There have always been a few problems with the user interface but it was still usable. From the last few weeks I haven't even been able to view any content except the wish listed items. The home page is just blank. I see a lot of other uses complaining about the same since a month, and they still haven't fixed the issues. Shows how prompt they are with the customer feedback. Disappointed.
ordered for the first time and the overall experience is really smooth. One thing which they can look into is the rental period. although they say the rental is good for 4 days but I happened to get a pickup call at10am on the 4th day and had to pay extra since I wasn't available to return it at 10 on the the 4th day of rental.
Worst experience ever of any e-commerce app. This app takes forever to open. And once it is open, the product list will take centuries to load and so does any other functionality on the app. Instead of spending so much on marketing and advertising, invest on making your application technically functional so that it doesn't irritate the customer.
Rented outfit for a ethnic wear function. The outfit looked great, fitted very well and all the outfits that I have ordered till now are always true to size. Coming to quality, the outfits are highly fashionable, in trend and have high quality fabric. The application is very easy to use, the delivery services are very quick and the store staff were very helpful as well. Great app, must try for anyone who wants to look fashionable all the time, try different attires that too at affordable prices.
My experience has been amazing with Flyrobe. It helps to rent clothes for an occasion instead of buying expensive clothes which you won't wear again n again. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They help you by giving suggestions and they know what you want exactly. The app allows you to sort and filter clothes based on our needs and function.
Worst experience. I recently placed an order for an event. The event got can cancelled due to some reason and I had to cancel the order. It's been a month on the cancellation, I haven't received my refund on my advance payment and the support team doesn't respond to your emails / calls. Not recommended for the people who value their money.
Your images never load, ever! I have waited on wifi, 4G and all possible connections. How is one supposed to choose without any image loading? Furthermore, different device means different login, and even if I use the same details and mode, my wishlist is gone! You're definitely loosing business because of this, if nothing else.
Terrible experience. I had to cancel my order because of some reason and it's been more than a month my money has not been refunded. I've tried to call but it's not reachable and on emails I get the same reply that the refund will be initiated in 7-10days. Everydamtime. I used to trust flyrobe but now I don't know. I won't recommend anyone because if by any reason you have cancelled or you've paid them money they'll literally tire you but not give it back.
Hi, I booked a lehenga for my friend's wedding. I loved the collection that they had. The lehenga was just gorgeous. Received a lot to compliments and it definitely made me the centre of attraction for the evening. The entire team of Flyrobe has been supportive and kind enough to assist with queries and help you select the perfect outfit for the perfect evening! Kudos to Flyrobe! Keep up the great work.
Very difficult to operate. I can put my number. I can't refer anyone. And absolutely nothing shows up on the app page. I feel like I am looking at a white wall for something to magically happen. Extremely frustrating. Will be uninstalling and make sure no one else installs this app too. Please fix your app before going live with it. This is utterly embarrassing for you.
It's a humble request to all user that before renting any clothes from flyrobe please read all the recent reviews. I had to face very bad experience with flyrobe. I had taken sherwani for my marriage in Nov 2019 from their store at borivali. I have returned it back before the date of return. It's been more than 4 months when writing this review I didn't get any refund from flyrobe. They always says there is a technical glitch due to which refund has not processed. It's better to purchase new.
Dont use this app! They just take money and then call you few days before the expected delivery date that the item you ordered is not available. Later they say they will send the pictures of whatever is available and send just 2 pics. Wow what a great collection! Would not recommend it to anyone.
Flyrobe is one of thw best option when you don't want to purchase costliest clothes for marriages and functions. I also had the same experience wherein the delivery of outfit happened 3 days before the scheduled date. i was totally surprised and that surprise became more exciting when i wore the outfit. it was totally amazing and worth paying the rent. I would recommend everyone to use flyrobe when you want to wear costly clotjes just for 3-4 hours in functions. Application is also easy to use.
We had first shortlisted some outfits over this app and later went to the store to check them out in person. The functioning of this app was easy while the staff that attended us at the store were very cooperative. Extremely happy with the drop and pickup services and the costume was well kept as well. Very satisfying experience. Thank you Flyrobe.
App is not letting me log in by any means. Have tried to log in via Facebook, Google plus and phone number. Also if you have to unfortunately cancel the ordered attire due to cancellation of event they will return half the money (that you have given at the time of placing the order) as a flyrobe credit making it compulsory for you to order from them again else it will be a waste.
I have had 4 orders with them , 2 of them is good. But the other 2 order experience was really bad. They cancelled the order, 4 days before the expected delivery date. Reason product was not good to deliver. That's fine . But the payment I made was never returned until now. It was totally 2000rs . I have mailed them many but no response. Calling them is bad option because they never answer. People pls never rely on them. But keeping them as backup is fine. But DONT EVER RELY ON THEM , I MEAN IT
My first experience was superb. However, the customer service has degraded awfully now. The helpline number is not reachable since days. They do not reply to your mails and keep you hanging when you have your querries. You have no option to use the flyrobe credit you earned from booking a dress previously in your new order. It is so frustrating. Will surely update my review once they improve their service.
App experience is ok but service experience is bad. You have the date of occasion nearing and you book a dress and at the last moment they cancel your order and process refund quoting some operational issue. No point ordering. Plus the rent is very high. Collection is satisfactory.
I have had a great experience. Some of the keyhighlights are the easy process, custom fit and on time delivery. You get what you see, wide range of products to choose from. I recommend everyone to try Flyrobe.
A perfect portal for all your occasion-required outfit availability. A sensible option to opt for when you've an occasion coming up,then instead of spending those heavy bucks on a single outfit for a 4-5 day occasion, go for flyrobe..where they have the best of collections ranging from sherwanis to tuxedos.. everything. Great place to save your time and choose dresses for different occasions at great prices,service is really good,you get your dress on time or earlier(which is good),on top of that the dresses are custom fit so fitting is never going to be a problem, i would recommend this app to everyone who want to try different western and ethnic clothing with good quality and at good price!

i had a great experience with flyrobe. they delivered the order 3 days prior and the product quality is good. i wont say like new, as it isnt. but yeah, completely acceptable as you would be wearing it once only. Great going flyrobe by coming up with a rental revolution.
Great collection! Had an amazing experience. It has outfit for all occasions. Ordered 2 dresses till date. The quality of the dresses is awesome.No need to go to their store as 1 person would be coming at your doorstep to take the measurements as per your convenience and that is the best part. Packed and delivered perfectly on time. Would definitely recommed this. app.
I visited this place for the first time. What i love the most is the collection of dresses according to trend fashion is amazing. staff coordinate very effectively. From order to delivery everything is perfect. Loved the place :)
Hope There was zero or negative rating as well. My sister ordered a costume from Flyrobe in November. They took security deposit of INR 12,000/- which is 150% of rental (Astonishingly high). They ensured the dress was picked up back on the exact date and confirmed that dress was in perfect order at the time of taking back delivery. It's been almost 4 months and security money is not returned. Almost 50 mails are sent to the Company marking the management but always receive
The rating is not for the service(I'm yet to see that first hand and then rate). The rating is for the app itself. I'm not sure what happened to the latest patch but it just doesn't open or respond on time. The response times are frustratingly long and the app isn't really snappy. It takes for ever to transistion from one screen to another. The transitions are native Android libraries. Not sure what the app is doing to interfere with that behavior.
