Last day flight change. No call, no message. Since it was a holiday I didn't mind the time much, the shift to next flight was 4hrs, I know right,what's the point of "flight". I've been in many flights, if there is a change they always call, and always try to find some solution. This is like "hey slave, you'll go on this horse. No questions asked". Now about the app, they have the same approach. It's like they are the customer.
I just hate their service.They cancel the flight at last moment and doesn't even bother to inform.I had to go through a lot because of worst service.I had booked two flights one got canceled and other one was 2 hours late.You people don't value your customers and their time.Its already been 15 days since cancelation of flight and I didn't get the refund,when I emailed them-no reply,I called them-no one picks up,I texted them on whatsapp-no proper solution to your query. Will Never use it again.
Worst trip ever more then 3h delay without any explanation not just for one flight. They dont answer whatsup or calls!! I would never recommend and this will be my first and last time to ever use your services.
Flexible and easy to use.. Flight mostly on time and prices for domestic flight is reasonable so far.
Great management. Even when I had a delayed flight, they made sure we were comfortable with apologies. Thumbs up.
May your app is good.but flynas service and costomercare so pooor.my brother travel to India (ccj) from Riyad after reaching airport they said luggage will come next flight,now three day already still our luggage is missing.if we call or text no response...
I had a great experience flying with flynas, in my case I never experienced flight delays, and am quite satisfied with their in-flight service. Hope to fly with flynas soon.
No active option for changing flight within the 2-HOURS Grace Period after payment. Confusion can easily happen between From/To as user could do opposite direction without further confirmation in the last step. Disappointing!!!
Two cancelled flights in one month with 10% refund of the ticket value. This is literally a scam of an airline.

Can't find my flight using booking reference number and surname. Bad. And they charge an amount when you choose your seat while checking online. Not good.
Stupid bugs and poor customer sevice. There is no way to contact any techinical team for immediate resolution of technical bugs.
Very bad experience. They dont know how to look for any alternative plan They cancel right away without prior notice. I'm feeling bad right now.
I booked a flight with flynas from lahore to Saudi Arabia one month before departure. I tried to cancel my flight 10 days before departure due to covid vaccination restrictions . However I couldn't cancel it from app. There was some error in cancellation. I tried calling their helpline number but it wasn't responded. I sent 3 emails to their customer service but none was answered. I couldn't refund or reschedule my flight due to their poorest possible service. I wish I could rate it ZERO STAR.
It's crashed many times, and I tried to manage my booking and check in, but all these featurs does not work.

Worst Airline.. Dear Sir I traveled to CCJ from Riyadh on 29th April 2022. The flight was delayed near 1 hr and when we reached Calicut, after the emigration i waited around 1.5 hr for my baggage and finally the staffs said the baggage didn't load and will come by next flight. What's the unprofessional way is this... now it's 3 days i didn't get my language and my all things.. clothes.. books... gift... all in my baggage... What's this? Really bad.. and pathetic service...
Worst app. I was about to miss my flight because of this app. I wanted to change my flight. After the first change, app shows my flight status as "confirmed", but was unable to check in and gives the error as "payment not done". Then I have to browse through the browser to check-in.
Horrible app. Keeps crashing when i try to update passenger info in my profile. As soon as you login you can't do anything under the "manage" and "check-in" tabs and in the boarding pass tab I simply can't find my boarding pass!
Mashaallah, good app, simple and very user friendly especially with options of extras for individual passengers while booking. Please add a feature of editing one's profile, seems like it locks the 1st passenger details as profile details which is not always correct, atleast in my case.
Flynas is excellent but I missed my other flight. From ruh to dbx 13:15 of February 10. So I have to rebook that. What a waste of money and time. I am disappointed and don't even get an apology
Stupid App. Stupid Service. Tried to book a flight, Everything went ok, no error, no message. Showed status HOLD. Tries to check in the list of booking, nothing. After one hour no email, no sms, nothing. Called Customer service, my booking was cancelled because Credit Card transaction refused. No Message, Nothing in App. Now my ticket is costing more more money because of their stupid service.
Refunding is not applicable on app. when flights cancelled. Trying to call Flynas no. from outside KSA they put you on waiting list then after sending email they keep automatic same respond. actually I still wait my money refoundation as the flight is cancelled and I lost more than 200$ because of this issue.
Horrible late in 4 of my trips. Never again I will pay a little bit more next time. Lesson learned u get what u pay for
Horrible experience..first time went with family..no customer support flight keeps rescheduled finally reached home at 4 a.m due to this we got sick. Will never travel n advising others not to use this flight anyone.

I read a lot of negative reviews. Actually my experience wity FlyNas is very good. the flight took off on time and arrived on time. Check in was smooth. Seats and leg room are very good for the low cost (much better than FlyDubai and AirArabia). I liked this airlines. There was a glitch in the app while trying to assign the seats so I had to use the website. Otherwise, the app worked well.
