. I have no idea as to why this is happening
works perfect on my galaxy s9 (other ppl must of just got unlucky from reading other reviews) the only problem with he drone is the battery life on it.

I once had another drone but it was small and it broke ): But this one is much bigger and easter to control.
I have udirc helicopter and its good work and so cool but just they have 2 bad work this item sometime need wifi and 2 this item low batery on like 10-15min low but its soo cool item thank you for that
Won't install on phone, the app never finishes downloading and disappears.
App crashes every time I try to launch it, after many attempts, and running a recent version of Android. App developer email from the Play Store returns postmaster undeliverable when I try to contact them. A huge disappointment after I bought this drone for my daughter's birthday and now have to wait and see if we can get a refund, since using the camera through the app was half the point of it.
